Next-Generation ‘Remote Viewing’ Technology to Debut at Ireland’s Inaugural Real Estate Agency Summit - techbuzzireland.com

A new generation of property technology designed to enable ‘remote property viewing’, allowing prospective buyers to experience homes in detail without attending in person, will be unveiled in Ireland for the first time at the inaugural Real Estate Agency Summit, taking place in The Theatre Royal, Waterford on the 11th of June.

The technology, developed by Giraffe360, introduces advanced video formats that enable estate agents to create highly immersive digital property content from a single site visit. The new capabilities include cinematic walkthroughs, aerial-style flythroughs and AI-generated videos, offering buyers a more detailed and realistic view of a property before deciding whether to arrange an in-person viewing.

The development reflects a wider shift in the property sector towards tools that improve accessibility and decision-making for buyers while helping agents modernise how homes are presented to the market. Remote property viewing technology is expected to play an increasingly important role as purchasers seek greater convenience and more comprehensive information during the home-buying process.

The launch will take place at the first event of its kind in Ireland dedicated to innovation and professional development in estate agency. Organised by Regina Mangan, the summit will bring together agents, industry suppliers and international speakers to examine how technology, leadership and changing consumer expectations are reshaping the sector.

Regina Mangan said: “The property industry is entering a new phase where technology and A1 will fundamentally change how buyers engage with homes and how agents deliver their service. Remote property viewing is an important step towards a more efficient, transparent and accessible property market for property buyers. This summit is designed to give Irish agents direct insight into the innovations and marketing that will define the next generation of estate agency.”

Giraffe360’s participation reflects the growing adoption of digital tools across the Irish market as agencies look to improve efficiency and respond to evolving buyer expectations. The company’s latest technology is intended to help agents create consistent, high-quality visual content while reducing the need for multiple production processes.

The summit will feature a programme focused on innovation, leadership, buyer representation and the future direction of the property industry. Speakers include Tom Panos, regarded as one of the most influential figures in global estate agency, who will make his first speaking appearance in Ireland, and Richard Rawlings, a multi-award-winning trainer with more than four decades of experience. Their presentations will address the evolving role of estate agents and the strategies and technologies likely to shape the sector in the years ahead.

The summit will take place at the Theatre Royal, Waterford, on June 11th and is supported by MyHome.ie as a platinum sponsor. Further information is available at https://therealestateagencysummit.ie/
