BrushO – FSB 300 AI Toothbrush That Rewards You Review

The BrushO FSB 300 AI toothbrush is a new entry to the market for dental hygiene that also rewards you for brushing not that this should be feature to to invest in one you but gives you an incentive to brush your teeth more but a good one nontheless.

We have reviewed several sonic toothbrushes in the past and they are getting better to be fair and do a great job to get people on to a better routine of taking care of the teeth and with having a companion app like this BrushO has it only encourages you and yet sometimes myself I have been lazy which is why I love tech like this that makes you do things..

The core value of the BrushO lies in its integrated AI system, which functions as a hyper-vigilant personal dental coach through its companion app.

The brush utilizes multiple smart sensors to track three crucial elements of your brushing technique, It maps your mouth into zones (quadrants) and tracks exactly where you are brushing and, more importantly, where you’re missing. The app provides a visual score and map, ensuring you hit all surfaces with a colour coded map on screen and phone.

The brush has an effective pressure sensor that alerts you (often via a visual change on the brush itself and/or a notification in the app) when you are scrubbing too hard.

It includes the standard 2-minute timer with a 30-second reminder to switch to the next quadrant, ensuring you brush for the dentist-recommended time. Two minutes feels like forever doing this as I have said in past reviews which again shows the lazy effect and the AI score will gently remind you each time you are done.

This detailed, real-time coaching is transformative and as mentioned will get you into a routine like for example I have been using a WHOOP band and new Garmin watch for example and they work which is something I said would not beat me but has and this is all good.

While the smart features are the selling point, the primary task is cleaning, and the BrushO delivers. The high-speed sonic vibrations leave teeth feeling exceptionally smooth and “post-dentist clean.” The brush head design is highly effective at maneuvering into tight spots and around back molars, ensuring plaque removal even in hard-to-reach areas.

There is multiple cleaning options from deep clean smokey gum care and more from you to pick from the app does offer more options here that others I have tested in the past and works really well asides cleaning your teeth in the process.

There is a small screen on the toothbrush which you can select the clean you like and gives you a live picture of what has been done and so on and this will crosss over to the app but I would suggest using the app for the perfect session as everyone is different also to note you have to scan the toothbrush head too to make it work this is something I have not seen before aside binding the toothbrush itself which is the norm.

The BrushO as mentioned does a good lob of cleaning your teeth and has a great coach and options in the app to help you stick to a plan and customize your session when brushing you will find that it lowers the intesity if not doing it correctly and for example if you have a tooth missing which I do it will show up on the graph.

Over the time testing I tried different avenues of brushing and it shows in the app where was cleaned properly and where was not by a colour index on the teeth graph which is great so being lazy is not an option here you will be told how each session went, finally you can also earn from brushing which is great and more of an incentive which I feel is a great option and ot seen before on any other toothbrush I have covered, the option to earn points again great to see here and this will work offering you to get nw heads or brush which means you are locked into their product which is fine once they continue to offer more products later on giving people a choice and also letting the customer know they are serious and also to point out I had two software updates which is something to note, see the video below for more..

How Smart Technology Is Making Dental Visits More Precise and Comfortable

Smart technology is changing how dental care is delivered. It helps make appointments more accurate, more comfortable, and easier to understand. These tools support a smoother experience for patients who want clear explanations and reliable treatment.

Digital Diagnostics: Faster, Clearer, and More Comfortable

Digital X-rays give detailed images with less radiation than old film X-rays. The sensors are small and comfortable, and the images appear right away. This makes it easier to explain what is happening inside your mouth. Three-dimensional imaging adds even more detail by showing your teeth, roots, and jaw from different angles. With clearer information, problems can be found earlier and treatment plans become more accurate.

Benefits of digital diagnostics include:
• Less radiation exposure
• Quick and comfortable imaging
• Better visibility for early detection
• More accurate treatment planning

Intraoral Cameras: Helping You Understand Your Oral Health

Intraoral cameras show real-time pictures inside your mouth. You can see the same images your clinician sees. This makes dental conversations easier to follow and helps you understand why certain treatments are recommended.

Laser Dentistry: Comfortable Treatment with Less Healing Time

Laser tools allow for gentle gum treatment, decay removal, and whitening. They help reduce discomfort, bleeding, and recovery time. Many patients feel less nervous knowing that lasers often require:

  • Less anesthesia
    • Shorter healing periods
    • More precise targeting during treatment

Sedation Options: Keeping You Calm During Visits

Sedation helps patients who feel anxious or nervous. Options like nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation provide a calm experience so you can complete treatment without added stress.

Sedation is helpful for patients who:
• Have dental anxiety
• Need longer or more complex procedures
• Feel uneasy with drills or bright lights
• Have had difficult dental experiences in the past

Teledentistry: Simple Support from Home

Virtual visits make it easy to ask questions or get follow-up advice when a full in-office appointment is not needed. This is helpful for busy patients or those who prefer to speak with a professional before coming in. Teledentistry offers guidance but does not replace hands-on care.

AI-Assisted Tools: Better Detection with Clearer Insight

AI programs review dental images and point out early signs of decay or bone changes. This helps clinicians make accurate decisions and catch problems sooner. Early detection also leads to simpler and more effective treatments.

AI assistance helps with:
• Early spotting of potential problems
• More accurate diagnoses
• Reduced risk of missed findings

Smart At-Home Tools: Helping You Build Better Habits

Smart toothbrushes and oral health apps track brushing habits and offer reminders. They help patients maintain good routines between visits. While these tools are helpful, professional dental checkups remain important for spotting issues that daily brushing cannot detect.

Digital Workflow: Faster and More Efficient Appointments

Digital workflows streamline many steps of dental care. Tools like digital scanners, electronic records, and online forms help reduce waiting time and make visits more organized. These systems also support clearer communication between the dental team and dental labs, which can improve accuracy during procedures. Visiting a dental clinic remains essential because these digital tools work best when paired with in-person evaluation and professional guidance. Clinics that focus on advanced cosmetic and restorative work, such as those seen at Lowenberg, Lituchy & Kantor, highlight how in-clinic expertise and modern technology work together to create dependable treatment outcomes.

Digital workflows support:
• Better fitting restorations through detailed scans
• Faster communication with dental labs
• Reduced risk of errors or lost information
• More reliable treatment outcomes

Enhanced Sterilisation Technology: Supporting a Safe Visit

Modern sterilisation systems clean and prepare instruments quickly and consistently. Digital tracking confirms that each tool has been processed correctly. This maintains a safe environment for all patients.

Smart Scheduling Systems: Shorter Waits and Better Timing

Automated scheduling helps clinics plan appointments more accurately. Reminders keep patients informed, and real-time updates reduce delays. This creates a smoother visit from start to finish.

Scheduling tech improves:
• On-time appointments
• Reduced waiting room congestion
• Better planning for both patients and staff

Conclusion

Smart technology makes dental visits easier, clearer, and more comfortable. While at-home tools and virtual support are helpful, visiting a dental clinic is essential for early detection, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment. Clinics that use modern technology along with professional experience provide a level of safety, precision, and care that cannot be achieved at home.

Investing in the Right Equipment: A Guide for Dental Professionals

Building a successful dental practice is all about making sure you and the rest of your team have access to the very best equipment. Precision, accuracy, and reliability all need to be factored into the equation. Without these fundamental considerations, your practice won’t be able to optimise patient outcomes and minimise patient waiting times.

Knowing how to invest in the right equipment is all about having a set process that you can follow from beginning to end. Because we want you to be able to follow this process for every type of equipment you invest in, we’ve created a process that’s so versatile it will adapt to every issue you face.

Ask for proof of a track record

Whether it’s the equipment manufacturer or the supplier who delivers the consumables when you need them, don’t be shy about asking for proof of a track record. Every business that knows its stuff will want to tell you why it can help you, and that means the person on the other end of the phone will have everything you need to know at your fingertips. Take a moment to weigh up what they are saying and then compare it against some of their direct competitors, and you will be able to make an informed decision without delay.

Read the online reviews

Online reviews are there to be read and digested, so why not take a look as soon as you finish this quick guide? Many people are put off by the presence of a small number of negative reviews, but they are actually some of the most valuable information you will find online. If a small number of customers and clients are complaining about the same issue and it doesn’t appear to have been resolved, this is a warning sign. Likewise, if the issues are promptly resolved and the responses are professional and polite, this is a green light.

Analyse the customer service

The way you are treated when you phone or email says a lot about the team of people who are behind the scenes. If you find that the customer service is quick, efficient, and friendly, you will be able to make your choice with the peace of mind that makes all the difference. Exactly what you want to hear when you’re looking to build relationships that will take the stress out of running your practice for many years to come.

Consider servicing and repairs

All advanced equipment will need to be serviced or repaired at some point, but it’s the frequency and the cost that matter here. You want to minimise both at the same time, and have a contingency plan built into the way your practice is equipped if possible. That way, you will be able to keep serving your patients when a key piece of scanning or diagnostic equipment is down for scheduled maintenance.

Think about the lead times

The initial investment is one thing, but many pieces of dental equipment will work their way through a list of consumables and replacement parts. Making sure that they are budget-friendly and easy to source is really important. You want transparent pricing, discounts on bulk buys, and short lead times to make sure that you are always able to offer the service your patients have come to expect from you.

Look for nationwide coverage

Sourcing dental equipment from a supplier who is well-established and serves the entire UK will make sure that you never fall foul of the downsides of hyper-local suppliers. Nationwide coverage also reduces delivery times and makes sure that any gaps in local supply can be easily solved via other distribution centres. Exactly what you want to hear when you’re looking to invest in the right dental equipment from day one.

Set a budget for reinvestment

Continually upgrading your equipment through a proactive approach to reinvestment is what will keep your practice in the best possible health. Putting aside a set part of your monthly budget for reinvestment is a wise move here. You can then fall back on a pot of money when an upgrade is released that you want to add to your existing equipment.

Put aside time for training

Last but by no means least, remember that all new equipment will require training time for each relevant member of the care team. The best equipment will offer a powerful range of new functions while also being quick and easy to master, so that you can get back to what you do best.

Oclean X Pro Elite Sonic Toothbrush Review

The Oclean X Pro Elite Sonic Toothbrush is their latest on offer and comes in at an affordable price too in comparison to other well known brands on the market some time ago we checked out the X10 toothbrush and now it is time to go to their Pro Elite premium set this time around.

The package comes well presented and packed with everything you need including a carry bag, wireless charge a wall mount and of course extra brushes which is handy and you now have an app to help you along with your dental routine.

With the app can select tooth grade and programmes for your needs and the AI will even suggest plans for you based on your brushing and gives you a breakdown of your cleaning habits which is cool and I put to the test myself and shows in a 3D image where needs attention. It effectively gives you a health report on your brushing

As for a user experience with cleaning is it good you ask. Well yes we are habitual creatures and with a regular toothbrush it is boring with a smart one it seems longer than the time you assign, two minutes for example seems a lifetime but the thing is with the programmes you get it done as stay at it till the brush switches off which it does however there is no warning as to when the time is up like say a 10 second warning beep to let you know your hard work has been done. There is 4 different modes and 32 different intensities with a cool sounding maglev motor.

The grip on the toothbrush is quite nice with a sandstone feel to it so it wont slip out of hand and leaves no mess when finished and a simple rinse cleans it off.

There is a small touch sensitive display on the toothbrush which is hand to change modes and settings on the fly you can of course use the app for a more detailed look though for your personal needs.

Overall this toothbrush is quite good it is not as noisy as others here that I have and cost more and it coaches you into a better mouth hygiene regime pushing you to miss the places with a report each time it is used this is a great feature to have for me rather than be stuck in typical routine with a regular boring toothbrush this gives you insights encourages you to break old habits and of course leaves your teeth clean which feels and looks good and has a great battery life.

The App

  • Smart Screen-Brushing Result Instant Display
  • Ultra-Quiet Technology (<45dB)
  • 84,000 Movements/min Maglev Motor
  • 4 Modes and 32 Intensities for Clean Mode

Zaamigo’s Camera Helps Improve Dental Hygiene With AI

Brushing your teeth properly is trickier than it sounds, and dentists spend a surprising amount of time telling patients that their dental hygiene is not up to scratch. To help tackle this problem, ETH spin-off Zaamigo has launched a new device that lets anyone check how clean their teeth are – and tells them when it’s time to visit the dentist. The device, which looks rather like an electric toothbrush, features a miniature camera that takes microscopic images of your teeth and gums. The images are then processed in an app by means of artificial intelligence. As well as providing useful indications of tartar build-up, discolouration and gum inflammation, the software also offers tips on exactly how and where you could be brushing better and whether you need to visit your dentist. The dental camera is easy to use, which makes it a good choice for kids, too. In future, Zaamigo plans to add additional features to the system to help diagnose tooth decay and nocturnal teeth grinding.

Benefits:
– Examine your teeth in your own bathroom
– Early detection of poor dental care
– Personalized tips to improve dental hygiene

Zaamigo tooth camera

Intra-oral cameras used to be so expensive that only dental professionals could afford them. Zaamigo is now making the technology available to everyone.

The camera connects wirelessly to iPhones and iPads. The images are then analyzed with AI. Plaque build-up, inflammation and stains are localized and tracked over time. The app is gamified and actionable insights are presented. See more over at

Tech Review – Soocas W1 White Cordless Portable Water Flosser

The dental industry is huge money and there is thousands of products on the market today to help keep your delph clean not only that other areas in the dental industry is huge and when it comes to getting certain procedures done people will pay big bucks to have their teeth shine and often go abroad to do so, there is no need to have a set of teeth that requires sunglasses to look at but some do it but there is products available that are affordable too and this brand that sent us over this kit to check out is one of them.

Brand Story
Founded in 2015 by Even Meng, Soocas is a company that focuses on R&D and design of electrical personal care products. Some of the product categories Soocas has to offer are electric toothbrushes, water flossers, shavers, and hair dryers.

Regarding the R&D, there are 850m² or about 9,150 ft2, 18 individual testing labs, 320+ technology patents granted, 200+ inspection equipment in Soocas lab, and the certification of FDA, CFCC etc. Regarding the Design, they have won Germany’s iF World Design Award 4 times, Germany’s Reddot Design Award 3 times, Japan’s Good Design Design Award 2 times, China’s AWE Design Award once

Headquartered in Shenzhen, Soocas team specialises in designing and producing elegant and premium products with innovative technologies to improve customers’ quality of life.

In recent years, the electric toothbrush has reached a wide spread of audience. However, one of the most common things that electric toothbrushes share is the tradeoff between size and motor. This leads us to ponder if we are capable of finding the perfect balance between the two components and creating an electric toothbrush that is a compromise of size and power.

Soocas W1 White Cordless Portable Water Flosser

What is it all about then, You get a well presented package to start with and an easy to use product with several heads that are interchangeable and easy to do so on the container there is settings to adjust the speed for the desired head in use, now for me it was a simple product to use and after two weeks of use I could see and feel a difference in my teeth and the clean feeling you get from a dentists visit after a polish and scale which is advisable every six months.

What is great with this it is portable but do ensure there is no water inside when travelling and I have carried it on recent trips out of the country so for plane travel it is fine. I have not had it 90 days to consider the charge longevity but I have it about a month and still no need to charge and that is using it twice a day every day so it looks good for their claims which is also a great battery life and a four hour charge will fully charge it so in that aspect this is good.

This kit comes with everyone in mind including those who wear braces which is a trend these days from what I see and my daughter has braces which cost a fortune by the way and she has her own nozzle to use on hers and she enjoys it and can also feel a difference. With 4 speed modes to suits each ones needs it is an ideal kit to have that is portable and more than one person can use it if the tools suit the people in your household as did for me check out the video review for more below.
