Tech Review – CASEKOO Xmas Magic Stand Cloud Cush case for iPhone 15 Pro

The CASEKOO Xmas Magic Stand Cloud Cush case for iPhone 15 Pro is a limited edition case now on offer and is an ideal case for yourself or as a gift this Christmas which is kinda cool if you are into the Christmassy stuff, this would be an ideal gift also for Kris Kindle in the office and more.

This case is different in some ways to their previous cases but still has the Air cushioning on it which is excellent and I have dropped my phone many times and these cases saved me and expensive bill, you also get 3D printed technology featuring side-embedded holiday motifs and visible air cushions. Our 360° High Resilience Air Cushion provides all-around impact absorption through gas compression, ensuring military-grade protection against drops. The case will come in a snowman or santa offering so it is up to you to decide which one you want, not only the company claims that your case will never yellow and is engineered with advanced materials, the Cloud Cush Version resists yellowing, ensuring it stays crystal clear over time. The Christmas edition combines lasting durability with timeless design, maintaining its pristine look for longer without material wear affecting the festive aesthetics.

The buttons on the case again are perfect with great travel and tactile and work with no issues at all, all the ports are available as expected and there is a lip around the front of the case as well as the rear on the camera hump protecting the device be it face down aor back down. There is also a border on the front matching the festive theme which adds more protection on the front.

You can also use the case in both horizontal and portrait mode with the super strong magnetic MagSafe compatible CloudCush and MagicStand letting you have it at any angle you like when in portrait mode, wireless charging works with no issue either so overall this a really nice case to get hold of while you can.

Review – GlobaLink Christmas Window Lights

The GlobaLink Christmas Window Lights are an affordable option to dress up your home this Christmas and simple to use and simple to install you can be set up in less that five minutes and have your window or wherever you might place them looking nice in no time.

Review – Avoalre 40cm/16 inch Christmas Wreath with 40 LED Lights

Want an easy to use and nice wreath for the holiday season Avoalre have just that for you which is now available to buy on Amazon, the company brings all kinds of seasonal lights for your home and have a huge selection for the Xmas period and look really great if your into decorating the house as many are and often the case we see neighbours try outdo each other every year, this has even trickled down to Halloween now and it looks nice but too much effort for my liking and I like to keep it simple.

All you need to go is three AA batteries and place them in the compartment on the back of the wreath, there you also find the control panel and set accordingly it is that simple. It is simple to mount and should be safe for the duration you leave it there for, again it is subjective to where people put these but overall they do look nice and give things that seasonal look. Tech Review – Twelve South HiRise 3 Deluxe luxury 3-in-1 charging stand for Apple devices

Twelve South is a brand we have been testing products for some time now and when it comes to Apple products these guys offer premium accessories to match your premium priced Apple goods. Today we check out their latest edition of the HiRise 3 Deluxe which is their latest offering and back in 2019 we checked out their 2-in-1 wireless charger and now they have upped the game.

The build quality is top notch here again and you would not expect anything less from the company, it looks great on any desk or bedside locker although it is on the higher end of pricing for similar products it is the better one and metter quality and I have tested several similar products that cost much less but they do not last and this one is built like a tank and will last.

Tech Review – SOUNDPEATS Clear earbuds.

The SOUNDPEATS Clear is one of the latest products on offer form the brand which we have been testing out and there is more so stay tuned for those in the coming days, this pair however are going transparent which seems to be a trend these days getting inspiration from mobile phones I would imagine.

The presentation is great with a different take on things from the brand and they look good and so does the case they come in making them stand out from the crowd in the colour we have which is not so much a fingerprint collector and lets you see inside your tech which I think is cool.

These are comfortable to wear too and fit well and will not fall out and the touch controls work really well and are easy to use and of course we have the soundpeats app which we are really familiar with keeping the controls in order with the rest of their products and simple to use if you are moving up from another pair from the company.

So does transparent tech and its aesthetics take away from the sound quality well in short no in this case and they did well during my testing and for the price you are paying there is little to complain about being honest with their app thrown in to customize the EQ settings which offers a wide variety of options volume is loud you have adaptive EQ and can customize the EQ no lag latency no distortion and overall a general great audio experience for the price, you may get a little wind noise due to the shape of the buds and the case is something to take care of due to its shell but other than that an excellent stocking filler or spare pair of earbuds that also has and IPX4 rating.

Tech Review – Creative Zen Hybrid Pro SXFI Headphones

Gaming headphones are a big deal these days and there is plenty on the market to pick from and come in all price brackets so there is something for everyone here, As a user of Creatives products some years it is a brand I know I can trust with their audio products and even not being the huge gamer I once was and now a casual user  with all the consoles, Creative is a brand you will most likely see on my big head be it headphones or earbuds for gaming and not only gaming but audio in general as they are well build solid products offering you great value for money and more via their apps which enhances any experience.

The Creative Zen Hybrid Pro SXFI boasts an array of core features, including Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation and Ambient Mode, giving users the flexibility to fully immerse themselves in their audio or stay attuned to their surroundings with modes that seamlessly adapt to any environment. It also comes equipped with custom-tuned 40 mm, powerful yet light Neodymium drivers, which ensure every note is reproduced with power and precision, delivering a rich and captivating sound experience. We take a look at all this in the video review below and also the apps which gives you enhancements like no other and I tested these on my machines here at home to see what is on offer this time around.

The build quality again is robust and solid yet lightweight which for the more avid gamer is critical, the soft cups rest nicely on the ears and the headband is comfortable as well you also get a removable mic which for me is the best option to go over the fixed ones we see as it is something I personally would not use much as I game on my own rather than go into multiplayer online rooms etc.

You get the RGB effects thrown into the  mix too which gives a little flair to what otherwise looks like a regular set of gaming headphones and makes these stand out and the look sleek and clean, you also have other controls on them too such as the power on/off which doubles as a broadcast search and pairing mode, mic mute control, volume wheel and ANC/Ambient control button and trust me the ANC on with the volume maxed out you will hear nothing outside, I mean nothing. Within the SXFI app you have EQ settings and the magic SXFI can be turned on and off. You also get music controls such as play and pause skip and reverse tracks so you can use these not only for gaming but your music and it all plays out well.

The sound is what people are after lets get to it, You need to do the head mapping it only takes a few minutes and you will need someone to help you, you have an EQ to suit your needs and two apps to use what more do you want here, the ANC is great the volume is LOUD and when gaming you wont miss a beat or a footstep and if you do use the mic it works well I done a quick test for audio and it was well received after calling up a buddy or two to waste their time for a few mins to test the headphones, they dont mind and know what I am like but sorry lads no time for gaming right now. BUT that is going to change going forward.

For the money you will fork out here you are onto a winner in short with plenty of features and great audio no matter what they might be plugged into.

Tech Review – Tranya Nova Lite earbuds

The Tranya Nova Lite are the lite version of the Tranya Nova we recently reviewed here and look similar to each other on the outside, the colour on this model though is better than the dark navy one and for me the best looking of the duo however this is down purely to my choice and my choice alone and it does look good.

So does the lite version lack in many ways to the original Nova earbuds, not so much but cheaper and sound almost as good and look good so for the money there is little to give out about really as now the entry level earbuds today have come a long way when it comes to features and these are no different and also come with an app.

The design and build is familiar however they settle well in the years and will not fall out and are comfortable to wear for several hours and for the gamers this will be great to coincide with the game mode option present so it will enhance the gaming experience which for me is little use but tried it out and works well.

The audio experience again here is great at the price point and being the Lite version you have EQ settings to toggle with to get that perfect sound for you and also the earbuds are fully customizable with their control options again nodding up to 5 taps to set a control if wish to do so, for me 4 is more than enough. The audio is great, crisp and clear you have bass and sliders to adjust the tone, highs lows and mids are fine and overall a decent audio experience and no tinny sound or distortion maxed out and again being the lite version you might expect this but it is not the case here at all.

Tech Review – Creative Pebble V3 Artisan Edition Speakers

Back in 2021 we reviewed the Creative Pebble V3 and for me did not think it was that long back but moving on there is a new version of the speaker now available called the Artisan Edition which is a new collaboration with the brand which is great to see and it is one of several brands we are now working with that have collabs going on and brings colour and art to the mix over the typical stock colours of products released and it is cool.

All round though these speakers are much the same as before that pack a powerful punch look good and sound great with really nice bass not drowning out the music no lag latency and no tinny sound when maxed out at all, these sound great anywhere in the house and are super easy to connect, you also get a bluetooth dongle in the box and you can connect via BT via phone or laptop once they are powered up, speaking of you just need to plug them into your USB-C port or use the adaptor provided and you can also connect your phone if you wish to do so.

There is good B&O speakers on my laptop but with these plugged in they sound drown them out and you will see this in the demo below both connected to the laptop via USB-C and then a separate test connected to a smartphone.
