Back in November the Russian manufacturer Yota announced the second gen of dual display phone “The Yotaphone 2” and today it’s offically available.

In case you didn’t know about them their first product, the Yotaphone, was pretty interesting, but didn’t get the right attention.

This device it’s a interesting piece of tech, the most eye-catchy part is the 4.7 inch E-ink display with 540 x 960 pixels and a “always on” stand by. The rest of the device comes with a 5 inch 1080p display with 441 ppi, a quad-core Snapdragon 800 at 2.2GHz, 2GB of ram, 32gb of internal storage, a 2,500mAh battery (they say that if you used the “read” mode you can have up to 5 days of battery), a 8 mp and 2.1 mp cameras, all of that loaded with Android 4.4
The phone can be purchased online at 555 £ (price a little high for the specs) only in some european countries for now, more to come next year.
