There is tripods and there is tripods but this one has MagSafe built in for iPhone users however all devices can be used with this product and it makes life simple for creators or for those who like to take selfies, being adjustable to make height choice better than most options we have tried this is versatile and can be used at almost any angle with a 360 degree face rotation and 180 degree neck rotation.

Tech Review – JBL Tune Flex

The JBL Tune Flex is the last pair so far in for review and at the budget end of the spectrum with price here is where one will ask about performance and features, as I have said many times here on site and in my videos this department has changed rather swiftly with the cost to performance ratio getting better things are now better for the consumer and the same applies again here in short for JBL with the Tune Flex.

With having the most earbuds reviewed in Ireland on site and by that I mean hands on you see them and we also do a video review rather than stock images with little context we test our earbuds check out the apps when available as some earbuds still do not have apps but in some cases do not require on we have a good feel and taste for the audio for the price be it high or low and as mentioned this applies now to earbuds in the sub 100 euro department and we have actually had some in to check out in recent times and the competition is just getting better and that means better value for the consumer.

I usually do not fob off one brand against another in my reviews as we like to stick the the product in question but there is good value to be had under the 100 euro price point these days and the days of spending up to 300 euro on earbuds is long gone for me unless you are a brand loyalist which I am not and like to see what is out there for all prices which we do… Yes we have more earbuds of course in and coming soon.. Even recently JBL announced probably the best looking phone case coming soon and it did cause a stir as to why and what features will be on offer but again we have an example of JBL Tour Pro 2 upping the game here bringing something new to the table and even after checking out the latest pairs of earbuds they have all the market covered when it comes to prices and what is on offer.

The JBL Tour Pro 2 earbuds which I seriously can’t wait to see.

 

So back to the Tune Flex. OK so we will not keep you here much longer but do watch the video for more, We have gone over their app multiple times but here is some of what is inside in case you missed it from out previous reviews and again it is good and delivers and lets you be in control rather than having a default option you have an EQ so all the bells and whistles are here in their app even at this price point.

Tech Review – Andobil Easyfly double sided mag phone grip

A nice new accessory has launched for iPhone which is the Andoblil double sided mag phone grip, not only does it work with non mag safe iPhone accessories it includes a magnet inside that in effect will make it, you will understand more in the video review below how this works which is really cool.

Keeping your phone out of your hands during the day when working cooking or whatever the case maybe can be a challenge and this is where this accessory comes to the rescue which is neat. It has a really strong magnet too which is important and effective and one of the better magnet based products I have seen for iPhone over recent times.

In the well presented package you get two magnet pads and another two for non magsafe which is really cool and also you get the ring grip which is self explanatory these days, this allows you to leave your device down on a surface without having to remove the case and watch content and so on. The pads can be placed anywhere in your home to act as another way to keep your grubby hands of your device which is a good thing and overall a clever well made package that I would see as an investment and not expensive either, see the video below for more and how it works.

Tech Review – TORRAS iPhone 14 pro cases

TORRAS have sent us over some cases to check out for the iPhone 14 Pro which is one of the devices I am using at the moment, The iPhone is an expensive piece of kit and needs protection and cases from TORRAS is one place to shop for them and they have an nice range of cases and more on their website.

Tech Review – Wissonly Hi Runner bone conduction headphones

Bone conduction headphones are getting popular to some extent now and we have covered several pairs to date here on the site and our YouTube channel, they do all look familiar due to limitations I guess but they are often overlooked as an alternative to earbuds, if you have not checked out a pair of these yet you might be in for a surprise with how well they actually work and they are better for your ears tpo and not only that you can hear your surroundings no matter how you chose to wear them or at what sport you play.

As mentioned yes the sports fan will like these and can be worn anywhere and will not fall off your neck either they are really light and simple  to use with a clean design too with one side doing all the control work with just three buttons that gives you all you need to do on the go.

You can use these as an MP3 player which is great and means you do not have to carry your phone with you and there is 32 GB of storage on board to load up to 5000 tracks which is more than enough for most people. You can toggle between your mobile and phone on the headset in one simple step skip and reverse tracks and higher/ lower the volume, there is no voice assistant access from my testing which is fine and not a deal breaker.

Battery life is pretty stellar too and you have no app access or EQ built in so nothing to draw down the battery bar your volume levels and for me around 11 hours was the average max volume. For the sound it will not be like TWS earbuds or headphones by any means a however it is crisp and clear it must be said and the same for calls, no lag latency noted either during testing and overall pretty much mid range throughout with no overlapping audio, highs lows and mids came through pretty clean and a touch of bass they do a better job than you would think and for me an easy suggestion for those who want something robust and still delivers decent audio and they are great for lying in bed too which is where I spend a lot of time testing headphones and earbuds as well as outdoors.

Tech Review – Orico USB4.0 portable SSD

Most of of us own some kind of storage be it a thumb drive or USB key as they are also known as or some form of external storage and we have covered plenty here on site even some with personalization too which is cool so if you can get that option do so as some brands do offer this service on top of the usuals like storage size and the option of HDD or SSD and like most tech now they come in different shapes and sizes and have moved from a boring block to an extent but there is none out there quite like this one boasting really nice colours and just stands out, anyone that has been to my office has asked what it is and have been surprised not realising such things exist these days.

Tech Review – Mkeke iPhone 14 pro clear case

Another case for the iPhone 14 pro and many to go and this time it is from Mkeke, sadly this looks like has been damage during transit but we must go on and this will not have any effect on the case due to where the crack is and looks like it was trampled on, however the rest is intact and fine and the case does a good job with protective air bag bumpers on the corners and gives you extra grip too the case also works with wireless chargers so that’s a plus and you can place the case face or rear down there is plenty of protection either side which you will see in the video below..

It is a case after all and not much can be said but as for the feel and look if you need a protective case check this one out which is also very affordable.
