What Makes Exceptional Customer Service. #CS #Business #CRM

Do you know how much your bad customer service cost you last year? When you look at the economy as a whole, it’s not an insignificant sum—$83 billion.

Now let’s talk about the flipside of that—good customer service. Commit to it and you can see a noticeable increase in return customers, which in turn can impact your bottom line—up to 95 percent in some cases.

That’s the wow figure of customer service, and it’s worth spending time on. But what is outstanding customer service—how do you define it and how do you refine it. It’s a shared set of emotions and processes that you can implement, company-wide. It’s a set of questions that leads to solutions that customers don’t expect, but nonetheless improve how they feel about your company and your brand.

This graphic explains more about customer service—how to analyse it and how to fix it.

The new Samsung Gear VR headset is now up for pre-order,given it is backward compatible it will be a must have for current owners and new users alike,Though there is offers going to be available to obtain one free on buying the new Note 7 this will not last long and again stock could be an issue,We still have to wait here in Ireland for definitive news on that.

The new Gear VR is an improvement on its predecessor and indeed also looks better to boot.. Priced at the same level as the current model this is good to see. Users that already have the previous model and are not planing on buying a Note 7 for example would be interested in this deal right now and it would be advisable to act quick as last time around especially here in Ireland it was in short supply.. Release date is August 19th.. We look forward to getting one and will let you know how it is when it arrives..

We review the @ZizoWireless bolt cover case for the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

We have covered quite alot of cases for the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and indeed the Galaxy S7 over the last few months and will be moving onto the Note 7 next,This time we review the Bolt Cover case from ZIZO WIRELESS for the S7 Edge…

MULTIPLE LAYERS OF PROTECTION

The case offers multiple layers of protection: a soft, Shock Absorbing Tetra Polyurethane with an Impact Resistant Polycarbonate shell that clips into the outer locking belt clip with a 360 degree rotatable swivel. All layers compliment each other to provide the best aesthetic, protection, and functionality available on the market.

On first look i thought the case looked a bit on the big side and bulky but when applied its not the case at all and actually feels quite good to hold giving you great grip from any angle..There is a nice texture too across the back of the case which feels nice and is also grippy this also applies to the top and bottom of the case and overall a good grip is easily achieved.

The back of the case does come with a kickstand which is excellent and its also usefull for watching media be it on your bedside locker or table at mealtime which we should be doing but we do it,dont deny it… The device was very stable with the kickstand  fully opened and its a nice bonus without having to pick up the device and just let media play as is..

There is also a lanyard strap to boot, not my cup of tea these days but a few years ago they where the in thing to have but nonetheless it is hand to have one there and avail of the feature should you need it..Also rocking a holster clip you can just pop the device onto your jeans or bottoms and its quite secure, again this is something I personally would not use but the option again available which plenty of folk will surely like..

One aspect I do like about the case even though it takes the aesthetic looks away from the device is how the lip around the edges come up and protect the device, most if not all cases reached a level like this protecting the edge,To my surprise the apps edge still worked perfectly fine but not everyone uses this feature and indeed it can be turned off to so its not an issue for apps edge users which will be certainly welcome..

Overall I was pleased with this case with its looks and features and how it protected the device as a whole whilst offering all the features provided on the case which is a big plus for me and you should head over and check out the ZIZO WEBSITE and check out the full range and colours available and there is some really nice colours to pick from.We would like to thank ZIZO for sending us this case to check out and we shall see more soon in the coming weeks..

This HP backpack is all you need to save your gadgets life. #HP #Powerbank

If something has changed since the inclusion of smartphones in our life, is how important wall outlets have become.

Therefore, the need for power banks is common but sometimes its just harder to find them in local stores. Thinking about it, HP came out the idea of turning the battery into a full backpack.

HP Powerup Backpack

The idea comes in handy when you paired with a generous capacity. Included is a 22400 mAh power bank that can charge smartphones, tablets and even laptops.

As far as they don’t use USB Type-C, everything should be fine. But the novelties don’t stop there, there’s also a “heat sensor” that will automatically adjust the temperature.

The Power up comes with a wide variety of charging cables but Type-C or any proprietary charging method, albeit with an adapter you should be ready to go. The Laptop charger works for most HP laptops (as you could expect) but also works for those that use 4.5mm or 7.4mm barrel connectors.

The Power bank comes with USB 2.0 and USB 2.4 and 19V outputs to have you covered.

The material seems to be very durable and is said to withstand some rain, but in case the sky in falling over you, there’s a rain cover include in the box.

But lets take a look:

Unfortunately is not yet available, but it will be on September 14th, you pre-order yours via Amazon, but with a price tag of $199.99 is not precisely “cheap”.

You can get one HERE

The LG V20 will be loved by audiophiles thanks to a Quad DAC system. #LG #LGV20 #Android

In case you missed it, LG is going to unveil the V10 successor in an event in San Francisco on September 6th.

The V10 was LG flagship until the G5 came out, despite the low sales, the company is aiming a hit with this gadget.

The V10 was an already excellent device and recently was updated to Marshmallow. With a build-in 32-BIT HI-FI DAC the audio quality of this phone was the best of 2015, but this time, the revamp model will come with a quad arrangement that promise to produce 50% less ambient noise that’s comparable to a “Live Performance“.

The company behind this technology will be ESS Technology, the same who brought the outstanding sound to the V10.

Here’s what Juno Cho, LG’s president thinks about it:

As smartphones mature, we’re seeing more and more customers looking beyond just fast processors and big displays in their devices,” said Juno Cho, president of LG Electronics and Mobile Communications Company. “Higher quality audio is simply the natural evolution of the smartphone, as the industry moves toward a more holistic multimedia consumption experience. We’re pleased to continue this long-term partnership with ESS and bring best in class audio to LG V20 users.

The V20 is said to sport the same dual selfie cameras at the front, and well the secondary display found on its predecessor. An improved rear camera, SD 820 and 4GB of RAM among other interesting things.

Another important feature to have in mind is the premier release of Android 7.o Nougat, LG already confirmed that the phone will come with the latest version of Android right out of the box.

What do you think about this? Will you be getting the new LG flagship? I would if I can!
