IFA – 2026 Gym Monster 3/3S does more than increase resistance and expand the training area. It introduces the next generation of the Speediance home platform: professional digital resistance, a more immersive interface and an AI-Powered Coach designed to make the training experience more personal and responsive.
The new generation delivers up to 100 kg/220 lb of resistance on Gym Monster 3 and 120 kg/260 lb on Gym Monster 3S, adjustable in 500 g/1 lb increments. Nineteen cable positions on a 7.5 cm grid provide more suitable pull angles across exercises and body sizes, while reinforced welds and a stiffer arm structure improve stability under load.
A 23.8-inch WQHD display with 2,560 × 1,440 resolution, 20 W surround sound and training-responsive ambient lighting creates a more immersive coaching environment. Voice control, Assist Mode, Partner Mode and four resistance modes remain part of the experience. A new Pilates offering adds loops, straps, platform extensions and a mat.
The system remains freestanding and requires no drilling or wall mounting. It occupies approximately 0.84 m² when unfolded and 0.26 m² when folded, combining a complete strength platform with a footprint designed for the home.

GYM MONSTER ULTRA: THE PROFESSIONAL STRENGTH ROOM, REBUILT FOR HOME
Smart home gyms have traditionally digitized cable resistance while leaving out the structures serious strength training depends on. Gym Monster Ultra removes that compromise. It combines an integrated multi-grip pull-up station with a true vertical high-lat pulldown and adjustable thigh restraint—professional mechanics that cannot be fully reproduced by simply raising two cable arms.
The 2.27 m frame provides 33 cable positions, including a dedicated overhead position for a fixed vertical pull path. Movable lower pulleys follow the direction of pull, supporting cleaner rowing, deep-pull and rotational patterns. Up to 120 kg/260 lb of digital resistance supports advanced strength and progressive overload.
Ultra also expands the usable training area. Its 0.88 m² platform provides 64% more space than the previous generation, creating more freedom for squats, lunges and split stances. The full operating footprint reaches up to 2.08 m² when the lat-pulldown arms are included, while the system folds to approximately 0.59 m² for storage.
