Motorola elevates everyday listening welcoming the moto buds 2 ultra, featuring Sound by Bose technology - techbuzzireland.com

Motorola has announced the new moto buds 2 ultra, its best-sounding moto buds yet. Designed for audio enthusiasts, the new earbuds combine Bose SoundDesign tuning and Bose QuietControl ANC to deliver an immersive audio experience, with rich, detailed sound and advanced noise cancellation.

Each earbud features three high-SNR microphones with a dedicated Voice Pickup Unit (VPU), ensuring crisp, high-quality voice capture. Intelligent features, including AI Live Translate and hands-free Head Gestures, offer greater convenience in everyday use, while up to 8 hours of playback on a single charge ensures users can enjoy their favourite entertainment throughout the day.

Sound by Bose technology for luxurious listening

The new moto buds 2 ultra feature Bose SoundDesign tuning, delivering an advanced audio experience with exceptional clarity and immersive sound. Whether watching a film or listening to a favourite album, users can enjoy rich, detailed audio, supported by Bose’s expertise in sound tuning.

This audio experience is further enhanced by a dual-speaker system, combining a larger 11mm dynamic driver with a smaller, dedicated balanced armature. Working together, these components deliver high-quality, intricate sound, ensuring users can appreciate every detail of their favourite content.

For an even more refined listening experience, the earbuds also support Hi-Res Audio, preserving subtle audio details that can otherwise be lost through standard Bluetooth® streaming.

When paired with compatible Motorola smartphones that support Dolby Atmos® and Dolby® Head Tracking, users can enjoy an even more immersive audio experience. When playing Dolby Atmos content, users benefit from greater clarity, detail and depth across their favourite entertainment, while Dolby Head Tracking dynamically recalibrates sound in response to head movements, creating a more natural and lifelike listening experience.

The earbuds also feature Bose QuietControl ANC, delivering powerful noise cancellation that adapts to the user’s surroundings. By detecting and responding to environmental noise, the technology helps minimise unwanted distractions, whether working in a busy environment or travelling on a flight. Transparency Mode allows ambient sound to blend with the audio experience, helping users remain aware of their surroundings when needed.

Intelligent audio features that adapt to everyday life

Beyond audio performance, the new moto buds 2 ultra introduce a range of intelligent features designed to make everyday interactions more intuitive and convenient.

With AI Live Translate on a compatible Motorola device, users can hear real-time translations directly through their earbuds, making it easier to communicate with locals in supported languages when travelling abroad.

The earbuds also offer access to Motorola Qira allowing users to receive assistance without taking out their compatible Motorola phone. With a simple long press on the left earbud, users can ask Motorola Qira for information, from cooking tips to quick facts. In the coming months, users will also be able to activate Motorola Qira completely hands-free by simply saying, “Hey Qira”.

For added convenience, Head Gestures enable users to answer or decline incoming calls with a simple nod or shake of the head, offering an alternative to traditional touch controls when their hands are occupied.

The earbuds also include Wear Detection, which automatically pauses content when a user removes an earbud, alongside Dual Connection, allowing users to remain connected to two devices simultaneously. Audio Share further expands the listening experience by enabling two sets of compatible earbuds to connect to a single device.
