Autoblog car magazine launches Autoblog VR app. #Motoring #VirtualReality

Motoring fans rejoice, Autoblog car magazine has launched its own VR app which is now free to download on Android and iOS,Check down later on for the links..

On opening the app you will be presented with the usual instructions on how to set up and all VR fans will be familiar with the process.. One thing I will suggest is GRAB A PAIR OF HEADPHONES this goes for any VR experience… AND THERE IS KNIGHT RIDER HERE TO BOOT.

There is a nice UI here too to be explored with a menu on the top right, once you tap this area here you are presented with a few options to chose from..Check the images below..The app is well made and the experience is quite nice and you can either use your HMD or just watch on the device itself, when using your headset ensure you select the cardboard mode pop on the headset and enjoy.

Autoblog staff say  “Our 360-degree videos give you a complete experience. You’re in the car and you see the track from all angles. It’s immersive. After that chilly day in Southern California, we’ve driven more supercars, gone off-roading in amazing Jeep concepts, and conquered snowy Pikes Peak. We’ve gone inside the Vault at the Petersen Automotive Museum and played with an authentic KITT replica from Knight Rider. That’s just scratching the surface”

The team at Autoblog is thrilled to offer a whole new way to experience edge-of-seat automotive awesomeness, right on your device: in immersive, virtual reality video. Featuring exclusive 360º video content, take the driver’s seat in some of the world’s most famous and exotic rides for a one-of-a-kind viewing experience. Whether you’re at the top of snowy Pikes Peak in a convertible Mustang Ecoboost, or in Malibu cruising the PCH in a convertible Bentley Continental GTC, you won’t get much closer to feeling the wind in your face and smelling burning rubber!
