TCL launches range of Fire TV SF560K models with QLED, HDR10 and Freely

TOZO NC3 ANC Earbuds Review

The TOZO NC3 ANC are their latest earbuds now on offer and at an affordable price too but do they lack in the audio department? The answer is no and for the price these should be on your radar for those on a budget and who want that bit more that others offer.

The earbuds are your typical design and fit well in the ears they are clean and to the point and once the right tips are on you will have a good seal and good passive noise isolation. The case they come in is also cool with an LED display giving you a heads up on your battery status on the fly.

When it comes to features there is plenty to talk about, for the audio there is 12mm drivers that pack a punch with decent volume to be had and you also have ANC built in up to 45db which is not shabby at the price point here. The ANC works well too,not only this you have other modes to pick from to make them an all round pair of earbuds for anybody and not just a sports enthusiast.

You have transparency mode leisure mode normal mode and wind reduction mode which also works well on calls with 6 mics and ENC noise cancelling on my testing no real issues noted both ends and calls clear. The optional modes also allows you to hear your surroundings if out walking or jogging etc and they can be worn in the gym.

The audio is excellent once again and with the TOZO app you are in control with all the features on board such as the several EQ options plus you can create your own which is great, not only that there is the option to customize your earbuds to your liking with access to your voice assistant and I have test both on Android and iOS and no issues to report.

Battery life is also decent with up to 55 hours however this will vary per user and their settings as with any earbuds on the market that offer all these features if you are low on juice ten minutes will give you an hour of play.

With an iP rating slated at IPX8 these are perfect for the outdoors the gym and more without having to worry about them getting damaged and if you happen to misplace an earbud you can use find my earbuds via bluetooth so overall a pretty good pair of earbuds that do not disappoint with audio despite the cost, check out the video review below for more.

Skullcandy METHOD 360 ANC Review

The Skullcandy METHOD 360 ANC are the latest earbuds now on offer from brand who this time have teamed up with BOSE and all for the better and as a regular user of Skullcandy products these knock it out of the park when it comes to the audio experience for the price you pay and stick it up to more expensive earbuds.

These come in a really cool case too which sweeten the deal for me as I like cases that are not traditional cases earbuds usually come in and they have a caribiner type lock for your bag or jeans etc.

The earbuds themselves also look cool with a nice solid build and also ear wings to give you a more secure fit, these will not budge and do try them all for the perfect seal and fit which gives you the best audio results and they give great passive noise isolation when fitted too without even touching the app.

The audio experience here is better than expected yet again in fact it is great and powered by BOSE and with the Skull-iQ app you are in control here.

Highs lows and mids great no lag latency and super bass and loud, with the controls which we go through in the video below you have multiple options at hand to get the perfect sound stage for you which only enhances the full audio experience which is one of the best at this price I have seen in a long time.

Overall you will not be dissapointed here with the complete package and for the price it again begs the question for the need to fork out silly money for earbuds these days and moreover they come in an exciting range of colours too..

Shokz OpenFit 2 True Wireless Earbuds Review

The Shokz OpenFit 2 True Wireless Earbuds are a pair of open ear styled earbuds which look clean and fit well on the ears and are ideal for those into fitness and more.

Coming in a nicely presented package these are not only for those into sports but for any one else really as open-ear styled earbuds are a thing now and you will have noticed more wearing them.

The design is clean and they have a nice matt finish on the unit we reviewed they also come in Beige we tested the Black ones so there is a choice of colour and I would prefer the Beige over Black personally but hey.

The case itself is also nice and will protect the Shokz OpenFit 2 whilst not in use there is decent battery life here to with up to 48hrs all in though this will vary per user and their settings and ten minutes charge gives two hours extra which is great.

OpenFit 2 brings you bigger, better, more dynamic open-ear sound with DualBoost Technology, OpenBass 2.0 and Direct Pitch 2.0 and yes you seen the word bass which I am a fan of and clearly noted with these.

The App is also quite good with a simple UI and easy menu to follow to adjust your settings and try out the EQs or create your own and the sound overall is great for this style of earbud with decent volume no tinny sound when maxed out or lag latency all my test tracts played well overall and that is a long list of tracks from all types of genres.

The controls work well too with a button each side that is tactile and a touch area on the outer part of the main earbuds and no issues to report there we go through all this in the full video review below so do check that out.

Calls were fine on the few I took and you also have the feature of being aware due the design so you have the best of both worlds here and you have multi point pairing again a must have feature for me and in case you loose them at home or in the gym there is find my buds.

These are designed for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, these earbuds deliver powerful sound, a secure fit, and long-lasting battery life. Equipped with the latest Bluetooth 5.4 technology, however there is no app for these which is disappointing but not a huge deal, the OnRun 11 Sport offers faster data transfer, improved phone call quality, and a wider frequency range for richer audio.

When it comes to controls and audio we have a touch base system here which works well and preferential for many in the sports scene, with the audio and no app these sounded better than one would expect to be fair and are quite fine as are out of the box with decent highs lows and mids no lag latency and no tinny sound when maxed out on the volume which for me is always the highest it can go and all genres played well here form my usual test run with earbuds and headphones. Some bass drops where quite remarkable in fact.

We are missing ANC but honestly full volume on these you can forget about what is going on outside , there seems to be no volume control either and finally there is no auto play or pause or hear-through either present. Calls where fine for the few I took on both ends also.
Overall these are not the best on the market but for the price you cant complain I guess, they are loud with decent punchy musics that hit the right notes all round and have enough features for those not fussy, check the video below for more.

Edifier NeoDots Earbuds Review

The Edifier NeoDots Earbuds are one of their latest earbuds on offer and as always great to see new product from the brand I can easily recommend each time coming in the Black Noir flavour we have been testing these ones out for some time now and it is time to tell you what we think.

As expected from Edifier and being a long time tester these delivered on all aspects and most importantly the sound.

With the standard presentation which is fine we are presented with all the good you would expect top find in the box being extra tips cable and user manuals you will also need the Edifier ConneX app to get the full features and with the Android app you get slightly more than on iOS.

The look is clean with no buttons and despite thinking the touch area is outside where you tend to find it this time around it is on the side which will take a bit to get you muscle memory going and will work well as expected just this time you do not tap the outside but the side which is fine.

Once you have the app download you are in control then after this setting things up and the EQ which is important you have low latency more find your buds control settings and much more as you will see in the video review and screenshots below which differ than the iOS video we done the review on to give you am taste of both.

You also have various sound effects to pick from and these are worth checking out as they differ greatly more so than other do you also have noise cancellation sensitivity and find your buds and fast pair with Android devices and moreover LDAC Hi-Res audio. You have ANC control and also multipoint connection and ANC works really well and calls are clear both ends from my testing.

The sound is excellent as expected highs lows and mids all fine and with all the genres tested on my usual test run these shine all round with no lag latency or tinny sound when tuned up to the max which is how I like so your volume levels may differ than mine but the audio experience is excellent.

Overall here these are another great pair of earbuds from Edifier and what you can expect from the brand no matter what price range you go for.
