On December 31, 2018, iGo completed the acquisition of Kasco, LLC in a share contribution transaction under which Kasco became a wholly owned subsidiary of iGo. Revenue for iGo for the first quarter of 2019 was $15,623,000, reflecting the Kasco acquisition. iGo had no revenue in the same period of the prior year. Net income, also reflecting contributions from Kasco, was $58,000, or $0.01 per share, for the first quarter of 2019, compared with a net loss of $267,000, or $0.09 per share, in the same quarter of the prior year.
