Well well as the title says, Apple for the first time in history will allow Windows users stream the upcoming launch event on September 9th. Typically you would have needed to be surrounded by Apple devices to do this or find other methods but not this time,is Apple trying to capture some more fans who are fed up with the long wait on a new flagship or are they just waking up to the closed syndrome they typically used over the years ???
The requirements are as follows which are again a bit restrictive but it means less hassle to find a stream elsewhere..But if you have Windows 10 – that’s 75 million of you,but of that 75 million who is actually interested about what Apple have to say on the 9th? Certainly not Windows Phone fans anyway????
Requirements: Live streaming uses Apple’s HTTP Live Streaming (HLS) technology. HLS requires an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with Safari on iOS 7.0 or later, a Mac with Safari 6.0.5 or later on OS X v10.8.5 or later, or a PC with Edge on Windows 10. Streaming via Apple TV requires a second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 6.2 or later.
Tune in here anyway on the day and lets see what Apple have got so show us…….
