HUION Kamvas Slate 11 Tablet Review

The HUION New Kamvas Slate 11 Tablet is a budget friendly device made for comprehensive usage and is a portable Android tablet that doubles as a drawing display, making it an excellent choice for artists and students who want to create on the go. Its compact size, a bit larger than an A5 notebook, makes it easy to slip into a backpack, while its solid aluminum build gives it a premium, durable feel and also is great for general tablet use which is a win win.

Display and Drawing Experience

The tablet features an 11-inch FHD+ (1920×1200) IPS screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals whether you’re drawing, watching videos, or playing games. One of its most notable features is the “Nano-Etched Soft Light Screen.” This matte surface does an excellent job of reducing glare and creating a paper-like texture for a more natural drawing feel. It also has a fingerprint-resistant coating to keep the screen clean. While the display is bright and the 99% sRGB color gamut is decent for general use, some reviewers have noted that the colors can appear less vibrant and the contrast is not on par with more expensive professional tablets.

The included H-Pencil is a solid stylus that offers a comfortable, lightweight feel. It boasts 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity and tilt recognition, which are standard features for this price range. This however is more so for those who are into drawing and art but for beginners like me I find it an excellent tool to have at my disposal and can learn whilst enjoying media at the same time with the split screen option.

Powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC and 8GB of RAM, the Kamvas Slate 11 handles multiple applications and drawing layers without significant lag. It runs on Android 14 and comes with pre-installed creative apps like HiPaint, allowing you to start drawing right out of the box. With 128GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card, you’ll have plenty of space for your projects. The 8000mAh battery provides up to 11 hours of continuous use, and the four speakers deliver good stereo sound for multimedia.

The QDOS SnapStand Qi2 upgraded 3-in-1 charger is their latest iteration of their popular charging stand we reviewed last year.

Like last years model it offers you to charge up to three devices at once which is excellent for those who carry such products as this is ideal for travel your bedside locker or even office or home desk and it is a robust product made from 62% recycled zinc alloy.

This time around the top half rotates 360 degrees making it more accessible and not fixed the underside has rubber feet which holds it in place and makes it secure on any surface and ideal for media consumption and even using your phone as a second screen for emails and social media etc.

There is an LED light up front which gives power status and charge status and this is collapsible which again makes it idea for travelling.

It is Qi2 compatible now and works with both Android and iOS products and if you have MagSafe even better with 15W wireless charging.

TAGRY H08 ANC Headphones Review

The TAGRY H08 ANC Headphones are the latest on offer from the brand and are affordable and comes with a nice presentation which some could take note of.

The headphones are light , comfortable and do not clamp around the ears and fit really snug blocking out lots of the outside noise which is good as there is no app here for ANC fans who want the best in the business, they do however do a good job without the aide of an app and mostly more useful indoors rather than outdoors.

The H08 as mentioned will reduce most of the noise but not all and for the most that will do and calls are also clear here both ends on testing.

There is several buttons on the headset all on one side which keeps it simple and all the functions are at hand including skip and reverse tracks, lower and higher the volume and of course voice assistant access is on board.

With no EQ your stuck with the sound on offer which is slightly on the bass side which for many is ideal you can try third party apps but most are useless being honest.

The buttons are tactile and work really well to be fair meaning no wrong commands which again most would prefer and being on one side helps.

The sound overall is decent with no lag latency noted nor tinny sound when maxed out on all genres tested in my test runs which are pretty extensive and if you like bass these are for you they are decently loud and pack a punch on all genres.

Battery life is excellent here not only that 5 minutes charging gives you 10 hours of charge and with no EQ or app to enhance the experience this should be the case and is you can expect around 98-100 hours of playtime depending on volume control there is however an ANC button on these you can turn on an off and will of course affect the battery longevity regardless it is still pretty good.
