Tech Review – Creative Pebble X Plus

Previously reviewed on techbuzz the Creative Pebble X which for me are worth every cent their big brother the Creative Pebble Plus outdo those which i did not think would be possible however the Plus sign here unlike phone is worth the name on the end and these pack even more of a punch and notable if ran side by side but the configuration is different and the there is some difference between the Pebble X.

This time around we get a subwoofer which is super solid and has some decent weight to it meaning it will not wobble around even when maxed out on volume and they do get seriously loud too. The woofer has no lighting at all however the speakers retain the RGB lighting that is customizable to your own requirements

The design of the speakers is the same but lacks the radiators on the side, these have moved onto the box if you will giving you a centre stage sound but mighty, the controls and ports remain the same as the Pebble X and set up is the same again and fairly simple, there has been some updates to the app since my testing and you most likely will need to update when you pick them up, this will prompt you to remove the cable and when setting up again holding down the RGB button and plugging in the USB-C cable at the same time and things go back to normal..

Overall here if you have the extra few quid to spend I would spend it on these but if not the Pebble X is more than good enough, the sound on these is louder more punchy excellent bass and you do see me get a little excited in the full video review below. If you want great sound for more than a reasonable price for your Laptop/PC or Phone this is where it is at and easy to recommend. Tech Review – INKBIRD IBS-TH5 WIFI

The INKBIRD IBS-TH5 is a handy gadget for your home you can just leave there and let it do its job, once set up in the app you can sit back and relax and let it work, there is a bug screen however to give you information at a glance at any time and you can set up all the parameters to suit your location. Sitting in my house now two weeks we can go through the data and see how it works, with the weather being very changeable the last two weeks it gave the unit a good run for its money and delivered the results,check out the app and video review below.

This gadget would be best put to use moving it around the house into different rooms to get a good idea of how things are going within each room and should you sniff out any issues as they can be sorted out rather quickly which is the best thing to do regardless, it is portable and you can of course change the location on the device should you wish to so do but not a vital unless you are placing in the bathroom or and outside premises such as a shed or office.

The product is simple to use and you can basically set the parameters and leave it there and monitor the goings on over time.

Tech Review – Edifier WH820NB Plus headphones

The Edifier WH820NB plus are an affordable pair of headphones with a bit of punch thrown in when it comes to the audio experience, over the years we have being checking out the tech from the company they have been consistent when it comes to audio at all price points and in short there is no cheap take on it when it comes down to how your music is delivered to you via their products

The headset itself this time around comes in several colours which is a good start and might look and feel a bit cheap but still it is robust and it is a headset that can be worn for hours on end with no clamping effect and sweaty cups, I have tested these on my travels to Milan recently and with the humidity over there they did not cause any issues for me and the fact they are so light makes them super comfortable over hours of listening to music or even gaming if you wish as these have a gaming mode included.

The buttons on the headphones are on the small side but work well and all is kept to one side which makes navigation simple and after a few minutes use you will have no issues using them and they are tactile and work really well dishing out the commands you want with no mistakes so in that department all is good. On the buttons you can control your listening mode volume levels track selection and so on.

With the audio aspect again the company has delivered here with an excellent pair of cans with 40mm drivers and a great audio experince in gaming music and more so for those who want to take a punt you will not be sorry, during my usual test run they surpassed all expectations with nice volume decent ANC was noted, no distortion on maxed out volume and overall the highs lows and mids and no matter what genre was listened to they done a superior job and I would not expect anything less from the company anyway at this stage. Calls also done really well for me on my testing and from the few calls I tool people could here me clearly and same on my end and you have built in DNN which aides the quality.

Battery life is also excellent here on the headphones and at the higher end of the tier for longevity
