The guys of Pushbullet better known for the app that has their own name, now brings this one to help you with the file managing.
Take a look at Portal the new app to exchange file between PC and movil devices wirelessly.
There’s nothing new with this kind of application for Android, but what makes Portal interesting is the simplicity of the interface.
The file transfer process works by using a Wi-Fi network (devices need to be in the same network), which makes transferring file incredibly quick and easy.
You’ll need just 4 steps to do it all:
1. Open the web browser on your PC and go to portal.pushbullet.com
2. Open the Portal app on Android and point the QR code of the website.
3. In the browser, drag the file or files you want to share via Wi-Fi.
4. Access the content posted on your smartphone or tablet located in the same Portal folder .
The files can be even bigger than 1gb
For those folks running Android 5.0 Lollipop or even newer OS, they can also move their transfer files to the SD card.
Let’s see the app in action, shall we?
That’s it! surrounded by a simple white and green interface there’s no complications on doing this.
