Bank of Ireland app gets some fancy new features #Banking #Apps

If you are a Bank of Ireland customer you should check for a new update,there has been a few new features added to app which will make live that bit easier,as a user myself these are nice additions to see and should be welcome from all users of the app..

New features included in the app are …

Add payees or bills using your smartphone (The first Irish Bank to offer this).
·        Display and share BIC and IBAN.
·        Enjoy higher quality images on devices such as the iPhone 6 and Galaxy S6
·        Bug fixes make the app easier and more enjoyable to use

 

 

The app does look more refined and current and hopefully more additions will follow suit.

See Radio Waves From Cell Towers and Satellites Around You with an App.

A few months ago we spoke of an app that can do such a thing and its quite a cool idea should you download it,for now the app is just on iOS and will be launching in January 2016 for Android users.

The Architecture of Radio is a data visualization, based on global open datasets of cell tower, Wi-Fi and satellite locations. Based on your GPS location the app shows a 360 degree visualization of signals around you. The dataset includes almost 7 million cell towers, 19 million Wi-Fi routers and hundreds of satellites.

Twitter now allows up to 4 choices in polls. #Twitter #Polls

Last night on the web I noticed that there was an option to add more choices to the poll feature on Twitter,now it seems this is now available on mobile too,polls can be quite handy and some people like them and some dont,we all have our own tastes..Up till now we only had the option to have to 2 answers in the poll, I Have yet to see Twitter itself comment on this but check for an update and tell us what you think..

 

 

There is a new Nokia branded handset from Microsoft,its the Nokia 230. #Nokia230

It has been a while since we have seen any branded Nokia handsets from Microsoft and today there is a new candybar styled device announced by Microsoft and it comes in a Dual sim too,its the Nokia 230 and 230 Dual Sim.,priced at $55 it is due to ship in December 2016 and other regions in 2016,these are not the typical plasctic covered devices but sport aluminium casing on the back in silver or dark silver
