Instagram improves direct messaging.. you might use it now. #Instagram

Instagram have now improved direct messaging on the platform which might be good news for some,for me its a pointless idea unless you only use Instagram as a medium for contact,I use it myself now and was a huge hater against it but I use for for personal things mostly and would not live on it as much as Twitter for example,You can now exchange threaded messages and send posts you see in Feed to to one or more people as a message it also  supports private photo sharing, selfies and emojis,  Check out for the update now as its live  App Store and the Google Play Store.

Instagram says

Threaded messages make it easier to go back and forth with the people you talk to the most. Instead of creating a new conversation every time you send a photo or video, your threads are based on the people in them — and your moments flow along naturally. We’ve also added the ability to name your groups, a quick camera feature to respond with a selfie on the fly, and larger-than-life emoji for when there are just no words.

Today’s updates also bring a brand new way to start conversations around what you see on Instagram. When you find something inspiring or funny, your first instinct is often to share it with friends who you know will appreciate it. Today, people do this by @-mentioning friends in comments, so much so that nearly 40% of comments include an @-mention. This update has made it easier to share content that you love.

Now, you’ll find an arrow next to the like and comment icons under every post. Tap it to send that post to a friend or group as a message using Instagram Direct. It will appear as part of your conversation, and you can tap the photo or video to see and like the original post. You can also send hashtag pages and location pages by tapping the arrow icon in the top right-hand corner.

Conceived at the company’s R&D facilities in Tampere, Finland, OZO made its first appearance at an industry event in Los Angeles attended by representatives from major studios, production houses and media and technology companies. Nokia will conduct final testing and refinements to OZO in partnership with industry professionals, in advance of the product’s commercial release. Final pricing and full technical specifications will be announced at a future date, with shipments anticipated in Q4 2015. OZO will be manufactured in Finland..

What is Yeeply?

It is a platform that attracts developers from around the world to create mobile applications, but also draws in companies that require an app for their specific business. The Yeeply website allows developers and customers seeking the creation of an app to register. Above all it´s a very useful tool for SME´s to outsource their app development needs at low costs. On the website, customers are able to go through a whole range of developers to publish a project. The customer is able to detail in full the features of the application. Then developers share a proposal of the work, renegotiating the price, answering specific questions about the project and the development of the application. Ultimately the customer chooses the developer that best suits their requirements for the design of their app. Unique in their Specialty Yeeply is unique in the fact that it has a vast networking expertise in developing countries, and has become a benchmark in nearly twenty countries, especially in Spain and Spanish speaking countries such as Mexico or Argentina. But also in other parts of the world like India, Italy and USA. Thus Yeeply was born… Both founders of the company met at college.

Although in September 2012 they decided to take a different path in their professional field. They decided to take charge of their own destiny and start this innovative project. As they themselves indicate, in Spain there is a lot of skilled labor for the development of applications but few career opportunities. This discovery led them to found the Yeeply platform that meets these market needs. Also many companies, be it small or medium, often lack altogether a development team, or they are not at the required standard to create an app for them. One way to solve this increasingly important issue in today’s technological world, where smart phones and tablets have taken over; is to outsource.

The flip design maybe getting a comeback,back in the 90s they where popular and today we hardly see them at all and only recently LG announced the LG WINE which is also a clamshell flip Phone and today Samsung have announced one but its china bound so it wont be appearing on our shores,so if this is your thing its an import job.

That Keyboard from Samsung Yes that… #Samsung #Keyboard..

Samsung have today announced a keyboard attachment which is reminiscent of BlackBerry and Nokia E-Series,why for such a big phone sporting a huge screen with a more than capable keyboard is anyone’s guess but some seem to think its for those who miss Blackberry  and trying to get some of the Blackberry pie…  Will many people buy the keyboard, I dont think so to be honest but nonetheless is an option for buyers that prefer that physical touch… Perhaps it is better than it looks..Many people today still do miss the physical keyboard or either hate it so its a good move I guess from Samsung covering all angles especially  current BlackBerry users ..

BlackBerry have yet to officially unveil the much rumored Venice device but here is what we are looking at comparing the two side by side…. Thinking ahead Samsung ??

 

No price has been quoted for this piece of hardware,its expected to go on sale same time as the Note 5 hits stores.. The keyboard just snaps onto the Note 5 so its a simple process to connect both together..

Samsung have announced more members of the Galaxy Edge and Note range which are the S6 Edge Plus and the Note 5 its not long since the S6 and Edge have been on sale and a new Edge model so soon ?? On the other hand the Note Series is out quite a while and the last entry was the Note 4 last year which is still a popular device,however sale of the 6 and 6 edge have been poor due to the price structure and Samsung have recently cut the prices here to try attract more sales,will it work ?? Perhaps so, time will tell at the next financial announcement…Prices for the duo for the US have been announced and again they are high (We are talking around €800)but lets see what happens when they arrive on our shores,given that they are nice devices so lets take a look……. Both devices are available globally starting from August, 2015. Both have 32GB or 64GB storage options available in White Pearl, Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum and Silver Titanium . The plastic has been ditched from the Note 5 and both follow the same design language as the S6/Edge.
