FNTCASE cases for iPhone 16 review

The FNTCASE case line up  for iPhone 16 series is now out and with us sporting the iPhone 16 which we think will be one of the most popular out of the new Apple portfolio have been checking out some of their cases just launched recently.

steelseries Arctis Nova 5 wireless headphones review

The steelseries Arctis Nova 5 wireless headphones are for the more serious gamer and a multi platform headset for those who have more than one way to game at home.

This is a comfortable headset to wear for long periods of time so for the hard core gamer it is one to look at being light and no clamping effect on the head when gaming for hours no matter what console or device you use.

Out of the box you have quick switch wireless toggle between 2.4GHz and BT 5.3 now there is also a slight difference in audio here between the two but the presets on board will surely please anyone and there is lots to choose from and they are a really customizable. In the box you also get a dongle which makes all the difference here when moving between consoles etc.

The battery life is excellent here too and ideal for the gamers who do long sessions which many do, not my case however it is nice to know I have that endurance there when required. There is also fast charge here where 15 minutes charging gets you 6 hrs more time and up to 16 hours on a full charge.

When it comes to sound the gamer folk is in for a treat not only this the casual music listener is too with the settings on board and has all the basic controls you need for both think of it as a hybrid headset more tuned to the gamer but for music you are fine.

These give you an immersive feeling with their Neodymium Magnetic Drivers create an ultra-detailed soundscape of clear highs, pinpoint mids, and deep bass as they have claimed and for me a winner for those who want a real immersive gaming experince no matter what console you might use or phone which is where I tested on thoroughly and some gaming on my consoles that gather more dust due to time constraints but that is changing as we will be looking into more gaming peripherals this year and have some ready to review so stay tuned.

Pamu Fit New Edition review

The Pamu Fit New Edition are a welcome upgrade to the previous version we did last year offering better sound than before with a stand out design moving away from the typical style of earbuds we see.

At first look you might think these may not fit, they are on the larger size but these fit better than one would expect and they are very secure and can be worn in the gym or for jogging etc.

There is no app here however out of the box they sound great being honest and a perfect tone of deep bass with it so for bass lovers these should be on your radar.

The touch controls work really well with a large area to work with so getting the commands works perfectly every time and saves you activating the wrong function this I like and how all earbuds should be.

You can skip and reverse play and pause tracks change the volume and have access to your voice assistant and of course call management.

Also on board is ANC modes and game control giving you a complete set of features and all you need for your earbuds on the go.

With their 13mm drivers they pack a punch and the ANC is decent too up to 20bd highs lows and mids all fine no tinny sound or lag latency noted and after going through my test run of music etc I am happy with how these sound and the price point here and can recommend them easily.

You also have good battery life here and 6 hours on one charge and up to 18 in total so overall a really good product here for the money.

iClever Kid’s Bluetooth Air Conduction Headphones OWS01 review

The iClever Kid’s Bluetooth Air Conduction Headphones OWS01 are their latest product on offer for kids who like to music knowing their little ears will be kept safe. 

Now being kids headphones I am keeping it as a kids product to review and it has to be said the audio is great on these with no lag latency or tinny sound from them maxed out which is of course limited.

They are light but robust and will last and I like the two tone colour here on offer there is three buttons in all here two for volume controls and skipping and reversing tracks.

There is a MFB which will play and pause manage calls and allow you access to your chosen  voice assistant which is also handy given the kids will never use it, but then again.

The fit is nice and these can be worn for hours the 14.2mm drivers pack a decent punch here and your kids will be kept entertained and not only that they will be able to hear their surroundings too which is a very important factor to consider.

TOZO NC9 ANC Earbuds Review

The TOZO NC9 ANC Earbuds are one of their latest on the market and now come with some new AI features since AI is the buzzword but it actually works quite well be it via text or speaking whilst having them in your ears.

The build quality it great and kept simple as always with TOZO and the fit nicely in the ears and with the right tips they will not fall out or budge.

These earbuds require taps to get the commands out and work really well and the earbud controls can be changed to suit your requirements.

There is no wireless charging here or auto play and pause so if these are things you require you may check out others from the brand but this is no huge deal with the audio quality you get here which is the most important factor for most.

The controls work really here and TOZO have been consistent here too we go through this in the video review below.

With the audio in mind yet again it is excellent and up there with more expensive brands out there at a fraction of the cost and there is a huge suite of EQ modes built in plus a community there to pick from and get suggestions, you have several noise cancelling modes here to which is also great including wind reduction mode and leisure mode all these can be changed by a tap too.

The sound is excellent and you will not be disappointed either feeling central and immersive when you turn the volume up and with the level of EQ settings you are in control, highs lows and mids are great excellent bass and no distortion or lag latency noted in my usual test run I was impressed yet again considering the cost factor here.

There is a latency mode built in for the gamers and works well when it comes to the audio so for the gamers you are covered here too.

You now also have AI built into the App whereby you can either type or ask a question which is handy this worked on most occasions and can only see it improve over time.

Dreame Technology H14 Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum review

The Dreame H14 Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum is a one stop shop for keeping your floors clean in the home or office and is now on offer with their Christmas sale now on.

Over the last few weeks I have been testing this out at home and this is not only for use at home but in the office if you have flooring and it does a superb job and brings them up like new.

With a companion app you have more control too allowing you to to select different modes and speeds as you will see in the video review below. There is also a digital display on top of the unit giving you information and works parallel with the app. You can remotely self clean and dry and change speeds with the app.

The unit itself is well built and simple to use and set up it is mainly plastic keeping the overall weight down. The handle has several controls making life easy and the tanks are easy to remove and put back on which is great the same for the roller too, there is a cool light on the roller which can be turned off but it is best to have it on as it picks up the dirt you cant see whilst hoovering the floor.

A great feature about this is the lie flat option which means you can get underneath furniture like presses and tables and chairs and saves you having to move them around which is annoying.

There is 5 cleaning modes here so you are not short of choice and there is a suction mode this also gets right to the edge of your baseboards and walls which many conventional offerings can’t do.

Running time may vary however this will depend on how you use it and overall battery life for me being around 35- 40 minutes is enough to get all my floors done.

All round the Dreame H14 pro brings some new innovation and features if you are invested in such products and want something new and offers allows you to get the job done efficiently and saving you time with the features on board.

Skullcandy Push ANC Active review

Recently we checked out the latest earbuds from Skullcandy which was their new Skullcandy SESH ANC active and they are an excellent pair of earbuds and now it is time for their next offering the Push ANC Active which is ideal for those who want some more and into sports. They are quite similar in looks to the Push Active Burton and TNMT limited edition we also done but with some subtle changes

On getting started you will need to update the software so be sure to get this done for optimal performance and next up is doing creating your personal sound profile which should be done in a quite spot at home or in your office if possible, the test will take 3-4 minutes.

Once set up and the right tips for your ears you are good to go and get listening to some great audio.

Build quality is good as always from the brand and the presentation also the standard affair which stands out on a shelf in a shop we are now seeing this in more shops than ever and good to see and not only that I now see more people in public wearing Skullcandy earbuds and headphones.

Battery life is excellent here and more so if you are not using ANC and EQ profiles with high volumes and ANC on you can expect near the 60 hours claim made by the brand and who buys ANC earbuds and does not use it, the ANC is decent it has to  be said and works well and so does all the hearing modes like stay aware which allows you hear your surroundings.

There are two sets of controls. Yes one for the volume keys and then your touch area on the Skullcandy logo which both work well these can also be customized to your own needs which again is great. You will see this and how it works in the video review below so check it out and not only can you listen to music you can take photos from your earbuds again this is not a new feature with Skullcandy but one that you do not see much of full stop and is cool.

The audio is what you want to hear about and again this is another well executed product with the EQs you can decide which suits you best, highs lows and mids are good and super bass and decent volume call quality is good and no issues both ends on my testing. NO lag latency noted or tinny sound and you also have a gaming mode built in which works well if you are a gamer and again this is no a more common feature dropped into affordable earbuds now.

For those who want choice and options these are a good buy and a solid pair of earbuds Skullcandy users will like if you have not tried the brand before perhaps these might be an option to put on your list, one small caveat I might see is the case size which offers wireless charging so me me this is fine given the case is larger than most.

TOZO PA1 Portable Bluetooth Speaker Review

The TOZO PA1 Portable Bluetooth Speaker is their latest speaker on offer and if you need a new speaker for your home,office or back garden this is one to check out for the price and sound.

With a solid build all round and a simple to use speaker this is also a very clean looking speaker and to the point with your keys up on top that are touch keys which gives you all the controls you need at a glance and not only this you have an app to do even more with EQs galore to pump up the bass, the app is simple to use and has a nice UI.

You can pair more than one of these together too and after my testing of just one two would be even better.

The sound is excellent and you can sample this in the video review down below and we go through the app and the EQ settings to give you an idea of what to expect.

There is excellent volume and bass here and overall a rel punchy sound which will fill a large room or back garden for those parties.

No lag latency not tinny sound when maxed out on volume either and you have extra features in the app to make your own EQ listen to the community and more.

If you want a solid speaker that is robust and packs a punch this one should be on the list..

The FULAIM X5M Wireless Lavalier Microphone is an affordable kit for those who want to up their game in the audio area for podcasts, videos and more.

Coming in a super cool case in comes with plenty of accessories and will be kept secure and charged in the case which alone garners attention and anyone that has been in my house spotted this a mile away not realising how much the technology has changed over the years when it comes to mics.

You have 4GB of on board storage and will store in WAV format and you can then transfer via USB-C however not compressed there is one click noise cancelling too which is hand and it is easy to set up with no software installation required and is widely compatible with other products such as phones and tablets and of course cameras and it is a plug and play set up, in fact the easiest ones to use full stop making it ideal for anyone in a rush or stuck on time.

You get all the attachments in the box along with the three main components here and is securely held in the case when not in use and you get around 9 hours of use and a killer feature is the range it has which is said to be 656ft which is remarkable.

The transmitter itself can be mounted anywhere including you under your shirt or top and not visible and no wires visible giving it a professional look.

There UI is easy to read and there is not an ocean of buttons to play around with and the display is clear and looks well on the unit and in colour.
