Republic Realm Launches Surprise GFTs with Atari

Republic Realm, one of the most active developers of the metaverse and NFT ecosystem, announced today the launch of the inaugural collection of GFTs in partnership with Atari, one of the world’s most iconic brands.

GFTs are NFTs designed for gifting, and they initially appear like wrapped gift boxes but “unwrap” on a specific date to reveal a surprise inside the box. Each GFT is an NFT, or a non-fungible token on the Ethereum blockchain. The inaugural edition of GFT collectibles is designed to commemorate 2022 being Atari’s 50th year in business. The Atari collection includes 10 GFTs inspired by titles from Atari’s 50-year legacy in video games. Each GFT will be produced in a limited quantity, with some more rare than others.

“The Atari brand is synonymous with video games, and video gaming is the backbone of the metaverse. What better way to commemorate Atari’s 50th anniversary than by ushering in a new era of technological innovation while also honoring the brand that launched the modern video game industry?” said Wade Rosen, CEO of Atari.

The Atari Commemorative GFT is the first of many future GFT projects by Republic Realm based around beloved brands which will be featured in the GFT Shoppe, a metaverse-based e-commerce platform and retail store.

”GFTs are like Hallmark Cards for the next generation, a more exciting, meaningful gift than either a greeting card or a gift certificate. We are so excited to kick off the grand opening of Republic Realm’s GFT Shoppe with an iconic brand like Atari, and look forward to announcing more brand collaborations in the future,” said Janine Yorio, CEO of Republic Realm.

GFT is a patented NFT technology designed and developed by Republic Realm, the company best known for developing the record-breaking Metaflower Mega Yacht, an NFT yacht that sold for 149 ETH ($650,000) in the Sandbox metaverse.

The “The Atari GFT Commemorative Collection,” will be available on February 1, 2022. For more information please visit: https://gftshoppe.com/

All Mage Tower challenges are back in World of Warcraft

Updated Mage Tower and Legion time travel in the World of Warcraft Shadowlands expansion. An overview of all seven challenges, bonus rewards, and skins.

Tower of the Mage returns to World of Warcraft

In the Chains of Domination expansion, the developers added Legion timewalking, where the Mage Tower became active again. For successful completion, participants will receive one of the recolored versions of the kit set from the Tomb of Sargeras raid. In addition, everyone can try to beat the dungeons of the old add-on for a while.

All types of tests

The event is divided into 7 trials, which can be completed with a choice of different classes, similar in specialization:

An Impossible Foe – Defeat the demon Aghata in her lair. The fight consists of one phase. The boss periodically teleports from the player to another part of the room, summons assistants who buff Aghata and leave poisonous puddles. Complicating the situation is constantly rolling fragments of balls from the back of the player.

The God-Queen’s Fury – the player has to save Odin from the goddess Sigryn and her two minions. The battle takes place in a round arena. Each of the bosses has unique abilities that need to be interrupted. To win the challenge, it is recommended to lower the health of the mobs evenly.

The Highlord’s Return is a challenge for tank specialization. First, the player will need to deal with the servant of Vaaris, and only then engage in battle with the powerful demon Kruul. The battle is made more difficult by the fact that with each tank strike more damage is dealt, and it is also possible to fly off the platform.

Thwarting the Twins – Initially, you enter the arena with Karam to stop his brother Raest. But later, with the help of magic, the twins unite, and you will have to fight against both. The player’s task is to kill Raest first so that Karam survives, otherwise the first brother’s damage will increase by 500%.

End of the Risen Threat is a healer specialization scenario. One of the longest storylines with three phases. First, the player needs to kill waves of opponents, healing himself and his allies along the way. Then comes the rest phase, where you can restore mana and wait for cooldowns to cool down. In the second phase, the player will fight his way through enemies to save his friends. In the final, you need to defeat Lord Erdris within the allotted time.

Closing the Eye – the fight consists of two phases and several transitions. First you need to defeat the archmage Xylem, and then his shadow in the form of a demon. The ice and shadow phases do a lot of damage, so it’s important to take talents for additional healing. In the last phase, it is recommended to change talents, as the damage race will begin. The player needs to kill the boss within the allotted time until the platform is filled with void zones.

Feltotem’s Fall is a fight against two bosses Tugar and Jormog. The player needs to kill them at the same time so that no one gets a 500% damage boost. At the very beginning, Jormog has -90% incoming damage. To remove the plates, you need to direct the worm to the stones. Periodically, additional mobs will appear on the platform.

The event will last until the beginning of January, after which it will appear only with the next time travel. It can take a long time to complete all the challenges and get unique rewards, sometimes requiring a substantial amount of WoW gold. In this case, it is better to resort to the help of Epiccarry – WoW boost service, which will pass all the tests in the shortest possible time.

Additional Rewards

During the main Legion expansion, completing Mage Tower earned players unique weapon skins, and Druids also received skins for their forms. The developers listened to the community and created another unique “corrupted” Guardian Bear skin. Players who complete all seven challenges with different characters linked to the same account will receive the “Mage-Bound Spelltome” mount and an achievement.

Historical Settings in Video Games

We all have preferences when it comes to video games. While some of us prefer action-adventure and first-person shooters, others prefer simulation games. However, there are also players that prefer the historical video game genre. These games can have various other subgenres and can be shooters and adventure as well but what they all have in common is the portrayal of a historical event, person, or civilization, whether accurately or as a fictional tale. If you’re on the lookout for some games with a historical setting, consider the following.

Red Dead Redemption 2

According to www.venturebeat.com unofficial figures and analyst estimations, Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the most expensive video games ever, seeing as how it was in development for over eight years before it was released in 2018 for PlayStation4 and Xbox One.

The setting takes you to a fictionalized version of the Southern, Western, and Midwestern United States in 1899 as you follow an outlaw by the name of Arthur Morgan while he deals with the decline of the Wild West. In the process, you have to survive against rival gangs, government forces, and other opponents. However, you are also free to take side missions and explore the interactive open world.

Assassin’s Creed Origins

When it comes to historical games, a franchise that you can consider is certainly Assassin’s Creed. For example, the series’ tenth major installment Assassin’s Creed Origins came out in 2017. This action role-playing game is primarily set in Egypt at the end of the Ptolemaic period. Origins follows Bayek of Siwa and his wife Aya while exploring the conflict between the Hidden Ones and The Order of the Ancients. However, there are also parts of the narrative happening in the 21st century, following Layla Hassan – a new character.

If you love history, you will love how evocative this game is of the period and location it takes place in. Moreover, this period not only inspired big games like Assassin’s Creed Origins, but has influenced many others in the industry. Another great example is online casino slot games such as Egyptian King, Legacy of Egypt, and Doom of Egypt that can be found at www.superseven.com. Based on historical elements and ancient symbols, they provide players with lots of mysteries and hidden riches.

Age of Empires IV

Set during the Early Middle Ages and High Middle Ages, Age of Empires IV was released in October 2021 for Windows. In this real-time strategy game, you can choose from four campaigns at the start, consisting of 35 missions in total. With that in mind, you can decide whether you will play The Normans (the Norman conquest of England), The Hundred Years War (a France vs England conflict), The Mongol Empire (the expansion of the empire), or The Rise of Moscow (the rise of Grand Duchy of Moscow) first before you move on to other campaigns. The game received generally favorable reviews so you will surely enjoy everything it has to offer.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance

A game that received praise for its story, focus on realism, and attention to detail that you can consider playing is Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Released in 2018 for Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, the game takes place in the medieval Kingdom of Bohemia, in the early 15th century.

In addition to avenging his family and restoring the rightful king to the throne, as the player, you will also get to explore the open-world environment and branching quest lines. Moreover, you will surely love the period-accurate clothing, architecture, weapons, and combat techniques.

Ghost of Tsushima

Developed by Sucker Punch Productions and released by Sony Interactive Entertainment, Ghost of Tsushima is an action-adventure game that is set during the first Mongol invasion of Japan. You will get to control Jin Sakai, a samurai whose task is to protect Tsushima Island. Various sets of charms, armor and clothing can be unlocked while playing. It’s available for PlayStation 4 and 5 and it sold a whopping eight million copies by January 2022.

Battlefield 1

In case you’d rather play a first-person shooter, you can opt for Electronic Arts’ Battlefield 1. It was released for Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 in 2016 and received positive reviews. The game is inspired by historical events that transpired during World War I and you can use weapons from this period such as submachine guns, flamethrowers, automatic and semi-automatic rifles, and poison gas as well as take control of tanks, torpedo boats, armored trains, M-class zeppelins, and bi- and tri-plane aircraft. You can also check out Battlefield V review at www.ign.com, which is set in World War II.

Valiant Hearts: The Great War

Another game set during WWI is Valiant Hearts: The Great War. It is a side-scrolling, puzzle adventure game where four characters help a German soldier find his love. To beat the game, players need to solve puzzles they are presented with when interacting with people and objects. Released on the one-hundredth anniversary of WWI, the game received generally positive reviews and it’s available on various platforms.

If you’re looking for video games with a historical setting, there are so many to choose from. The above-mentioned 7 titles should be enough to get you going, and you can expect many hours of fun. Happy gaming!

3 Ways To Find An Online Casino With Good Games

Online gambling has been one of the most popular hobbies for many people during the last few years. The situation with the COVID-19 pandemic definitely helped this industry to attract more players who were looking for some kind of fun they can experience from their living room. However, this also means that a lot of new sites appeared on the internet, and finding a good online casino today can be a bit complicated, especially for someone who doesn’t have a lot of experience. This is exactly why today we are going to show you 3 ways you can find an online casino that has good, fair, and exciting games.

Look Only For The Licensed Casinos

This should be your rule not just when you’re looking for good games. There are plenty of online casinos on the internet and, unfortunately, some of them are scam sites. People in charge of those sites will try to steal your personal information and your money. And they offer lousy games. Therefore, if you want to enjoy wonderful casino games, look for sites that have legit licenses. Those sites have been approved by authorities and they must offer fair games.

Make Sure The Casino Has At Least 20 Game Providers

One of the things that can tell you whether a casino has a good or bad game selection is the number of game providers on the site. Game providers are companies that make games and there should be at least 20 of them on the site. For example, look for casinos that work with NetEnt, Microgaming, and Betsoft. Those are just a few examples of good casino providers you can trust.

Look For Casinos With Good Designs

One of the easiest ways to find establishments with good games is to look for casinos that have good designs. Why is this important? Well, the creators who are paying attention to the general design of the site definitely won’t hire game providers who make poorly designed games. This is an unwritten rule, but the one you can trust when it comes to the online casino industry.

Spending plenty of time at an online casino can be a lot of fun, no question about it. However, it can also cost you a lot of money. Therefore, try to be careful and play responsibly.
