As the title says its exactly what the app does,it enables people to report an invasive plant, Similar to an app lauched some time ago called Tree Check

This new app on Android and iOS was developed with Limerick City and County council, The app does come preloaded with known species of invasive plants to give you a heads up on what to watch out for..Its a simple app to use with an easy UI like simialr apps out there in which users can report certain things with ease and no fuss..

Just a heads up to keep an eye out over the weekend.. This scam message is back yet again a similar episode to a few months back touting a nice voucher to the tune of €750 from Super Valu.. Of course its not real but there is some who will fall for it even in this day and age,So do the obvious Delete it,report to Super Valu and tell your friends and family about it. The Assure from WatchOvers is an SOS GPS Location Mobile Watch-Phone. It is a slim device that can be worn by the elderly and the young, giving them freedom, and you and your family peace of mind. The Assure is a stand-alone watch-phone bypassing the need for the wearer to also carry a mobile phone or any other device, and is managed through an App on your smartphone.

 

 

Differences between Liberty and Assure

 

  • Location data is sent every 1 minute instead of every 20 minutes which along with its location algorithm, improves the location and the Geo-fencing.
  • The watch has a sim card slot on the side. It would be supplied with a sim card fitted but the customers have the option to use their own sim.
  • It is slim at only 13mm so fits better under a shirt sleeve and looks more like an ordinary digital watch.
