Own Your Workday with the Latitude 7320 Detachable. #Dell

by Meghana PatwardhanVice President, Dell Latitude and Mobility Products, Dell Technologies

What began as “work-from-home” has evolved, for the moment, to “work-from-anywhere.” I think we can all agree that sounds much better than where we started, doesn’t it?

What’s most exciting about this evolution is that it goes beyond the idea of “work.” We are living in a “do-from-anywhere” world – one where we’re not pinned down to any one location for any one activity, where collaboration or connection happens in many forms and from anywhere. We’ve designed our Latitude PCs for this new world, and while there is so much to consider, we’re doubling down on our investments in connectivity, collaboration, sustainability and security initiatives to enable different use cases.

Designed for mobile professionals that are driven to grow their business and want a thin and light device, (think executives, real estate agents, business consultants and sales reps), the new Latitude 7320 Detachable is sleek, lightweight and ready to support your “do-from-anywhere” day.

Let’s explore a day in the life.

Kick-off your day like a boss

It’s 8 a.m. I’m running in the door from dropping the kids off at school and need to jump on a video call. Thankfully, this device is packed with the latest bells and whistles, already hard at work before I am. With our presence detection software, Express-Sign-in, (we’re the only commercial detachable in the world with this tech) and our smart kickstand that instantly wakes when powered on, I’m logged in right on time with a quick glance at the device.

You and I both know that video conferencing will continue to be king and helps me see and connect with colleagues and family.  That’s why we packed in an advanced 5 MP front-facing, 8 MP rear-facing camera with Temporal Noise Reduction (TNR) to bring brighter, sharper visuals to video calls so you can have clear picture quality, while on-the-go or in low light. We offer connectivity options you need with Intel Wi-Fi 6, 4G LTE or eSIM capability with an integrated WWAN.

Sustainable, smart design

It’s noon. I need to run to a client meeting and realise I forgot to charge my stylus pen. No problem. We’ve solved for this with the world’s fastest charging stylus pen available on a commercial detachable tablet. It charges to 100% within 30 seconds and last for up to 90 minutes of continuous usage. I know. That’s fast!  How did our engineers do this? Their focus was to create an “always ready experience” by choosing the right battery technology that charges quickly and pairing that with a physical design that allows the pen to charge by contacting the device. Plus, the pen can be stored easily within the device, so it doesn’t get lost. I show up, detach my keyboard so the client can easily see my screen while I control it, and highlight the important info with a ready-to-work pen.

It’s nice outside and I decide to work for a few hours from a coffee shop. Of course, there aren’t any tables available next to a power outlet, but that’s not a problem for me. Our built-in AI software, Dell Optimizer, keeps you focused on what matters while it manages efficiencies like battery life, audio settings and background applications. With all ports and security features in the tablet head, I can enjoy the flexibility of this device and detach without worry. This device also contributes to our 2030 sustainability goals with EPEAT Gold registration; waterborne paint on 100 percent of painted parts; and packaging trays that feature ocean-bound plastic (25%) and HDPE recycled plastic (75%).

Powerful, yet cool to the touch

Fast forward and it’s 9 p.m. The kids are asleep and I’m sitting on the couch to finish up work (and catch up on some Netflix). With our “offices” available to us 24/7 these days, it can seem like we are always staring into our screens. With ComfortView Plus low blue light technology and our brightest screen, the Latitude 7320 Detachable eases eye strain and fatigue delivering the most comfortable viewing experience.

And as our first detachable thermally architected with dual opposite outlet fans and the battery positioned along the bottom of the device, it’s comfortable in my hands and cool in the most common touch areas. It is the first Intel EVO-verified detachable, and with up to the latest 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 vPro® processors, it offers built-in security features, manageability, and the stability IT needs, while offering 54 percent more performance than its predecessor. That is why it’s the world’s most powerful, secure and serviceable business detachable for enterprise. (And I think the most beautiful, too.)

What a day. What a device.

Our engineering team did groundbreaking work to design this device, ensuring it was thin and light and cool to the touch, while also having the advanced features you would expect like AI, low blue light tech and more. I encourage you to look at the latest tech device you bought and discover a new feature or new experience that may benefit you or help you accomplish more in your day, from wherever you are. After all, that’s what tech should be about.

The Latitude 7320 Detachable will be available on Dell.ie, starting at €1,459.00.

Sony announces new Mobile ES range offering an elevated standard for Car Audio. #Sony #Audio #Motoring

Sony today introduced the Mobile ES[1] car speaker and subwoofer range, including the XS-162ESXS-160ESXS-690ESXS-680ES and XS-W104ES, setting a new standard for superior in-car entertainment. Developed with various technical updates, the Mobile ES range helps customers experience true to life music from the comfort of their car. Users can listen to their favourite music, boost their mood and transform the car environment.

The new Mobile ES range features the XS-162ES 16cm 2-way Component Speakers, the XS-160ES 16cm 2-way Coaxial Speakers, the XS-690ES 16x24cm 2-way Coaxial Speakers, the XS-680ES 16x20cm 2-way Coaxial Speakers and the XS-W104ES 25cm Subwoofer.

XS-162ES, XS-160ES, XS-690ES and XS-680ES Speakers’ Key Features:

MRC Aramid Fibre Matrix Woofer: Mica Reinforced Cellular (MRC) is Sony’s original speaker diaphragm material, engineered for high rigidity and good internal loss (low resonant distortion), with a lightweight design. This third-generation compound has been further optimised with mechanical driver improvements to deliver an even wider frequency response and smoother, more natural sound characteristics. Embedding MRC in a unique matrix with aramid fibres suppresses diaphragm resonance and minimises distortion — not only in the lows, but also in the mid and higher frequencies. The result is sound that is powerful at all frequencies and uncommonly clean — even at high volume.

Separated Notch Edge Surround: The woofer surround features another proprietary Sony technology, with distinctive curved notches improving the vertical amplitude symmetry for dramatically reduced distortion and enhanced clarity.

Soft Dome Tweeter: Compatible with High-Resolution Audio, a soft dome tweeter diaphragm is directly attached on the voice coil, designed to cover the music’s ultra-high ends, with a frequency range extending up to 40kHz.

Five-beam Frame Structure & Dynamic Air Diffuser: The Five-beam Frame design disperses resonance while the integrated Dynamic Air Diffuser ensures efficient air circulation for smooth cone travel and cooling of the voice coil.

Progressive Height Rate Spider: The acoustically optimised spider allows for higher power handling and airflow, with a profile designed for more rapid and precise cushioning of the speaker cone.

Phase Plug (XS-162ES Only): The resonance damping phase plug on the XS-162ES woofer helps realise ideal frequency response, right up to the crossover point with the matched tweeters. A rigid aluminium bobbin and Dynamic Air Diffuser further support the speaker’s wide frequency response, for controlled and dynamic bass delivery.

Bi-amp Terminals and Gain Selector in Crossover Networks (XS-162ES Only): The audiophile-grade crossover features an optimal, metalised polypropylene film capacitor with lower dissipation for a smoother high-end. It features a bi-amp capable design to mitigate current distortion to the tweeter when running the woofer with high input levels. A dedicated gain selector balances the woofer and tweeter signal levels and enables tweeter level adjustment even when driving the components from a single amplifier.

XS-W104ES Subwoofer Key Features:

MRC Honeycomb Woofer: MRC (Mica Reinforced Cellular) Honeycomb is specially designed for subwoofers. The core of the diaphragm is a foam-like material with a honeycomb shaped fibre base, which gives flexural rigidity exceeding ten times higher than that of regular PP matrix. This realises astonishingly precise and powerful bass and low distortion simultaneously. Optimised for the newly developed mechanical approaches, this third-generation subwoofer diaphragm offers enhanced frequency response and smooth sound characteristics.

Separated Notch Edge Surround: With distinctive curved notches improving the vertical amplitude symmetry, this technology dramatically reduces distortion and enhances clarity.

To increase signal integrity and prevent sound interference, the lead wire from the voice coil is also sewn to the spider, reducing wire movement.

What Are the Main Use Cases of Proxies?

Have you ever tried accessing data on the internet only to realize that it is restricted to your location? In this case, a proxy server can be valuable. Other than unblocking content online, proxy servers can offer more benefits for businesses. This article will teach what you need to know about proxies, their uses, and how you can use them in accessing geo-restricted content.

What is a proxy?

The internet provides important data that can contribute to the overall success of your business. However, if you are unable to access data from various sites, tools such as a proxy server can be very useful.  A proxy server works by hiding your device’s original IP address and serves as a gateway between the website you’re trying to access and your device.

Without a proxy server, it can be impossible to access restricted content. A proxy server will forward web requests on your behalf and get the web server response. Your request will be validated by HTTPS, which will hide your real information and allow you to access the data.

There are two ways you can use a proxy to unblock websites.

  • Web proxy

A web proxy works by unblocking sites accessed on public computers. To get this done, you will first need to connect to a proxy server. Your original location will be masked once you are given access to unblock a restricted site.

These web proxies are usually free but can be tasking, especially when you want to stream content online. Also, before visiting the site, you need to navigate each tab of the web proxy every time you use it.

  • Proxy extension

This works faster than a proxy server, but the idea is basically the same. A proxy extension eliminates the need to navigate each tab when using a proxy server since it sits in your browser. This means that you can access blocked content easily whenever you need it.

When it comes to using proxies, you can choose between public and private (dedicated) proxies. Many companies and individuals prefer the latter for the added security. In this case, IPs are usually provided by your local Internet Service Providers. The main difference between the two is that public proxies are free while you have to pay to gain access to dedicated proxies.

Main use cases of proxies

Wondering why you need to use proxies for your business? Here’s a look at the top six use cases of proxies:

  1. Brand protection

Proxies provide an added layer of protection against data breach. Using proxies will allow you to gain control over brand reputation risks and manage your brand perception. If a hacker is trying to breach your data, the proxy servers will act as a buffer and your server will be less vulnerable to attack.

By using proxies, you will be able to check potential abuse of your brand. You will protect your company’s public image and have low chances of monetary loss or data breach.

  1. Market research

For your business to do well in a competitive landscape, it is important to acquire relevant market information including about your competitors. However, most websites have measures in place to restrict web scraping and this is where proxies come in handy.

Many businesses find it easier and faster to gather customer information and conduct data harvesting online through automated solutions they access through proxies similar to your static residential IP Proxies will allow you to collect real data about your target audience by accessing online forums and communities. The result will help you in forming wise business decisions.

  1. Access geo-restricted content

Do you need to access content from a website that has country restrictions? Different types of online content are hidden in geo-restrictions to prevent authorised users from accessing it.

Fortunately, you can use a proxy server to bypass these websites to get access to the geo-blocked content regardless of your geo-location. This is because the proxy server will hide your IP address. For instance, a Hong Kong proxy can prove useful when you are trying to gain access to restricted Hong Kong content. Visit this website for more information about a Hong Kong proxy or other types of proxies.

  1. Ad verification

This is another way of protecting your brand through the use of proxies by improving ad performance and detecting ad fraud. Proxies will help you identify fraudulent marketing activities, such as fake traffic. It can also detect when your competitors place ads on sites that may harm your reputation.

Also, proxies have tools that gather data online to help you process measures in allocating ad budgets. These tools will perform an analysis of the ads you’ve done in the past. You can then use the results to tweak or retain positive points for the ads you’d run in the future.

  1. Pricing intelligence

There are proxies you can use to gather reliable pricing data in real-time. This will allow you to track your competitors to change your pricing based on the trend.

Conclusion

By learning how to use proxies to your advantage, you will explore various marketing solutions that will boost your business’ growth and success. You only have to find the right provider suitable for your business requirements.

A Few Reasons Why You Should Invest in Digital Marketing

It is clear to see that the digital revolution is happening all around us. With the introduction of companies like Google, the internet is easily accessible and often acts as the first point of research for most consumers. Whether you need to find a nice restaurant to visit for dinner, or are wanting to compare health insurance quotes, the internet, aka “online”, has become the default search option. In order to be able to gain the upper hand, or even a place in the market, these days your business needs a strong marketing strategy. It makes sense to invest in a place that people spend most of their time. The digital space, an online platform.

Here are a few reasons why you and your business should invest in a solid digital marketing strategy.

The potential for mass reach and brand awareness

The internet is a platform that is becoming more and more readily available in most parts of the world. The sky’s the limit when it comes to the possibilities of new reachable audiences.

There are more than 1 billion active users on Facebook alone, which means that there’s a lot of opportunities to grow your business online. By utilizing a strategic approach to digital marketing, you unlock the potential for your business to tap into the masses and gain the ability to grow your brand awareness in both a simple and cost-effective way.Space City companies are often looking for the top digital marketing agency Houston can provide to fully maximize their online presence. Partnering with experts allows businesses to leverage targeted strategies that reach specific audiences, driving both engagement and growth.

Your ability to reach a more targeted audience

Digital platforms, like Google, Facebook, and YouTube, are well known for the algorithms they have created that give their users and consumers the best, and most personalised online experience. You can take advantage of these algorithms as they provide a platform that you and your business can use to target your digital marketing campaigns to their perfect audience.

By allowing a consumer to dictate their own interests, businesses can avoid interacting with the wrong audience through advertising that isn’t relevant to them. Marketing to the wrong audience can be potentially damaging to a brand’s reputation as well as providing no return on marketing investment.

The Stats

With every campaign you run online, whether it’s through a social media platform, AdWords, or re-targeting, your company is leaving a digital footprint and setting up for future analysis. Analytical tools such as Google Analytics are available online which enable you to accurately measure who your consumers are and where they are coming to you from. Benjamin Maynard from excitemedia.com.au/seo/ stresses the importance and relevance of knowing your analytics and how it will help you to see what your consumers are engaging with and at what point they disengage. Data analysis unlocks your ability to adjust and redirect your online activity based on the insights you are able to gain in real-time about your campaigns.

The rise of mobile

Did you know, there are more mobile users browsing online than there are people using desktops and laptops? In this age of immediacy Mobile smartphones have revolutionised how consumers interact with businesses. It has also affected the way they search, browse, buy and engage with the online world from wherever they are and whenever they like.

Modern-day consumers are constantly on the move. If you are able to reach them through targeted digital marketing in the space they spend the most time, you greatly improve your chance of making an impact.

Meaningful customer engagement

Digital marketing makes understanding consumer behaviour quite a bit easier. The interactive nature of the internet allows your business to connect with individuals on a more personal level. This allows you to break down the more formal barriers and makes it more inviting for consumers to build a relationship with your business.

Social media, blogs, and forums are all a space that you can use to interact with consumers. This gives them a platform to express their opinions, and comment, like and dislike content, allowing a business the opportunity to assess and react to their consumer base.

It’s cost-effective

There is a very simple reason why so many marketers believe that digital marketing is the way to go – it works and you can see real-time results. Traditional marketing mediums are usually very expensive and difficult and unreliable to measure. It is much harder to measure who listens to a radio station, or reads a newspaper compared to digital tracking.

A strong digital marketing campaign can yield a great return on investment, with little to no budget, with the content being seen by a much larger, targeted audience. Digital marketing is something that all businesses should be embracing in this day and age. Without it, your business may be missing out on opportunities to establish stronger connections with your current customers.

GAMMA Jacket Brings All-Climate Graphene Technology to Clothing

In Ireland, there’s no such thing as the right jacket. Whatever the weather presenter says, you know the weather is guaranteed to take a turn.

If you leave home with a windbreaker, it will rain. If you bring a raincoat, the sun will shine.

Now, there’s a jacket to fix our weather woes. It’s called GAMMA, and it’s a graphene jacket that can tackle any weather and keep you warm or cool in any climate.

Graphene is one of the most advanced materials on Earth. It’s a powerful insulator, and it’s waterproof, windproof, UV-proof, antimicrobial and a whole lot more. With Graphene’s help, GAMMA can do much more than a normal jacket. In fact, it may be the only jacket you need for the rest of your life.

Below, I’ll tell you a bit more about graphene and the properties it brings to the GAMMA jacket. You can also see GAMMA in action here. If you pre-order in the next couple of weeks, you’ll save over 40% on your GAMMA jacket.

Let’s dig into this next-gen jacket.

What is Graphene?

Before we jump into everything that GAMMA can do, we should take a minute to talk about graphene. Graphene is the material behind all of GAMMA’s superpowers.

If you haven’t heard of it, you’re not alone. Graphene was just discovered in 2004. It was such a huge breakthrough that it won its discoverers a Nobel Prize.

Graphene is a nano-particle made of latticed carbon, so it’s completely natural and safe. It’s made of the same stuff we are. It’s just a lot stronger.

In fact, graphene is the strongest, thinnest and most flexible material on Earth. It’s both an excellent conductor and insulator, and it’s got a long list of impressive properties, such as being impermeable to liquid and gas, antimicrobial, UV-proof, hypoallergenic and a lot more.

Scientists hope to use graphene in everything from spaceships to solar panels. Recently, they’ve started adding it to fabric to produce indestructible clothes that can keep you comfortable in any climate.

GAMMA is Graphene-Infused Clothing

When graphene is added to clothing, it brings all of its abilities to your wardrobe. It makes clothing so strong that it lasts for life but also reduces its weight. It makes everything you wear waterproof, odour-proof and temperature-regulated.

GAMMA is one of the first graphene jackets ever made, and it showcases just what graphene can do for clothing. GAMMA is an all-climate jacket that lasts for life. Here are some of its most interesting features:

  • Graphene insulation: Graphene insulates like a second skin. It absorbs your body heat and distributes it equally throughout the jacket, keeping your entire upper body warm. In hot weather, it expels excess heat and maintains a cool surface.
  • Waterproof: GAMMA is completely waterproof. It will keep you dry no matter how rainy the weather gets. It also comes with a hood, rain hem and drawstrings for especially dreary days.
  • Windproof: Graphene is so impermeable that not even gas can pass through it. It will protect you from the chill of the wind better than any windbreaker.
  • UV-Proof: If you’re Irish, you have sensitive skin! GAMMA will keep UV rays away, unlike other light jackets that don’t prevent skin irritation and burns.
  • Moisture-wicking: Graphene won’t let liquid in the jacket, but it will absorb moisture from within and release it on the exterior of the jacket. This prevents you from overheating or feeling sticky when you’re hiking or running.
  • Antimicrobial: GAMMA is like a shield against germs of all kinds. Graphene kills bacteria, mould, fungus, viruses and more on contact.
  • Odour-proof: Because GAMMA is antimicrobial, it will never develop odours. You can wear it on your morning jog and then wear it to work—your jacket will smell like new with or without a wash (though it is machine-washable).
  • Hypoallergenic: Keep allergens away with GAMMA. Graphene won’t allow allergens to get close to you or to attach themselves to your jacket for a free ride to your home.
  • Insect repellent: Graphene makes you invisible to bugs by blocking insects’ ability to sense your skin. GAMMA will keep annoying insects like mosquitoes away without the need for chemical sprays.
  • Indestructible: Graphene is stronger than diamond, which makes GAMMA practically indestructible. It’s so strong that it can stop a knife.

All of these features make GAMMA a jacket that you can wear for any type of activity, anywhere on Earth. But it’s especially beneficial in wet and windy countries like ours.

With GAMMA, you won’t need to scratch your head in the morning trying to decide whether to wear a light jacket, a raincoat, a windbreaker or a heavy coat. GAMMA is all of these jackets wrapped into one.

Carbon Fiber Heaters

Graphene isn’t the only thing GAMMA has going for it. It also has added carbon fibre heating elements to keep you warm in sub-freezing temperatures.

Graphene is an amazing insulator, but it relies on your body heat. That’s not enough to keep you warm when it gets really cold. When you turn GAMMA’s heaters on, graphene takes that heat and distributes it evenly across your body to keep you toasty in the coldest places.

There are three heat settings to choose from. GAMMA can heat up to 50˚C in less than 30 seconds, and it’s able to keep you warm in temperatures as low as -30˚C despite weighing just 500 g.

The heaters are safe and contain no electrical parts. To use them, you need to plug a power bank into one of the jacket pockets. Then, you turn them on by pushing a button on the jacket interior.

Activewear at Heart

GAMMA can do so much, but at heart, it’s a soft shell activewear jacket. The look is quite sleek and stylish, so I can imagine wearing it out or to work (if you work in a business-casual office).

But I think it would be most at home while hiking, skiing, boating,  jogging or doing other sporty activities.

The moisture-wicking and temperature-regulating properties make it easy to train harder. You’ll also be able to train in very cold weather without having to wear lots of layers.

Ideal for Travellers

Frequent travellers and backpackers will get a lot of use from GAMMA. It’s the ideal jacket to bring on a trip, as it can keep you comfortable in any climate. It’s also lightweight and packs down to the size of a t-shirt.

You won’t need to stuff multiple jackets in your suitcase just to keep protected from the elements.

GAMMA also has loads of pockets—10 in total. Two of the pockets are hidden. For a traveller, this means more room to stash your documents, money, snacks and electronics while on the go. And, GAMMA will protect everything you put in its pockets from rain, sun and cold.

Try Graphene Clothing with GAMMA Now

Wouldn’t it be nice to put on just one jacket every day and know that you’re ready for any weather? That’s not something I ever thought was possible in Ireland!

With GAMMA, you’re guaranteed to be comfortable all day long no matter what the weather has in store. And you can wear it anywhere else in the world and expect the same level of comfort.

Graphene clothing is brand new, and it’s not very affordable. But, if you pre-order GAMMA, you can get a jacket for over 40% off the retail price. That’s quite a deal for a jacket that will last you a lifetime.

There’s not much time left to pre-order, so click the link above and get your GAMMA jacket soon. Or, you can visit weargraphene.com to learn more.

emporia Telecom celebrates 30 years. #emporiatelecom #emporia

The Austrian based company which launched in the UK and Ireland in 2020 is celebrating its 30th birthday.  emporia Telecom was founded by Albert Fellner on 29th April 1991 with the company located in his parents’ garage in Linz, Austria.

emporia develops, designs and manufactures easy-to-use smartphones, button cell phones and apps especially for the elderly and is successfully asserting itself as a niche player against global corporations such as Samsung and Apple. The company has sold 15 million devices across 30 countries.

Shortly after the turn of the millennium, emporia made the pioneering system change to become a developer, designer and manufacturer of mobile phones.

“Ease of use was and still is one of the outstanding features of all emporia devices”, says Eveline Pupeter, who has been the Managing Director of emporia Telecom for two decades and its sole proprietor since 2015.

“We quickly realised that commercially available cell phones were only of limited suitability for the needs of older people.  We visited retirement homes and sat down with the residents and talked to them about their requirements of cell phones for senior citizens.

“The most important parameters were and remain: simple menu navigation and usability, good legibility and finely tuned loudspeakers, large buttons (or keypads), robustness and an emergency button for just in case.

“Even today, every emporia button cell phone and smartphone is equipped with the patented emergency button, because safety is and will remain an important issue in old age.”

Eveline Pupeter

The first emporia smartphone specially developed to meet the needs of the 65+ target group was launched in 2015.

“That was a quantum leap for our research and development work,” Pupeter continues; “The close cooperation with universities and research institutions such as Cambridge, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology or the Johannes Kepler University in Linz helped us a lot.”

The fifth-generation smartphones are now on the market. The emporiaSMART.5 boasts a triple camera for stunning photos, a lightning-fast octa-core processor and an intelligent Smartcover. “Even if our phones are easy to use, they are still absolutely state-of-the-art from the technical point of view”, Pupeter explains.

In addition to manufacturing easy-to-use smartphones, apps and button cell phones, emporia has been developing special training formats for senior citizens and training smartphone trainers for several years. “We are the only company in the world that offers a comprehensive concept for the target group of older people with telephones suitable for senior citizens, training concepts and a comprehensive training manual,” says Pupeter.

Tile introduces new colourways for its world-leading Pro and Slim Bluetooth trackers. #Tile #Tracking

Tile, manufacturers of the world’s leading Bluetooth trackers, debuts two new colours for its Pro and Slim trackers following the success of its limited edition range.

A perfect gift for the loved one who loses everything or even for your own peace of mind, the Azurite and Rose versions will be available to purchase exclusively from tile.com, priced from £29.99.

  • Pro is Tile’s high end tracker. It’s ideal for keys, backpacks, athletic gear or anything else you value. Pro has a 400 ft. Bluetooth range, Tile’s loudest ring and a user replaceable battery.
  • Slim is made to slide into narrow spaces and is perfect to tuck into your wallet or pocket. It can also be stuck onto flat surfaces such as your laptop.

Here’s how Tile works – if you’ve misplaced your item, simply ring your Tile from the app, which will locate it by sound if it’s nearby. If you fear your lost item is further away, there are two ways to locate it. Either see its Most Recent Location on a map or enlist the help of the Tile Network, which is comprised of other Tile app users, and will locate the lost item almost anywhere in the world. You can also use your Tile to locate your misplaced phone, even when it’s on silent. Just double press the logo on your Tile to make your phone ring.
