Ringke have sent us over a rang of cases for the Galaxy Z Flip 3 to check out and we take a closer look at them today, Two clear cases and one Black case to be exact and they all do a good job protecting your device but two stand out for me with a better grip and finish and one is a clear see through with a gloss finish, the other two have a matt type finish and look well.
All ports and buttons are all accessible and work well and of course they work with wireless charging too and protect your device, as with any case so far when closed the hinge is left open but when the device is open they have your covered with a flap that goes from one side to the other,something I have not seen yet on any other case..

If you have Magsafe you will know it is aimed to make life easier for charging your phone with no cables required, there is plenty of accessories out there now for Magsafe and including a product from Otterbox which we will have reviewed here on site but you get to it in our case round up reviews and it is a nice addition especially if you are an Otterbox fan.

Otterbox have sent us a huge range of cases to checkout and we start out with the Pop range which is part of their Symmetry range of cases and these would be more aimed at the ladies however guys can use them too in the clear case option and they have more than one purpose in life.
These can be used to consume media allowing your phone to sit horizontally and also giving you extra grip and giving your device the best protection on offer with a nice lip around the front and keeping the camera area well protected too, these cases also work with wireless charging too and are a worthy investment for your iPhone 13 and other models.. Webcams are booming again and today we check out another product from Creative and it is their Live Cam Sync 1080 V2 which is a nicely built and nice looking webcam. This is not expensive and comes with a lens cap for those who are worried about privacy which seems to be many folk these days..
Set -up
Simple as one would expect this can be mounted on top of your pc and it also comes with a tripod mount built in for flat surfaces this can work anywhere and no tripod would be required either if you say have something for it to sit on, it is a small compact unit which can be placed literally anywhere, you can then use their app to adjust some setting which you will see in the video below and there is nothing to technical here at all it is a simple a plugging in and off you go.

Dashcams are a must have and it is one thing every time I drill into peoples heads when I check out a new dashcam yet they ignore it and some I know have seen the bad side of this but then went on to purchase on later on when it was too late, it is never to late to own a dashcam and the N4 is one of the latest on offer from Vantrue, this is very similar to the N2S we did before and has no app support so it is the old fashioned way to get the information from it via cable and PC.

Set Up
Setting up is simple and is similar to most dash cams on the market and if you have never done one that requires putting cable in the rear of your car the tools are in the box to do so it is not hard and a simple process and once put in place you are good to go and just leave it there and let it do its job, the rest then is done on the front main camera unit and we go through all this in the video review below..

Yes, it is a more expensive dashcam however you are covered from all angles here and it is a simple to use gadget and no smarts involved like an app here, most folk have just the front window dashcam this is much better and covers you full stop

Recently we checked out the Google Nest doorbell and next up is the Nest camera which can be used indoor and outdoors and it is that how we reviewed the product but we have another ordered and will come back to give a run what it is like on the indoor setting. Heavier and larger than its competition out there how does it stack up for your money..
Build and design
This is larger and heavier than some outdoor cameras on the market and comes in the familiar white flavour which is what Google do best and that is no problem for us but looks nice and is a clear warning you have security at your home and this time of year is the time to start securing your home if you have not already with the shorter days and longer morning approaching quickly, I say this every time this time of year and you really need to beef up your home for the obvious reasons.It is a solid build and looks nice and if you are invested into Google hardwear and services it is the one you need, check out the unboxing video below for more and see what you are getting..
Set up is easy once again here and even using existing holes from your old system might work to get you going you also get a cable in the box for charging which is a cool one at that and similar to other offerings out there today. Again we go through all the finer details in the video review below and we look at the app and the features and what you can use in the app to get the most of the benefits including all the smarts you get without a nest subscription and there is enough on offer for all here which is nice and worth noting.
Battery life
If you have the home hub you can get more value so if you do not have one get one right now as this only enhances the system setup and not only that the nest hub is really cool anyway as you can leave it on a live view feed, the same as the doorbell too should you need to keep an eye on things., again we show you this in the video.. The addition to the nest subscription is you get 60 days continuous recording which is great but you get enough out of the box.

The battery life for me on the camera would typically last longer than the doorbell due to placement and most peoples would but that is subjective to the individuals use case here and where it is placed and the settings you apply,typically for me my side entry or back door camera lasts up to three times longer than the doorbell would and charge time is longer on this taking around 4.5/5 hours which is slightly longer than others out there which is fine by me.
Conclusion
Ok so it is expensive for just one camera for most and from what people have said to me and i get that however you are getting a decent camera that will not let you down here, this is placed on my side entry through thick walls and still has a strong connection where as some cameras had an issue keeping connected, this also is a great looking effective deterrent and does not look cheap either and will let people know you are being watched, the only thing missing out of the box is a siren like what is on my older system that is even more of a deterrent and works effectively and by that stage its too late for whoever might be trying to gain access to your property but then again not a bad thing as they can just give us a better laugh whilst they are caught in the act only to be caught around the next bend by another camera.
