At this moment, practically every mobile manufacturer are trying to have the bigger and better displays units on their phones, but only few has manage to accomplish this task.
4″ and 736 ppi
In a world where QHD 5+” is becoming the new standard, Sharp amaze the world presenting the new 4.1 inch IGZO displays with an insane resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels Or 736 ppi!!
According to Sharp this new display will bring the same experience of a 6-inch 4K screen. Even when no matter how good your eyes are or how many times people tell you great thing about your “eagle eyes”, you’ll never tell the difference on that size.
Tech description
What’s really important here is what the future will bring to the table, personally I don’t think having a 2K or higher display in such small size is a decisive factor.
But, is up to you! Tell us in the coments below if having the sharpest displays is a deal breaker or maker for you!
New tech in today and its the new Moto 360 smartwatch and it looks quite nice so far on first inspection.
Included with the packaging is the Watch itself, instructions, desktop charger and plug that is it sure what more do you need..A fully charged battery would be nice for first use hey…. Have a look at the gallery and unboxing below, and we shall talk more soon.
To buy the Moto 360 here in Ireland you can head up north or import from UK ,if you have a parcel motel account you will find it much easier to import from sites that do not ship to Ireland which is a bit silly in this day and age.
The Moto 360 cost €249 which is a pricey watch but its the best looking out there now at the moment in my opinion..
Recently MixRadio Music Connects 2014 an annual get together of the musicians, concluded in India and brought in loads of cheers to the music lovers giving them more reasons to love the free Music Streaming service MixRadio (exclusive to Nokia devices). I’m personally a huge fan of MixRadio as it knows what I want to listen. The more you use the better music suggestions it gives you.
So here I’m covering one interesting feature which got introduced at Music Connects 2014. Now you can share what you are playing on MixRadio with your friends even without doing anything extra, just continue listening the song and its shared on all the social media you choose to.
MixRadio now allows you to share what you are listening to through IFTTT all you have to do is, just sign up and add the recipes. The APIs take the feed directly as you listen and post them on your behalf.
After signing up in IFTTT you will be directed to your dashboard, where you have to choose MixRadio, connect it to IFTTT with your Nokia account (the one used on MixRadio). Now add the recipe to your account on IFTTT and there you are good to share what you listening to.
You can add any number of recipe and they will be triggered once you are done listening. Do comment below for any questions or queries. Happy listening & sharing.
As both an Android and WindowsPhone user i like to have choice, choice is what i get and the best of both worlds but i do not like the static screen on Android mainly because i love the live tiles on WindowsPhone, its pleasing to look at and not boring and your phone looks alive.
Now there is a great new app called Launcher 8 and it does what it says on the tin,it turns your static screen into life and very user friendly and you can create your own design on the homescreen..It seems pretty good so far on testing and we like it.

LG has recently announced that it’s most recent handset, the G3, will be receiving the android Lollipop update sometime this week in Poland, with other markets to follow soon after.
This is a very impressive feat as LG have been known in the past for taking their merry old time when delivering software updates. Of course they haven’t beat Motorola to be the first OEM to push out the update, but second isn’t bad, especially when you consider that the Nexus 5 and other previous generation Nexus devices will be receiving the update around the same time.
That being said, LG have not given any definite dates for the release in any other markets, but rest assured, it will be soon, and if you still can’t wait, chances are you’ll be able to grab the ROM online and flash it to your device if you so wish.
Just recenlyt a new twitter account popped up on the Twittet machine by the name of @Vsenn_Official
Slowly the word spread and people are now interested in what is actually going to happen here,im very curious due to who is involved, which is a former Nokia X Android programme manager and im actually quite hopefull,i do have some other thoughts going forward on this but will discuss them again when the time is right, they are all good by the way…
So this was the first tweet, then another came along which now beefs up the situation here..
The twitter profiles reads as follows,A smartphone with Upgradable and Modular hardware + Android OS updates for the next 4 years. Customizable and Secure. That’s what we stand for.
Some may get the drift and some may not but this looks exciting and looks pretty cool.
This is said to be going up against Goggle with Project Ara and they also state on twitter GLOBAL BRAND so this looks very interesting ,follow the journey over here on Vsenn
Yesterday Motorola unveiled the new Moto Maxx (An international version of the Droid Turbo for Verizon Wireless in the US) in Brazil, an soon will be release for other countries. Still we don’t have official information regarding others markets so a “global version” is not a correct word this time.
The only difference between the Moto Maxx and the Droid Turbo are the internal memory (32gb and 64gb for the Turbo and only 64gb for the Maxx) and the back plate materials, while you can find the Turbo in two textures (Carbon fiber and Ballistic Nylon version) The New device can only be found with the Nylon cover.
The Nylon back and the 21mp camera
The Maxx comes with a 5.2-inch Quad HD display (565 ppi), 21 mp rear camera with dual led flash and 2mp front camera, quad-core 2.7 GHz Snapdragon 805 processor, Android 4.4 Kit Kat, 3 GB of RAM, and a monster 3900 mAh battery with turbo charging capabilities (8h in just 15 minutes), Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and it’s Splash proof.
Turbo Charging
For this moment can only be found in America, Brazil and Mexico aparently, it has a retail price of 2200 real (Brazil), which works out to nearly $875 US but for 9000 Mexican Pesos which is about $660.
What do you think about the new Moto Maxx? Let us know in the comments bellow.
