The XbotGo Chameleon is an AI-powered camera mount designed to act as a “cameraman” for sports filming with a 120 degree lens with AI built in.It comes with a high quality tripod which you can attach and it and then uses its own built-in AI camera to track and follow the action on the field or cout like football basketball and tennis etc. This is targeted at parents, coaches, and athletes who want to record games or practices without having to manually operate the camera however you get a remote control with it which is nice. The XbotGo also has live streaming which can allow you to let the camera work by itself should you need to be in a sport and not able to manage the camera

The build quality is excellent here and it had many asking me what it was when it was even just sitting in my house waiting to take it out due to the colour of it and even more impressed when I turned it on and they seen the breathing lights on the side making it stand out even more and great for night shoots.

The XbotGo Chameleon is easy and fast to set up at any game with no calibration required there is a 720p HD 1080p and up to 4K 60fps  in some sports there is a variety of settings in the app to go through you can also mount your phone in the device itself if you wish and again use the remote control which also allows you to make a point of refrence while in use in your video and you can then look back which is great. You can then also edit videos later on in app download or share if you want to go live you can also do which is a great feature.

Overall if you need you hands free and want a tool to do the job for you this is it but you yourself can be in control if needed the footage and audio is great and clear and it is also a grea talking point for anyone curious about the product which i encountered.

Guinness Enterprise Centre, the not-for-profit entrepreneurial superhub, today announces that it has surpassed the 1,500 resident companies mark as it welcomes QuizWizards to its five-storey start-up campus in The Liberties, Dublin 8. QuizWizards is now one of the Guinness Enterprise Centre’s 160 resident companies as four start-ups graduate.

The Guinness Enterprise Centre has been supporting start-ups and helping them grow for 25 years. Companies graduate when their staff requirements exceed the space they occupy in the Guinness Enterprise Centre. Urban Fox, Mobility Mojo, Move Ahead and Singular Artists are now all graduating from the superhub, which is Ireland’s largest start-up campus. Each company has grown from initial team sizes of between three to eight people while in the Guinness Enterprise Centre. Upon graduating, Urban Fox now plans to grow from a team of eight to 15, while Mobility Mojo expects to grow from eight to 20 – both by year-end 2026, in Ireland and overseas.

As resident companies grow and look to expand their operations, new start-ups take their place. They can avail of the Guinness Enterprise Centre’s space, ecosystem and supports, which include a Sustainability Cluster, led by Techies Go Green, which helps sustainability-focused companies to scale.

The latest graduates will be replaced by The Safer Plug Company and Archetype, along with the 1,500th resident, QuizWizards. The emporia WATCHjoy Smartwatch is the companies latest wearable on offer and is ideal for seniors and any one less being honest if you want a simple to use smartwatch not laden with complicated menus and UI.

Having tested this watch now for some time for me it is a smartwatch the gets the job done and gives you more than the basics in similarity priced offerings.

This watch looks more on the premium side and would easily pass the price you would expect to pay and is robust too with a good strap and again easy to swap out ones a that.

The display is bright and big enough to read anything on board and the app to go with it is familiar to me as I have used before several times on other entry level priced watches and the app is quite good in fairness and allows you to monitor important statistics over time as you will see below and in the video review.

You can take calls on the watch and the speaker is loud enough you can read your emails and text however no way to respond tho them which for me is not a huge deal as I hardly ever did in the first place it is a way to keep you off your phone however and check back in later on.

For those who want more you get more the the FitCloud app with an endless lit of sports and much more, there is also an endless gallery of watch faces to make it your own or upload your own creations where possible.

Battery life here is also excellent and depending on how much you have synced to the app you can easily get up to seven days on one charge unlike me with all going to it you can get up to 4 days and for a smartwatch that is good. Accuracy is also another point to note and has been fairly consistent with another watch during the test period.

Overall this is a really solid product for emporia to have in their portfolio and for me a watch i still wear today and would easily recommend if you are on a budget.

With a vision to make the sport more inclusive and accessible for players around the world, FC FUTURES empowers the next generation of football fans and coaches – providing training materials, as well as safe and inspiring spaces to play and thrive through real-world football experiences.

In its second year, FC FUTURES has:

  • Launched 11 new online practices, in partnership with UEFA, taking the FC FUTURES Academy library to a total of 17 free-to-access drills, designed to support coaches and players in daily training sessions. By using in-game drills to power these coaching tools, the Academy provides a unique and innovative way for coaches and young people to learn core football skills, encouraging participation and driving fandom in the next generation. Through our UEFA partnership, the Academy has now been integrated into 54 National Football Associations, with 500+ coaches trained on using the practices in the past 12 months.
  • Refurbished a further 8 community pitches worldwide – from the flood-impacted city of Valencia, Spain to Bañado Sur, Paraguay – in collaboration with league, confederation and charity partners, alongside FC FUTURES ambassadors – bringing the total to 19 pitches across 14 countries since launch. These pitches have been used by thousands of young people worldwide and have provided safe and accessible spaces to further their love of the game.
  • Deepened its global impact through multiple partnerships with organisations focused on driving positive youth development through sport. Year two saw continued collaboration with UNICEF, Merky FC, and Football Beyond Borders, as well as partnerships with some of the biggest names in football and entertainment to host numerous community training sessions and events, designed to inspire the next generation. From teaming up with LALIGA to open a new pitch in J Balvin’s hometown of Medellín to working with German football legend Lukas Podolski on a community refurbishment in Cologne, FC FUTURES is proving how far-reaching the power of play can be.

Beyond this, FC FUTURES will unlock new ways the game can further revolutionise coach education, through the creation of additional learning experiences, harnessing the power of interactive play and the merging of physical and digital football to inspire more young people into the sport.

Esports World Cup Foundation and Amazon Announce Strategic Collaboration

The Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) today announced a strategic three-year collaboration with Amazon Ads that will combine the Esports World Cup’s (EWC) premier esports and gaming event, returning to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from July 7 to August 24, with Amazon’s full-funnel advertising and entertainment services to deliver unprecedented fan experiences and expand the tournament’s global reach.

Building on the success of their 2024 collaboration at the inaugural Esports World Cup, which featured the launch of the Esports World Cup Hub on Amazon.sa and Amazon.ae, the expanded agreement will unlock new fan experiences across TwitchPrime VideoAlexa, and Wondery, and introduce custom branded activations that inspire, connect and engage fans around the world with the action in Riyadh.

As part of the collaboration, EWCF and Amazon Ads will work together to extend the reach of the Esports World Cup across key locales, including the United States, Europe, Brazil, Mexico, the Middle East and North Africa, Turkey, India, and Canada. EWC content will be delivered to fans through live broadcasts on Twitch, an original docuseries on Prime Video, real-time voice integrations on Alexa, and immersive music-driven storytelling via Wondery. These initiatives aim to transform the way fans engage with esports as mainstream entertainment for a digital generation, from competition and storytelling to shopping and social interaction.

In addition to new audience experiences, the collaboration will offer new opportunities for brands to connect with the next-generation global esports audience through Amazon’s suite of advertising solutions. From exclusive content and custom executions to programmatic media and retail integration, creating a powerful storytelling environment that benefits players, Clubs, fans, and partners of the EWC.
