This number has been calling people around today and more than once and i have had several calls from this number myself.

Turns out its a marketing scam where they ring you twice,hang up and hope you ring back.Having done some research there is various different reports as to what exactly it is and a variety of business operations this number is attached to.

At all costs do not answer and do not call back….it will cost you.
