ULAK – Review – Clear case for the Samsung Galaxy S7 #Review #ULAK

The good folks at Ulak have sent over some cases for the latest Samsung devices the S7 and S7 Edge. First up its the S7 and the clear case..

Packaging is what we are use to seeing from ULAK,Simple and pleasing enough on par with many. The case comes with a leaflet which will show you how to print out some inserts for you case due to it being transparent this reminds me of the old Nokia days with the Nokia 3200 if my memory serves me correctly..

The case does offer what is expected from the users perspective and does a good job not adding any bulk to the device and looks neat, all the keys functioned fine and there was no issues here with stiffness unlike what you might find with some cases to begin with, the travel on the keys was natural and its good to see,the usual cut outs on the bottom where fine giving easy access to the Micro USB port and headphone socket though it seem very tight, some headphone jacks might not insert fully here but thats not a huge concern, again the speaker was not obstructed either giving way to clear sound and not muffled,The camera and lens are also passed the test lying below flat level keeping this area away from harm,The front of the case sports a lip all the way around keeping the screen safe enough enabling the user to place the device face down. Overall the case is quite good and robust, over a period of time due to being transparent I can see it loosing its colour and probably go yellow but this is to be expected due to the colour, all cases any colour are due to discolouration over time regardless..

Collaborating with RNLI was one of the best decisions we have made so far. The RNLI team had clear ideas of what they wanted to achieve and what their target audience would be. Having a stand at one of their site Open Days allowed us to test the app on 100s of people of all ages and then take those findings and implement into the final app.

Poetic Cases – Review – Affinity case for the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. #Review

Poetic Cases have kindly sent us over some cases to check out and we have some for the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.

Simple yet effective is how I would describe these and they do indeed look well especially from the rear,Packaging is bog standard but we always discard of this once the case is installed so its not really an issue to take note of but we do have to consider this element due to whats available on the market with some companies perhaps overdoing it with packaging but as I said its not a dealbreaker by any means either its more of a presentation factor for me..

The case does offer what the rest do and its protection for your expensive phone and cost effective at that, with all the key areas covered it passes the test even though its rather plain but they have managed to incorporate a nice design on the rear and you can excuse the front because with devices like these sporting dual edge screens it is challenging to go that extra mile keeping all functionality intact too..

Overall thoughts

Nice and simple yet protects your device, not bulky,Adds better grip and looks well from behind with a nice design on the back. Packaging is below par but not a concern..

IAG is to launch wifi services on its long-haul fleet. #AerLingus #Wifi #IAG #Travel

Staying connected in the air is something that everyone wants these days, and even now some airlines are offering wi-fi in flight services but some can be costly,As we are now using our devices more so than ever before the thoughts of not being able to communicate on that long or short haul flight if no Wi-Fi is available is unbearable for some.

Today good news though has been announced and it wont be long before all flights offer Wi-Fi the way things are going.. IAG chief executive Willie Walsh has just announced that the service will be available on 90pc of the group’s long-haul aircraft by 2019.

The Independent reports

Aer Lingus already has a wifi service on its Airbus A330 long-haul aircraft, but the four Boeing 757 jets it leases for some transatlantic services will now also be equipped.

IAG will also fit the wifi service – being provided by Chicago firm Gogo – on 118 British Airways long-haul aircraft, and 15 Iberia aircraft.

The wifi will allow passengers to stream services such as Netflix on their own devices while on board and is promised to be as fast as consumers are now typically used to in their own homes.

The in-flight wifi service being deployed by IAG uses satellite technology.

Erase useless #WhatsApp #memes with Magic Cleaner By @VicenteA_George #Android

If you’re in college or school, or even at work you probably are in at least one Whatsapp group, that’s a good thing, as you can keep contact with classmate or colleagues.

That bad thing though is that in most cases those groups filled with junk images you precious storage, but now there’s a solution for that! Discover Magic Cleaner

Memes and funny pictures are really common in those groups, the problem is that even when WhatsApp has a separate system folder all those files end up in your photos library and what’s worse. Eating up your memory.

App’s own investigator, Professor Kleen, will take care of that for you.

How? Once you open the app, all you need to do is upload your photos to the server for a few seconds and there, using “deep learningit will identify those junk files and delete them.

Once the analysis is done, you can check the files just in case there’s something selected that you want to keep.

Being somehow recent, the app can misinterpret some photos, but the more you use it, the better it gets.

Totally free in the app store all you need to do is give it a try, and you can do that HERE

But let us know! Do you suffer from infinite memes due to WhatsApp groups? What do you think of the app? Let us know in the comment section below.
