Molekule offers £200 off its Air Pro air purifier for Amazon Prime Day

As air quality concerns continue to rise globally, Molekule is offering a discount on its Air Pro air purifier during Amazon Prime Day 2024. Scheduled for July 16-17, Prime Day will see Molekule offer consumers 25% off the Molekule Air Pro, reducing the cost from £799.99 to £599.99, a saving of £200.

Unlike any other air purifier on the market, Molekule air purifiers use patented technology to do what other purifiers can’t — destroy airborne pollutants at the molecular level.

“Maintaining a healthy home environment is more important than ever with air quality alerts hitting smartphones every day. Prime Day is the perfect time to upgrade your home’s indoor environment with an app-enabled device that is scientifically proven to destroy airborne pollutants,” said Brett Taylor, Director of Global Retail at Molekule. “With savings of £200 on our powerful, design-forward air purifier, cleaner indoor air has never been more accessible.”

With a focus on innovation, the Molekule Air Pro features proprietary, photoelectrochemical oxidation — PECO — technology that ensures optimal performance and durability. PECO reacts with ultraviolet light to oxidize various airborne pollutants, including viruses, bacteria, mold and volatile organic compounds, or VOCs. Molekule’s PECO technology has been independently tested and shown to capture 95% of airborne allergens, making it an effective part of a symptom toolkit for allergy sufferers.

Molekule Air Pro key features and benefits include:

  • Increased airflow – Designed to meet the needs of larger areas, Air Pro improves air quality across larger home spaces, offices and schools.
  • Fine-tuned detection – Air Pro harnesses finely tuned sensor capability to break down detected particles into three sizes, from PM10 (pollen) and PM2.5 (dust) to smaller than PM1 (smoke) and down to particles 0.3 microns in size to help increase people’s understanding of what particles are potentially in the air they are breathing.
  • Three ways to protect – In addition to a 6-speed manual mode, Air Pro delivers two Auto Protect modes, Standard and Quiet, to automatically regulate fan speed based on particle levels sensed in the air, all while keeping noise to a minimum.
  • App-enabled – App connectivity allows users to set the device up, control the Air Pro’s fan speed, check air particle levels and filter status, providing notifications when it’s time to change the PECO-Filter. Users can subscribe to the filter program to ensure they always have fresh filters when needed.
  • Instantly starts cleaning the air: Air Pro is quick to set up, requires no retrofitting or duct work, and is designed for up to 1,000 square feet of space.

Tech Review – MeacoFan Sefte 10” Table Air Circulator

The MeacoFan Sefte 10” Table Air Circulator is one of a duo of products recently announced by the brand and having tested several fans over the years the MeaocFan 260c air circulator has been a life saver on many occasions and still sits at my desk or bedside locked it even comes on trips with me and will continue to do so due to its size.

This Table Air Circulator has more to offer though, given it is larger it is not as portable as the 260c but it is in your home you will not be packing this one in your travel bag like I do with the 260c  but I guess you could pop it in your car if you know that your hotel does not offer working air conditioning or just bring it eitherway.

This has more on offer as mentioned with a small circular remote control which is cool and has some additional features built on as to the controls on the unit itself.

The control gives you the extra options silence the keys, turn off the lights and set a timer the control then offers the same as is on the unit itself which is all on the right the former is on the left.

There is three modes on offer and multiple speeds and the main feature on this unit is that it can move up or down and left to right it is not fixed unlike the 260c.

There is ECO mode standard mode and night mode if you will and again all can be controlled and set to your needs and at night it steps down in speeds.

The cool air that flows from this is again superb, I have been use to having my smaller 260 now for a few years but this steps things up massively and is ideal for a large desk or even room and of course your bedside locker if big enough to hold it, with this I can now know I will be kept cool when it is hot not that we get much heat hear but I tend to use fans regardless as I like to feel of the cool air blowing on me and with this fan I know it is been done in style and feels great.

The oscillation is the beauty about the SEFTE 10″ giving you more control. New oscillation motors enable 65° vertical and 120° horizontal movement. These combine to help reach every corner of the room, while new Air Beam Precision allows users to precisely position the airflow between narrow, medium and wide angles.

These features can be effortlessly adjusted from a glow in the dark remote control, helping people to rest, relax and sleep at the touch of a button.

Tech Review – Creative Zen Air Pro SXFI earbuds

The Creative Zen Air Pro SXFI earbuds with LE Audio is another new pair of earbuds from the brand that are affordable with great sound and features on board.

Recently we tested the Zen Air Plus which are really great value for money and worth looking at if you are unsure of what your requirements are. There is slight differences between the pair and to be honest either pair is great with the price you pay.

Again we have access to their apps which enhances the audio experience on a budget giving you the SXFI experience too which is great if you have not tested it out yet. On setting up there was an app update so be sure to do this before you move on to get the best features.

The case is a standard affair not as nice as the Zen Air Plus but still nice with the creative logo on the front and a button and on the  bottom is the USB port you can also charge these wirelessly too which for me is a win.

The earbuds again have a small stem and sit nicely in the ears giving a good seal so check you have the right tips for the best experience. The earbud is on the larger size but still fits well.

Creative Zen Air Pro – techbuzzireland

Sound is up next and again it’s good to report it is excellent slightly outdoing the sister product and anyone that does decide to check them out will be happy. Highs low and mids all good decent volume and with app access you have options. . No tinny sound when using with full volume lo lag latency or distortion noted either again here which just solidifies the product as before.

Tech Review – Creative Zen Air Plus Earbuds

The Creative Zen Air Plus Earbuds are one pair of a duo recently announced and of course we have both which is the Zen Air Plus and Zen Air Pro to check out just like the Aurvana Ace duo recently reviewed here on site and YouTube.

The Creative Zen Air Plus comes in a really nice case which is a good start and is a creamy hue color and comes with wireless charging and the flip top lid has a unique opening compared to others. It will fit in any pocket has a matt finish to the touch and just looks really nice. There is a USB-C charge port LED light and reset/connect button.

The earbuds themselves have a really nice fit and give a great seal straight away and these will not fall out of the ears either once the right tips are applied as I always advise people to do. The better the seal the better the sound and this is all before you even touch ANC mode.

You have the choice of two apps here these are SXFI ready and with Creative this has been a favourite of mine some years now, you also have the standard Creative app and there is where you find all your functions and features to get things going and set up to your personal requirements.

The controls are touch controls on the earbuds and work really well and as expected from the brand if you are familiar with the company you will already know there touch control game is on point and still is.

Creative Zen Air Plus – techbuzzireland

You have all the features you would expect to find here like skip and reverse tracks volume and call controls and voice assistant access plus more which you will see in the video review below.

Highs lows and mids are fine with decent volume and nice bass no lag latency or tinny sound or disconnecting during my testing and overall a pleasing sound which anyone would enjoy, battery life is quite good to for such small earbuds and overall there is little to complain about here and they come in a fantastic case and colour.

Nike Air 180 (2024) review On-Feet Ireland

Most of my followers know I am an avid trainer collector as well as a phone collector and I do not review shoes at all but the Nike Air 180 (2024) deserve to be mentioned here as there is lots of tech involved this shoe as was back in 1991 designed by Tinker Hatfield and Bruce Kilgroe when they first came out. We have Leon Witherow and his team to thank for the all new version.

For me this was the ultimate training shoe back in the day but was re released back in 2018 when I had all colourways and cost me a small fortune not only that I had the ankle boot and basketball boot versions too and rumor has they are set to return again with this release being long awaited by fans worldwide and they sold out in minutes and I was lucky to get a pair on launch day.

The 2024 edition of the Nike Air 180 was retooled and 3D scanned and Nike had to go back to their archives to get the shoe back to their OG glory unlike the retro models that came out there was some differences with them mainly the Air Bubble unit in the heel which was half the size of the OG unit meaning less cushioned one would think but these shoes had a psi number attached to them. There is also an updated upper shape and an updated 180-degree visible Air unit which from the bottom does not resemble the 1991 model from my recollection.

The 2024 version of the shoe is part of their cult classics and as Nike says The Cult Classics Collection is a carefully curated line-up of iconic releases that transcend time and style. Each pair carries a story of cultural significance, whether it’s from the past or in the future.

These are iconic like the Nike Air Max 90 range which today is still a shoe we see time and time again in lots of new designs and colourways.

The Air 180 shoes back then were so comfortable and excellent for running however I did find they are not TTS ( True to Size) so a half size up was a better fit after having many pairs it was the way to go, in fact there is only a handful of Nike shoes that fit the same way for me.

With this release I find them as before they fit well look great and stand out an are really comfortable to wear but the only thing is keeping these clean and over time the yellowing of the Air unit might become an issue but time will tell.

Overall Nike has done a good job keeping it OG but never gave us the little bit and pieces in the box as before but thankfully I still have them at hand. You can see more of my collection on Instagram.
