Today we got an unusual call and sms on Viber and the name “Mark” just appeared on my handset. These are not new to be honest but its best to keep people informed of what activity is doing the rounds, the message also contained some tempting information to earn money from home with a link attached,As per norm just ignore and delete and block the number from within the application itself. These kind of messages come do some rounds and then vanish after a while. The number attached to this is said to originate in Russia,Just be vigilant and ignore any of these kind of sms, calls and text, mostly they are there tempting you to call back which ends up with the user calling back some kind of premium service and costing you money..
See images below for the information..
Payoutsure is just a shitty video leading you to believe you will make millions, stating they have featured on several sites yet no links to prove it,see the top of the image,Sky and CNN and so on..
The Chinese manufacturer Meizu, has become really popular outside Asia thanks mostly to their “Bang for the buck” smartphones, that offers great performance for a low price.
One of their best-selling models are the Pro Line, which sits right below the 6″ phablet market. Well, today the company has announced the flagship model of 2016:
The Meizu Pro 6
The Pro 6 is a familiar looking phone, been really close to what an iPhone could look from the distant, but that’s now a bad thing, as that means a great looking phone to watch.
What makes unique the Pro 6 are the internals, so let’s take a look ate what we have:
Dimensions: 147.7 × 70.8 × 7.25 mm Weight: 160 grams Screen: 5.2-inch screen with FullHD SuperAMOLED 3DPress Processor: a Deca-core MediaTek Helio X25 processor at 2.5 GHz RAM: 4 GB OS: Android 6.0 Marshmallow under Flyme UI Storage: 32/64 GB expandable via microSD up to 128GB Camera: Main camera 21 megapixel f / 2.2 and 10 LED’s flash ring, Front 5 megapixel f / 2.0 Battery: 2560 mAh with fast charging USB TypeC, Finger print Sensor
As you can see the phone has it all, that “3D Press” is a version of ForceTouch, giving you different options on-screen depending on how hard you press it.
Below the main camera you’ll find another circle that houses the 10 LED dual-tone flash ring, which promises incredible indoor and low light shots.
Also, the devices comes with dedicate audio chips to improve quality like mSound and a third generation NXP Smart PA system, to deliver great and loud sound without distortion.
Also, the FP scanner, also acts as home and back button, letting the power on/off feature to the right hand side.
It will come in Dark Gray, Silver, Red, Gold and Rose Gold color options as well the two storage options.
The starting price in China is 2,499 Yuan (340 euros or $386) for the 32GB version and 2,799 Yuan (380 euros or $433) for the 64GB version.
There’s no word yet about availability outside Asia, but we’ll keep an eye on this device.
What do you think? Will you pick one up if you have the chace? Ley us know in the comment section or tweet us your thoughts.
Hay Fever is quite frankly a pain in the ass, those who suffer from it will tell you the same,I used to suffer from it years ago and it was not a pleasant experience either. Thankfully it seems to have went away and now I do not suffer and have not done so for a few years.. Treatment does vary for this pest from nasal sprays to home made remedies, but the best treatment I guess is prevention and prevention is better than cure..In my time I used a spray called beconase and it was horrible to even take it by spraying up the nose. With this new app you will be able to enter your symptoms and get a treatment instantly. Not only that you can explore your nose and more.. Sadly the app is only on iPhone for now and it would be nice to see it on all platforms but we have to start somewhere I guess.
How can this new app help?
20 Million people in Ireland and the UK suffer from hay fever.
Using the App, sufferers can determine the severity of their hay fever and get immediate and specific treatment advice.
Instant Pollen Count information wherever you live or plan to travel.
This summer take control of hay fever and enjoy – not endure – those sunny days.
The information in this App is based on Dr. Paul Carson’s 30+ years of dealing with hay fever and allergy patients. He has published many popular self-help books on allergies and hay fever.
App features
Explore nose, sinuses, ears and eyes to find out what happens during a pollen allergy attack.
Check pollen counts for your country in the information section. You’ll also discover self-help tips, alternative medicines and guides to the treatments. You’ll soon understand why some treatments work and other (good) treatments don’t work.
Recently I had a chat about the Blackberry Priv and why I use one,to date its been a solid performer and serves me well, check out what I had to say…
Greene: You’ve got a pretty busy schedule – how does PRIV fit into all that?
O’Brien: Since I often work on the road looking after clients or connecting with people from my company, the PRIV for me is essential for my business. I’m usually up at around eight in the morning, whether I’m traveling or working from home, and I regularly have to balance my schedule around my business, Tech Buzz Ireland, and my family.
PRIV has all the aspects I need to do that – Google Maps is an essential part of my day-to-day, while applications such asMicrosoft Office Mobile allow me to put together spreadsheets like invoices and send off documents on the fly. The camera’s also proven essential for my blogging work, and its photo quality is excellent. Apps like the Hub tie all that together with Google Calendar and Event Reminders, which together help me stay organized.
Greene: What really strikes you about PRIV? What couldn’t you live without?
O’Brien: DTEK, for one. I like to know exactly what my installed apps are doing and how they’re using my information – DTEK provides me with that insight, and serves as a nice touch atop BlackBerry’s other security features. The keyboards, without a doubt, are also excellent. The physical keyboard makes typing, note-taking and documentation very simple and effective, while the virtual keyboard is great for quick messages and searches.
As I mentioned, I also quite like the physical design of the phone. When you hold it and slide it open, it’s well-balanced in the hand, not too big or cumbersome regardless of whether or not you’re using the keyboard. It’s easy to use as a one-handed device, too.
Greene: What sort of reaction has your PRIV gotten from friends and colleagues?
O’Brien: A lot of people here haven’t physically seen the phone, but the first thing they always notice is that it’s a BlackBerry. Those who know me usually have one reaction; something along the lines of “What the hell, Jim? You’ve been an Android and Windows fan for years! Why are you using BlackBerry now?”
Then I show them the device. When they actually get a chance to look at it, to slide open the keyboard and feel it in their hands, they change their tune. I’d say about 15 or 20 people I know bought their own PRIV based solely on my feedback.
VR is the in thing this year and with more options available to the consumer and getting cheaper too, though its fair to say you get what you pay for..
If you dont fancy shedding out hundreds of your hard earned euros to experience VR you can get it cheap, options such as Google cardboard is one way to test it out but its limited compared to the next best reasonably priced Samsung Gear VR..
Dunnes Stores are now on the bandwagon selling a VR Headset for €29.99 This is not a well know name and there is multiple offerings of similar available on the web and some similar to this only with a different name.. You will not get the same feeling of immersion here as you would with options like Gear VR or HTC Vive but for the money its worth a shot and will give an idea,For now content still lacks too but that will change in the coming months. Also worth noting is that these are not device specific and cover a wide range of phones too.

Next up in the Samsung S7 series review is the leather pouch from Noreve. The pouch is not for everyone yet it is stylish and looks well, immediate access to your device is however restricted,as I said these type of cases are not for all but they are popular enough in general and not picking on the S7 here. The case is well made, robust and gives that bit of extra grip, should you let the pouch fall your device will be safe from initial testing here in-house.Check out the image gallery and video review below for more thoughts and do comment below if any questions are required. The case featured will set you back €45.00,might be expensive for some but for the executive type it will look good. As always you cans till customise your case with Noreve and check out the links below for options..

Last week we featured an app than can help children at maths with Down Syndrome which was popular all week on the site and this is good to see,its great to see these kind of apps appear and making good use of technology we have around us today,Apps are still the way forward and its suggest even by Apple that TV will be soon ruled by apps..But that is Apple..
Another app which has been sent in is called Zap Zap Math which is on Android and iOS to download this however will require an internet connection to use the app too and the App is 73 MB in size so you would be best off to use Wi-Fi to download. The app is also now available to use off-line..
Marian explains how the app has been for her.
The app’s got really engaging graphics, characters and game play, so she doesn’t realize how much she really learns while engaged in ‘play’ – The math practice worksheets are rich with a universe of educational content, and the app has new exciting math games being added to it every 2 weeks! – It’s aligned with Common Core standards and learning modules. My girl gets her foundation right before progressing to higher levels, and she’s addicted to getting higher scores..

This case from Noreve is a fold over design which has nice looks and adds additional grip when holding when not in use,The Noreve logo is once again embedded onto the front of the case and inside the logo is also embedded into the lining,The S7 Edge is a big device and this particular case will add a slight bit of thickness to the phone and when opened it might be just too much for some, nonetheless its nice, protects the phone and looks well, should you drop the phone you will be also fine with the device entirely surrounded and a nice fitting clasp to keep the case shut,As always you can customise the case to your requirements and there is plenty of options available, check out the image gallery and video review below for more and see link at tend of post for all the options available to you..
