If something has changed since the inclusion of smartphones in our life, is how important wall outlets have become.
Therefore, the need for power banks is common but sometimes its just harder to find them in local stores. Thinking about it, HP came out the idea of turning the battery into a full backpack.
HP Powerup Backpack
The idea comes in handy when you paired with a generous capacity. Included is a 22400 mAh power bank that can charge smartphones, tablets and even laptops.
As far as they don’t use USB Type-C, everything should be fine. But the novelties don’t stop there, there’s also a “heat sensor” that will automatically adjust the temperature.
The Power up comes with a wide variety of charging cables but Type-C or any proprietary charging method, albeit with an adapter you should be ready to go. The Laptop charger works for most HP laptops (as you could expect) but also works for those that use 4.5mm or 7.4mm barrel connectors.
The Power bank comes with USB 2.0 and USB 2.4 and 19V outputs to have you covered.
The material seems to be very durable and is said to withstand some rain, but in case the sky in falling over you, there’s a rain cover include in the box.
But lets take a look:
Unfortunately is not yet available, but it will be on September 14th, you pre-order yours via Amazon, but with a price tag of $199.99 is not precisely “cheap”.

If you’re like, you probably know what are we talking about here. All those countless hours we spend in our bedrooms playing with our siblings or cousins to see who was better playing Galaga.
And for the not so young around, we talking about one of Nintendo’s best-selling consoles:
Nintendo Entertainment System or NES
The NES is coming back to stores! Pick up the new mini NES Classic Edition on 11/11 w/ 30 included games! pic.twitter.com/wFDw7lHWb7
— Nintendo of America (@NintendoAmerica) July 14, 2016
Back in the 80s there was nothing better than playing your favorites games at home. Those games were so good than even today you can find newer versions or simple “ports” to work on our smartphones via a simple APK or an emulator.
Today Nintendo officially announced that they’re going to be releasing a revamped version of it called Nintendo Classic Mini.
This version comes with improved (too improved for those who remember how it was) video output with an HDMI connection to pair with the newest TVs out there, and its own version of the NES Controller
That package comes with the console, a controller and a USB cable to power the device
Second controller is sold separately
And if you happen to have one of your old controllers you can also use that
But as weird as it sounds , there’s no AC adapter so you’ll need to buy one (or use one from another gadget) to actually turn it on.
As we’re talking about a mini version of your old console, your games cartridges will not work with it, instead it comes with 30 games preloaded.
The included titles are:
Balloon Fight BUBBLE BOBBLE Castlevania™ Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest™ Donkey Kong Donkey Kong Jr. DOUBLE DRAGON II: THE REVENGE Dr. Mario Excitebike FINAL FANTASY® Galaga™ GHOSTS‘N GOBLINS™ GRADIUS™ Ice Climber Kid Icarus Kirby’s Adventure Mario Bros. MEGA MAN™ 2 Metroid NINJA GAIDEN® PAC-MAN™ Punch-Out!! Featuring Mr. Dream StarTropics SUPER C™ Super Mario Bros. Super Mario Bros. 2 Super Mario Bros. 3 Tecmo Bowl™ The Legend of Zelda Zelda II: The Adventure of Link
As you can see, most of those titles were best sellers back then, and some of those have a bunch of loving memories.
Unlike modern games, there will be no online connections or accounts, but unlike old games you can save your progress and specific point of the game without the need of codes like the good old days.
The launch date is set to November 11th, just one year after their 30th anniversary. For you to remember (and for the ones that never watched it before) here´s the very first TV ad
The console will have a price tag of $59.99 which honestly is way cheaper than I expected, but totally love the price.
The extra controller will set you back at $9.99
What do you think of this? Will you buy one once they´re available? Let us know in the comment section below or tweet us with your thoughts.
It shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone by now, but ’till yesterday everything was nothing but speculation about whether or not the next Note series was going to be the 6th or the 7th.
It Was Samsung itself who clarified everything, with a special invitation to book in our calendars August 2nd as the day of the Unpacked 2016 event. Where we will meet the new Galaxy Note 7.
There’s been plenty of rumors about new design language but still nothing official, what we DO know for sure now, is that the new Note will bring enhanced S-Pen features(as you can tell from the image above) and an Larger screen.
The main event will take place in New York at 11:00 a.m. EDT but just in case you’re worried, this Note will find its way to the UK this time as simultaneous event will be held in Rio de Janeiro at noon and in London at 4:00 p.m.
Something that’s becoming a tradition lately, is having an “Special Edition” phone from “x” line up from a strong company, but in recent times Samsung has put it “out-of-the-park” with their Limited edition models.
At the beginning of the year they brought to us the “Batman Edition” (in a trend of having superheroes theme phones, this was the best offering) and now, as sponsors of the 2016 Olympics in Rio, they have something else to show us.
The Galaxy S7 Edge Olympic Games Limited Edition
Hardware-wise is the same S7 we all know, with top-notch specs and IP67 ratings, but what makes this device unique is the outside look (as if having a dual curve functional glass on the front wasn’t enough).
With custom patterns to give the usually plain finish, some colorful details.
All of which, will match the five official color rings from the Olympics.
Another thing to have in mind is the “limited quantity” of copies are available. Only 14,516 phones ill be made, 12,500 out of which, are for the “Olympians” which will be bundled with the Gear IconX headphones, letting just 2,016 copies to consumers.
There’s still no word on price, but we can expect an extraordinary tag to the already “not so friendly” GS7 price tag.
But let us know! What do you thing about this trend of releasing “themed phones” which sometimes has nothing really important to offer, than a simple “make over“? Would you pick one up if you have the chance?
Take a look at how it would be having this “Special! model:

Well we have been all waiting for this “flagship killer” to see if it lived up to the hype, now, everything is out and we finally can check this boy out.First of all “No invites required”
OnePlus 3
This is the third iteration of OnePlus into the flagship market, this time with a different approach but keeping what they became known for, A BUDGET PRICE.
This time the device is presented as a metalic unibody design with just two color option which are Graphite and Soft Gold.
On the spec sheet we have everything you could ask for, so let’s go into it:

AS you can see, they bring back the NFC supportfor this version, which is great, but they also confirmed already that they will not be offering a OnePlus X 2 as the company want to focus on flagship devices like when it started.
Front
Back
Sides
Another killer feature of these devices is the insane amount of RAM you have now,6GB of RAMto move everything around.
The only “downside” you could find its the 1080p screen for a 5.5″ device on 2016, but in reality you’ll not see any difference unless you compare it directly to an S7 side by side.
What still remains to be seen if the 3000mAh battery will be enough or even better due to the lower resolution screen, what could help a little is the fast charging capabilities, giving you 6h of use with just 30min charge.
Another great feature of the OnePlus 3 lies on its super customizable nature, you minimum knowledge you can easily slap a custom ROM on it and make it look exactly the way you want.
At the beginning we told you that now the device just have two color options, but now all those lovable back cover of the OnePlus 2 are now cases that you can use depending on the occasion.
All that for $399 is not a bad deal at all, the best part? They finally get rid of the “invite system” so you can get right now if you want to.
But let us know, Would you get one? Do you have one already? What are your thoughts on this 6GB monster? Sound off in the comment section below or join the conversation on twitter.
If something has shown us that not everyone is after a high end phone, is the fact that more and more smartphone manufactures are filling the market with tons of mid-ranger offers, being Samsung and their A series or Apple and the iPhone SE.
The mid range territory is still a battlefield, even more today as LG has just aanounced four new offers on that department to join the recent X series line up.
Following the steps of their previous model, each of these X phones have something unique to find its way to the customer pocket.
The X power
This model aims to those power user that are battery eaters, with 4,100mAh battery and Fast charging (PE+) technology that promises to charge your phone twice as fast.
The X mach
This model got that name after the ultra fast data connection its capable of, with LTE Cat. 9 3CA connectivity your downloads will take no time. Apart fron this, the phone also comes with a QHD screen and a high definition camera.
The X style
The style is that smartphone for the “fashionistas” with an elegant and extra-slim body.
The X max
About this model we have almost no info besides it sport a “larger display for an enhanced viewing experience” so we can expect a phablet size phone for this model.
“Each X series smartphone pairs perfectly with its user by offering uncompromising quality and one truly outstanding feature that speak the user’s personal preference and lifestyle — all at a great value.” – Juno Cho, president of LG Electronics and the Mobile Communications Company.
As far as today we have just the promo video for the X power, so lets take a look:
So, what do you think about this new wave of mid rangers? Are you going to pick one up? If so, which one will be? Let us knopw in the coment section below or tweet us to join the conversation.
Sirin labs is a Israeli startup that’s aiming to play the same game as Vertu by offering luxury smartphones with outstanding security suites.
This is the case of this $16.000 (aprox. £9,500) smartphone, that promises “experience out of this world”.
The phone’s look is specially design to create a mixture between been nice looking and resistant.

At first glance its nothing we have not seen before (for twenty times less money hahaha) but what makes this device “unique” is the security suite, which is said to meet the high military standards called Zimperium, which protects the smartphone against advanced devices attacks, applications and network.
Also comes with Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit chip-to-chip. technology used at army grade by its simplicity, all you need to do, is move the switch located on the back of the device al your ready to go.

This sequel to the already good YI cam is more than welcome, as now features a bunch of specs to make it more competitive.
Sporting a 12 MP Sony IMX377 sensor in a seven elements structure, which could sound as a downgrade over the previous 16 MP sensor, but this model is faster and is the key to shoot in 4K.
Moving everything under the hood we have an Ambarella A9 chip (same found in the Hero4Black)
AT the back you’ll find a 2,19″ touch screen with a resolutions of 640 x 360 for a 330ppi, They said the scree can be seen at 160º for outstanding viewing placer.
The battery is now 1400mAh and promises up to 110 min of 4K recording.
For video modes you have:
4K at 30fps. 2.5K at 30fps. 1440p at 60fps.
Slow-motion at:
1080p at 120fps. 960p at 120fps. 720p at 240fps.
The camera will be available in black, white, and rose gold (pink)
Price at $249.99 is $50 cheaper than the Go Pro, which makes the YI 4K a really good option.
Now let us know, What do you thing about this camera? Will take one? What would you use it for?
