No it is not just you Revolut is down apparently with an IT issue with Google Cloud and it has pissed of many as you would imagine, Revolut has said to us in an email below

Also on their website a big list of services were “partially unavailable” – including card payments, transfers, ATM withdrawals and its customer support services to be having issues.
The issue is understood to be linked to an IT incident affecting Google Cloud and they are currently investigating the issue..
