Rhasidat Adeleke headlines Dell Technologies Forum focused on achieving peak performance in the AI era

The Dell Technologies Forum took place today at the Convention Centre Dublin with Rhasidat Adeleke, Irish Olympian and national sprinting record holder, and Bruce Daisley, former Head of Twitter EMEA, author and culture coach headlining the event which showcased how the power of AI can be unlocked to drive innovation, productivity and business growth.

The event brought together over 500 business and IT leaders at the Convention Centre Dublin to discuss latest developments in Generative AI (GenAI), Edge Computing and managing complexity in multi-cloud environments.

This comes as recent research undertaken by Dell as part of the Innovation Catalysts Study revealed that while 70% of organisations here in Ireland believe GenAI is a strong catalyst for innovation, 49% are struggling to keep pace with advancements in those technologies. They cite the lack of the right talent (43%), lack of budget (33%) and an outdated technology environment (32%) as challenges they face in driving innovation.

Rhasidat Adeleke took to the stage to share insights from the world of elite sport on achieving peak performance on and off the track. Bruce Daisley joined her to share his insights on how leaders can build a high-performance team culture in the workplace where innovation can best flourish. Other keynote speakers included Jason Ward, EMEA North Vice-President and Managing Director of Dell Technologies Ireland and Declan Keeney, CEO & Co-Founder of Studio Ulster.

Speaking at the Dell Technologies Forum, Jason Ward, EMEA North Vice-President and Managing Director of Dell Technologies Ireland said: “AI’s potential to transform industries, drive productivity and accelerate innovation is now undeniable. As the business landscape evolves at an unprecedented pace, it’s essential for leaders across the island of Ireland to act swiftly in adopting GenAI and other advanced technologies to compete into the future.

“This year’s Dell Technologies Forum in Dublin provided seminars and workshop sessions on the strategies and solutions that can accelerate AI powered innovation. At a time of rapid change, Irish Olympian and national sprinting record holder, Rhasidat Adeleke, and the former Head of Twitter EMEA, Bruce Daisley highlighted the ways in which Irish leaders and their employees can achieve peak performance both in the competitive arena and the fast-paced world of business.
