CASEKOO hace sent over some of their latest cases on offer for the iPhone 15 pro and have a wide variety of cases on offer, these cases come in a range of colours and look well and have a new layer of protection added in the form of and airbag which is new to me on cases but it works well and feels good and your device will certainly be better protected.
The Koo Air Cushioning Technology with an air-layered airbag structure enhances shock absorption effectiveness by 120%.
Highly elastic airbags for shock absorption, providing stringent military-grade standards for 3-meter drop protection. The case offers extra gripping power too and really comfortable in the hand.
The adjustable stand offers versatile angles ranging from 40° to 120°. This feature ensures an optimal perspective for both portrait mode(productive video calls during work) and landscape mode(immersive movie-watching sessions). This also can add a layer of security to your phone if you put your finger through it as you will see in the video review below.
The cases also come with advanced Magsafe technology and the magnet on board is super strong unlike some cases out there. Also noted is that these cases have Anti-Yellowing technology.
The latest and greatest from Apple is now here and in short what he have is some slight speck bumps and some new features, the new iPhone 15 pro is the phone of choice for us and the devices are now made with titanium and the feel of the phone in hand is much better than last years iteration and feels much lighter to hold in the nad and has a nice feel to the rear of the device.
The Watch 2 however was said to come in a Black colour this year which I would have preferred and there is literally no difference to the look of the device this year and there is some new features to arrive on it soon which is an odd move from Apple.
We will be doing many reviews in the coming weeks for cases and accessories for both the Watch and Phone and have many in the works now so if you have any accessories and cases etc do let us know and if you have any questions on the products themselves do get in touch.

Keyboards are a vital accessory for content creators journalists and more and especially those in office environments and ZAGG have announced a slew of new keyboards recently for you to check out and they are very robust and simple to use, keyboard type though is subjective to each user though as you have travel and tactility to think about, for me I typically use square keys and I use chromebooks most of the time and again keys are square and near flat on my laptops.
I have not used a standalone keyboard in years however I am changing my set-up at home to a monitor and this keyboard will fit right in after using it for a few weeks and have come to like it, This even works on a mobile phone which is great and has multipoint connection so you can use up to three devices at once which suits me perfectly right now, On one test I used my Galaxy Z flip5 and two chromebooks so moving between either is simple with the three standout blue keys up top of the keyboard, there is also and extra numeric keypad on the right which is something I have not used in years and last used on an old dell laptop which is handy for some people.
A few keys have a backlight for ease of use and the keys are perfectly sized although it did take me some time to get use to the travel and tactility but you can adjust fairly fast however I have big fingers and typing is always an issue when speed typing but that is just me but there is others out there like me.
One thing I have noticed is less fatigue on the fingers and hand after using this for some time which is valuable for someone like me who is constantly on my laptop writing tech reviews, even if not on the laptop I can use my phone which sometimes I do to get the ball moving on some things which have some urgency so if in a hotel room or travelling this keyboard works much better than the tiny keys on my phone and being a Flip phone this pair well with it.
Like I said a keyboard is subjective and or me this is the first one I have used in years and it is perfect for my needs, looks good and is robust with a super batter life and comes with wireless charging and you should check it out, check the video below for more.

FUJIFILM Europe GmbH, Imaging Solutions Division, announced today its first-ever palm-sized digital camera, INSTAX Pal digital camera (“INSTAX Pal”). INSTAX’s latest camera lets users easily capture small and big life moments. Working alongside the INSTAX Link series smartphone printers (“INSTAX Link series”), the INSTAX Pal is an exciting and new way to take photos.
FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation, Tokyo, released the instant photo system and products under the brand INSTAX in 1998 and it is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year (2023) (“INSTAX”). Until now, the lineup has included instant cameras with a “shoot and print” function and smartphone printers with a “print” function, but the INSTAX Pal announced today is the first “shoot” only product in the INSTAX series.
This new compact digital camera fits into the palm of your hand and sends photos directly to your smartphone via Bluetooth1to the dedicated INSTAX Pal smartphone app. When users are ready, they can print off their favorite images using an INSTAX Link series printer* or the instant hybrid cameras INSTAX mini Evo and INSTAX mini LiPlay, meaning they have the versatility to print in mini, SQUARE, or WIDE formats. It can also create digital INSTAX images which can be saved to your smartphone and then shared to social media.
Compatible INSTAX Link series: INSTAX mini Link, INSTAX mini Link2, INSTAX SQUARE Link and INSTAX Link WIDE smartphone printers.
The pocket-sized digital camera allows you to easily take pictures with one hand, and the wide-angle lens makes it perfect for group photos. But the exciting features don’t stop there.
Remote Shooting using the dedicated smartphone app enables users to be part of the picture. The app allows users to check the composition of the image via their smartphone before taking the photo with the INSTAX Pal.
Interval Shooting allows the user to take continuous shots at 3-second intervals, which can then be edited in the app to choose the best shot.
INSTAX Animation combines multiple images into a single video similar to a flipbook. If the user prints the INSTAX Animation, it becomes an INSTAX print with QR code. Scan the QR code to play the video.
L [Link] Mode lets users connect the INSTAX Pal directly to their INSTAX Link series printer via Bluetooth. Then, just like our other instant cameras, the images automatically print out immediately after they are taken.
Multi-use detachable ring can be used as a handy strap, as a simple viewfinder and as a camera stand when remote shooting.
Additionally, personal audio can be recorded and set as the camera’s Pre-shutter sound, creating a moment of personalization for every user. The INSTAX Pal is available in 5 colors: Milky White, Powder Pink, Pistachio Green, Lavender Blue, and Gem Black. An INSTAX Pal Design Silicone Case in five colors and a new mini film, “Soft Lavender,” will also be available at launch.

Home security is something we all need to attend to and important for all the obvious reasons and something we should stay on top of and re-evaluate every now and then, with me that is nothing to remind myself of due to what we do hear but we should also check up on current tech we have in our homes and ensure all is fine, why I say that is I know several people who can cameras sensors or doorbells etc and stopped using them because the battery died.
The lazy effect has come into play here and it is too much effort for some just to even do this simple task that will someday come back to bite them even after I recommend these people to buy some type of security product for their property. Here for me though it is no issue as we review stuff all the time and I always keep in check if all is ok or I get messages to tell me something ain’t right which is mostly re-charging devices.
There is so many products out there now for your home and many affordable so there is no excuse and with the Summer almost over now is the time to take a second look at what you have, theft is on the rise again and mostly happens when you are not in or during the night so folk you need to buckle up and get it sorted.
This gadget from Meross is a simple one simple to set up and just leave it there and do its job and maybe after a year then you may need to check the battery if that is not too hard to do.
In the box you get a hub and two smaller pieces to attach to a window a door a garage door even, the list goes on this can also be used in the home for other scenarios like a press or a locker or even a pets cage and it is cheap as chips. You can also see what else the company has on their website here.

Nory, an AI-powered operating system for the hospitality industry, has won the KPMG Global Tech Innovator Ireland final. Conor Sheridan, Nory founder and CEO, will represent Ireland against 22 other country finalists in the global final in Lisbon on 15 November.
Conor competed against seven other innovative start-ups from across the island of Ireland, with solutions covering everything from diversity and inclusion and influencer marketing to child-protection and women’s health.
Anna Scally, KPMG’s Head of Technology & Media and member of the Global Tech Innovator judging panel said:
“The standard of entries to this years’ competition was excellent and each of our eight finalists challenged valiantly to be the winner. As judges, we had a really difficult job but ultimately Nory came out on top. We wish Conor the best of luck when he goes to Lisbon in November from everyone at KPMG in Ireland. It will be a fantastic opportunity to meet with investors, get mentoring from top CEOs, meet tech industry peers and be in with a chance to take home the global prize.”
From restauranteur to tech entrepreneur
Before founding Nory, Conor worked in finance before deciding to start his own restaurant, ultimately founding the popular and fast-growing independent Mad Egg restaurant group. As a restaurateur, Conor saw a gap in the market for an intelligent restaurant management system that could work with frontline teams to help them perform better.
Nory’s platform is purpose-built to help venues control their costs and perform consistently each day. Nory centralises core restaurant operations into one single control point. From sales analytics and forecasting to workforce management and inventory management. It uses proprietary AI models to analyse business data in each restaurant and recommend simple actions to help teams control costs, increase productivity and boost employee engagement. Nory works with several brands across Ireland, continental Europe and the UK including Stonegate Pubs, Jamie Oliver Group, Freshly Chopped and Dr. Juice. It has consistently delivered a 50%+ increase in net profit for its customers, proving to be transformational.
Earlier this year, Nory secured €7 million in a seed funding round co-led by Triple Point Ventures and Samaipata VC. Participating investors also included Playfair Capital, Cavalry VC and Circlerock Capital. The investment is being used to extend capabilities of Nory’s proprietary technology and accelerate its go-to-market strategy.
Conor Sheridan noted:
“We are pumped to be named Ireland’s KPMG Global Tech Innovator winner. The quality of the competition was immense, which is a testament to the level of innovation happening here at the moment. For Nory, our mission is to revolutionise how hospitality businesses are operated around the world. These businesses are currently being hit with a huge amount of operating pressures, it’s a tough trading environment. We’ve demonstrated that leveraging AI can be transformational for your bottom line, irrespective if you are operating in New York or Newcastle. I’m proud to be representing my peers in Lisbon and will try to bring it home for the Irish ecosystem!”

The Samsung Galaxy A04s is an affordable device from Samsung on the Tesco Mobile network and comes in at a really tasty price especially if you are a clubcard holder at 99 euro, normally 179 euro on prepay pricing at the time this review goes out so prices are subject to change.
The device is again similar to other Samsung phones on the Samsung portfolio and has thin bezels on the sides and top and a small chin on the bottom finished with a glossy finish all round and I suggest you get a case for it to keep it safe from getting smashed if you drop it, this can happen to anyone and I always advise getting a case no matter the cost of the phone.
It has a good sized screen for media consumption and does a decent job here with bright enough panels inside being a PLS LCD 90Hz refresh rate with up to 400 nits and a 6.5 inch screen.
Onto the camera next which most people are obsessed with these days and there and we have a 5mp front facing camera and three rear cameras which are 50mp f1.8 camera 2mp macro and 2mp depth cameras. But how these translate into real world images and videos can be seen below with the video and image taken with the device itself so you be the judge but from where I stand using high end phones most of the time they are not bad at all. You are maxed out at 1080X30fps and have 10X zoom as with images and like most phones bar the higher end S23 ultras for example all apart after 4X and this happens with many phones.
The device is powered by a 5000mAh battery which for me is great and will last a day easily and me being a power user so for the average joe you should get two days use no problem here. Inside the phone is ran by an Octa Core 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 & 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 processors. Not bad but sluggish on some instances in my testing but again this depends on the apps you use.
When it comes to multitasking it worked fine for the most part but sometimes opening apps was a pain and there was some lag between swapping apps on multitasking but this is to be expected at this price no matter the device with similar inerts running it and again depending on your apps of choice, for general use such as social media emails browsing and so on for the most it will be fine and run nicely, my personal workload uses power consuming apps which will obviously slow things down more for me.
Overall for me this is an ideal second phone as I am more inclined to use higher end phones so for going out or going to a festival etc it is ideal and not an expensive loss should you loose it or it gets damaged, it can lack speed sometimes even opening some app and the camera is decent enough which for some is important.
Using the Tesco Mobile network is fine I have multiple sim cards here as I test the networks, over the last few weeks I have been using competing mvnos once of which has gone horrifically slow especially on data which is An Post so I will be moving over to tesco mobile now as it had no issues when testing. Check out their billpay plans here and prepay here and check out the device itself in the video below with image and video samples, So for the parents that are looking for a cheap phone that will do for the younger teens out the this might be the right phone. You can get it here.
