Tech Review – IEsafy Babaka 26800 mAh solar powered power bank.

Power Banks come in all sorts shapes and sizes and have been a staple product some years now and again we have tested countless offerings here over the years and with time they have improved, got cheaper and do more things, well this one is a little different to the standard power bricks we purchase and can be charge via USB to power itself and better again it is also solar powered which is really cool, you can see it working in front of your eyes in our video review below.

It comes in a nice presentable folio styled set up with a leather top and then it folds out to show four solar powered panel, one opened it will start charging sand you can see the status bars on top moving the same way would find it if it was plugged in like any other device, it is waterproof and can charge two devices at once so if like me an quite a few today we all have more than one device in our pockets, be it earbuds or indeed our mobile phones.

Tech Review – The JBL Charge 5 Portable Waterproof speaker with powerbank. #JBL #Charge5 #Tech

Need a new speaker and one that is suitable for outdoors well this one in my book is certainly one to look at and if you have the money I would suggest picking up a pair of them, One on its own is more than adequate to get the sounds pumping with the sounds being heard wide and far enough but two would really enhance the game and you can pump out the tunes with great sound too.

Built like a tank this speaker can be used indoors and outdoors but with most of us now in BBQ mode like me it has been tested in both scenarios and outdoors and has a great soundstage for all fans including a nice bass level here. This is well built and has simple to use controls up top which makes for easy commands and besides using this for music it is great for phone calls too should you wish to use it for them. On the rear there is a USB-C port and a USB port which enables you to charge other devices on the go so it could save you some day if at the beach or out at a picnic and your smartphone runs low on juice.

Like I said earlier this comes with JBL boost which enables you to connect more JBL party boost compatible products together of these which would be some set up but for the most 2 would be enough, though I would love to see 4 in action it would be some sound experience. This is know as daisy chaining in the industry and many manufacturers use this today.

You will get around 20 hours of use with this speaker and of course it has got IP67 rating which means you can take it anywhere, Overall I was impressed with this speaker and can easily recommend it.

How hot it gets is probably a question one would ask, It does not get so hot you cant hold it the max output temp is 120°F / 50°C dual sided and has 6 settings to get that right temperature so you are in control, there is LEDs on the bottom side of it to show the status being blue or green ,the blue is both sides and the green is one side, the LEDs also give the battery status,one light being the lowest and so on.

When it come to charging devices it is a simple plug and go so for any usb capable device including iPhones you can charge them all and you can also charge tablets too. The beauty of this is it has a rechargeable 5,200 mAh lithium-ion battery. It is comfortble to hold to and the ideal shape to fit in your hand and this also comes in a range of colours too so there is something for everyone here rather than the standard Black variant we tend to see with many products on the market. This is a handy gadget to have and easy to reccommend..

If something has changed since the inclusion of smartphones in our life, is how important wall outlets have become.

Therefore, the need for power banks is common but sometimes its just harder to find them in local stores. Thinking about it, HP came out the idea of turning the battery into a full backpack.

The idea comes in handy when you paired with a generous capacity. Included is a 22400 mAh power bank that can charge smartphones, tablets and even laptops.

As far as they don’t use USB Type-C, everything should be fine. But the novelties don’t stop there, there’s also a “heat sensor” that will automatically adjust the temperature.

The Power up comes with a wide variety of charging cables but Type-C or any proprietary charging method, albeit with an adapter you should be ready to go. The Laptop charger works for most HP laptops (as you could expect) but also works for those that use 4.5mm or 7.4mm barrel connectors.
