The all new FUJIFILM instax Link WIDE 2 smartphone printer is an upgrade to the popular 2021 first release and brings a variety of new, interactive features to fans of instax WIDE instant photography and comes with a companion app to get creative and make nice memories as you always can with instax products and print real photos like we use to do years ago rather than share your life on social media.
A key new feature of the instax Link WIDE 2 is its Photo Mixer app feature. Users can pick favorite images from their smartphone’s camera roll and with a touch of the “Mix it” button, the app will generate a selection of collage-style layouts to choose from. Users can remix up to five times, then fine-tune with custom edits before quickly printing instax WIDE photos or sharing online.
Also within the instax Link WIDE app, users can access a multitude of expressive frames, filters, emojis, color modes, and text to customize their instax photo prints before printing or sharing them. Users can further personalize their images with over 1,600 in-app stickers.
We have reviewed many of the FUJIFILM instax printers over the years and they are a fun kit to have at your disposal and being able to print something there and the is great and even today somewhat has people fascinated mostly the younger teens of today who missed how things where done back in the day and yeah that shows my age lol.
The printer itself is on the larger size however still portable enough to put in a handbag or jacket pocket and looks nice with a light on the bottom right hand side and two buttons on the left you put your film in the rear then connect to your phone load the app and you are ready to start having some fun.
With the instax Link WIDE app you can do what you could do before and more this time with the all new Photo MIxer which is actually quite good you can also add text QR codes URLs borders and make all sorts of collages and make tonnes of edits in any photo you use and as I said get creative.
