Pearl Abyss has announced that new hero Tagahl Sherekhan is now available in Shadow Arena, the studio’s brand new hero action battle royale game that is currently in Early Access on Steam. Tagahl Sherakhan finds his origin story in Black Desert Online lore and is the descendant of a dragon slayer tribe called the Sherekhan. Legend has it that he was not rewarded by Calpheon’s people for his courageous act and left these lands in discontent. Tagahl Sherakhan is a force to be reckoned with. The warrior has a gigantic presence, and uses the glaive as his main weapon. His powerful and lethal combat style can deliver powerful blows to enemies. As a former Dragon Slayer he developed the crushing skull and clipping wings skills that deal serious damage to enemies. Due to his experience in slaying large beasts, his array of skills do have a pretty wide AOE effect as well, which can be handy when he’s battling larger NPC’s or groups of enemies.

Riot Games today announced their highly anticipated, character-based tactical shooter video game, VALORANT, will launch for free on June 2, 2020 across the majority of regions worldwide. In the days leading up to June 2, the game’s massively popular closed beta will come to an end on May 28, enabling the team at Riot to reset player accounts, patch new content, and prepare for the beginning of VALORANT’s worldwide launch. Setup:
The basic setup was easy in terms of the units was designed for use with gaming consoles with No software required, no drivers just plug and play. When using the advance features via the Creative app, this had challenges in the connection to the unit, the app had to removed from the android phone and reinstalled as did not pair immediately to the Samsung S10 phone. After reinstalling this worked ok. The setup was done via a PS4 Slim which does not have an optical port (The standard Ps4 and PS4 does), this was easily connected directly to the optical port on the TV and worked.
Overall.
There were a few niggles in the build quality the app setup and the length of the cable option. On the positive, once the set up was done there is an abundance of features tailored to specific games in the app, which can be adjusted from your phone and saved on the unit or via the app. The audio difference was noticeable in terms of isolation out specific sounds to your colleagues on the games or enhanced sound which often go unnoticed on the game. This is a real gamer paradise in terms of sounds.

Shadow Arena was originally a mode within Black Desert, but was eventually developed into its own stand-alone game. While Shadow Arena does take inspiration from Black Desert, it has created its own unique style that draws from the MOBA, battle royale, and MMO genres to create a unique game. Shadow Arena has three gameplay modes: solo, duo, and AI. While players can show off their skills in solo mode, complex and strategic gameplay is required to emerge victorious in team mode. Duo mode allows players to enjoy distinctive co-op experiences that create a new style of PvP action. Players can hone their skill with AI bot in the AI mode.

Gaming headphones as I have said are in a league of their own and they are getting better and the cost to performance ratio is coming down too and this pair fits into this bracket nicely and they also look cool. Mostly white and plastic with silver accents likes screws and joints they blend well together and have a real techie look to them.
These are really comfortable tooand can be worn for long periods of time as they are really light. There is two controls on the headset one for the volume in the form of a wheel and a mute switch. Given these are cabled in this instants this is fine as they can be moved across devices simply as they are not USB A they are 3.5mm with extra cables for audio inputs in the box. The mic is removable which is something you do not see too often and in most cases they fold and look silly being used for headphones outside gaming so this is a bonus here and they sound great across all devices that I have tested on including mobile phones which is good. Whats more you even get some ear muffs that are so soft and comfortable in the box should you need them.
Testing on PS4,XBox PC and mobile they have a good sound and a nice tone of bass to and users will not be let down by the quality here at all,there is sound leakage however but the likes of this headset would be used indoors mostly in a gaming environment and others will more than likely have a headset on anyway, If you are gaming online they work a treat too and great quality is to be heard on the mic.
The build quality is good and robust and comfort level is great and the only issue I would have is the cable that is hanging out but this is down to the user on how they treat their headphones and if you have a spare case at home you could perhaps use that to store them when not in use, Overall for the price you get a great looking headset that is robust and can be used on more than one device which I find annoying and some manufacturers still insist on making gaming headsets for console use only being the PS4 or Xbox alone. The multiplatform approach is the way to go and this company have delivered a great product overall. I would like to see more colours but this Snow White has dawned on me and also a move away from the standard Black colours we tend to see too much of.
