When to comes to headphones there is several brands worthy of their cost and now the new Apple headphones are talk of the town but you can shed out silly money for them, Personally not tried them yet but will even if I have to buy them myself these along with other brands constantly getting good reviews come at a cost, I have said it with TWS earbuds and with headphones there is now no need to spend silly money on such as the cost to performance ratio has come down here and the Urbanista Miami fit right in delivering a great audio experience. Check out the unboxing first and one thing to take note of here is the presentation..
Comfort is one other thing to note here and they are real comfortable even for long periods of use which for me averages around two hours at night and on/off during the day, when I test headphones or earbuds they get tested properly and used in all scenarios for music, zoom voice calls and more and become part of my daily life until I am satisfied with an overall perspective, they have not made my ears sweat but this might vary per person and of course the temperature and humidity but for me using over the last while they have been fine.
Design is nice and current and of course the really nice colours you can get again another brand moving away from the industry standard which is boring it is nice to see colours that pop and stand out, the headband is also comfortable and the mechanism to extend the arms is cool, not a noisy wratchet style which are annoying in this day and age. This also is aluminium and clean, the cups are soft and the rest is a nice polycarbonate material with a matt finish and they feel premium and not heavy, also no clamping feeling on the head noted.

Sennheiser’s IE 900 flagship audiophile earphones set a new benchmark for portable audio fidelity
A unique triple-chamber absorber system
Sennheiser’s quest for delivering highest-fidelity sound begins with the housings of the
IE 900’s earpieces. They are milled from a single block of aluminium to create the earphones’ unique triple-chamber absorber (T3CA) system. Originally developed for the audio specialist’s acclaimed IE 800, the IE 900 features the next generation of the patented absorber system, which uses three chambers and an acoustic vortex milled into the nozzle to counter the masking effect. This acoustic phenomenon arises as the human ear cannot perceive high frequency sounds at a low volume if louder sounds in a lower frequency range occur at the same time. By removing the energy from masking resonances, the absorber system prevents undesired peaks, making even the subtlest nuances of sound audible.
“No detail is too small when you’re striving to set a new benchmark in portable audio fidelity. We designed every component of the IE 900 to work together to deliver extraordinary audio performance,” said Jermo Köhnke, Product Manager at Sennheiser. “Whether in long listening sessions at home or on the go, listeners will never have to compromise on their music experience.”
Sonic expertise and manufacturing precision
Compared to traditional multi-driver concepts, single-driver technology promises greater fidelity for listeners. The IE 900 therefore features Sennheiser’s new X3R transducer, a refined version of the audio specialist’s 7mm audiophile Extra Wide Band transducer, engineered for tighter tolerances and expertly tuned to achieve even greater fidelity. The IE 900 transducer is coupled with the acoustic back volume in the fully automated transducer manufacturing facility at the audio specialist’s headquarters in Germany, resulting in the lowest unit-to-unit variations in miniature, dynamic drivers.
A specialist team in Wedemark, Germany designs, engineers, and manufactures the IE 900 to the highest production standards in the audio industry. Its unique housings are precision milled from high-performance aluminum alloy to retain its pristine appearance for years to come. Precision cameras examine the transducer components closely during production, and completed transducers are tested before and after pairing. For optimal performance, the assembled left and right-side earphones are paired by hand to work together.
Extremely light and pliable, the audio specialist’s broadband transducers prevent distortion, deliver natural, balanced sound, and ensure audio transparency, regardless of listening volume. A newly developed membrane foil provides a high degree of inner dampening, ensuring minimized natural resonances and distortion (THD: 0.05% at 94 dB, 1 kHz). With a frequency response of 5 Hz – 48,000 Hz, the IE 900 reveals even the finest details in the music.
Supreme convenience and comfort
Thanks to the high-performance Fidelity Plus MMCX connector, audiophiles have the freedom of cable choice with the IE 900. Deeper integration into the housing provides better stability for the gold-plated connector. The earphones come with an unbalanced cable with a 3.5mm connector and balanced cables with 2.5mm and 4.4mm connectors. Tested and improved for robustness and longevity, the para-aramid-reinforced cables can withstand thousands of bending cycles. For a comfortable and secure fit, the IE 900 offers ergonomic features, including individually adjustable ear hooks as well as silicone and memory foam ear adaptors in three sizes, perfect for extended periods of personal music enjoyment.
The Sennheiser IE 900 will be available from June for £1,099 in the UK and for 1,299 EUR in Ireland (MSRP).
A media room is a multifunctional room outfitted with assorted equipment. It is majorly for entertainment and relaxing purposes; friends and family gather here to watch movies, favorite Television shows, watch awards, and many more. Different media rooms have different setups that may include a bar area, pool table, and more informal seating. Sometimes people confuse a media room with a home theatre room.
However, a home theatre room is specifically dedicated to TV and for watching movies while a media room is less specialised. A media room is a multipurpose room and this is what makes it ideal for small homeowners who don’t have an extra room that they can dedicate for one use only.
Media rooms have several advantages which include boosting the value of a home in case you decide to sell it in the future and they are also unique and luxurious rooms. These rooms are also good for families that love to host people and families with young people. Families can use media rooms for bonding with their children and getting to know them better since the environment in the media room is so calming. Media rooms give you a home theater experience at less space and cost. The procedure of how to layout a media room and the equipment that you require are explained in more detail below.
How to Lay Out a Media Room
1. Identify a Room
When laying out a media room, a rectangular room with as few windows and doors as possible is preferred. It is important to pay attention to the location of the room as well, for example, setting up a media room next to a baby’s bedroom will disturb the baby due to the loud music, games, or movies.
2. Clear the Room
The room should be as free as possible for it to be able to accommodate all the equipment. Clearing the clutter in the room also makes it presentable and you will be more comfortable when seated in a clean media room than in a disorganised one.
3. Use Dim Lighting
While watching movies, a lot of people prefer either no lights or dim lights. Dim lights prevent straining of eyes when watching. It’s not advisable to watch movies in a dark room since it reduces the glare on the Television. Employing the smart lightning technology not only allows for a low level of lighting but incorporating a voice-activated helps the movements in and out of the room and enables adjustment of the lights at the comfort of your seat.
4. Using Rags and Carpets
Using the wall to walk carpets makes the media room more attractive and also offers unique comfort when in there. Carpets and rugs also play a critical role in the insulation of sound in the room and also prevents too much noise from coming from the media room
Equipment to Get for your Media Room
1. Install Audio Visuals
A smart TV is highly recommended since it saves you the hustle of using additional projectors, it is also easier to find your favourite channels from a smart TV. A projector is recommended for families with small playful kids who are likely to break the smart TV. Getting the besthome entertainment systems for your media room will help you enjoy spending time there. It is good to mount the TV on a wall so that you are able to conceal some unnecessary components as well as the wiring.
To get more depth for seating, it is advisable to put the TV or projector on a shorter wall. Select an appropriate technology for your media room for example an all functioning soundbar. Including acoustic panels and inline speakers can be mind-blowing to the users.
You want to make sure that you have a fast and high-speed internet connection in your entertainment room. This will help you stream those new and exciting movies and shows from streaming platforms. You can also use the same fast internet connection to download movies, music and games from credible platforms and sites like https://thenewpiratebay.org/
2. Comfortable Seats
Pick a smart couch that will allow reclining and heating, they should also have in-built cup holders; if you mainly use the room for watching TV shows and movies. For the gamers, consider including gaming chairs in the room. The chairs should preferably be light and portable. The seats should not be angled according to the TV, this makes viewers more comfortable, that is, no constant turning of their heads.
The loveseat and the sofa should be placed perpendicularly to one another and should be parallel to the walls. Seats should face towards the doorway and not away from them. When entering the room, the front side of the seats should be the ones welcoming you and not the backside.
3. Curtains and Windows
Curtains block unnecessary noise and light from entering the media room. To block out much light, use the black-out curtains. Curtains also improve the auditory quality of the room and give the room a more appealing visual impression. Windows give the room an open and bright perfect feel. They also play a great role in the aeration of the room. It is important to note that, too many windows will bring so much unnecessary lighting in the media room.
In summary, setting aside a media room is good for a family because not only does it serve as a space for entertainment but it also creates ample time for bonding as a family. Laying out a media room involves identifying a room, clearing it, and using dim lighting. The equipment needed to layout a media room is readily available and they include comfortable seats, curtains, and audiovisuals.
I have never used skins on my phones until now when a new phone arrives I get sent stacks of cases and that it how it has been for many years but now that has changed, We have got to try out some skins from Vybe Skins Still to share my thoughts on the iPhone 12 which i purchased myself but watch out for that soon.
Vybe skins have a massive range to pick from and if you check out their site you will see the vast range and well priced skins on offer to give your device some protection and spruce up its looks, typically I am a case man but like that naked feel to a device but always case up to avoid an expensive bill by dropping my phone the skins give you that naked feel and also protect your device from scratches and so on and the carbon fibre one I have decided use here is excellent with a texture to give you some additional grip. Installation only takes about 5 minutes, it did for me and you will need a hairdryer to ensure the skin remains in place an once on it looks fantastic and having the skin on a few days there is no sign of peeling given the fact I spend hours on my phone daily this is a good sign.
This might be a tedious job for some folk to do however Vybe have tutorial videos for everyone and makes the process very simple to follow and you will be up and running in no time..
With Vybe Skins The customer means everything to us at VybeSkins, and that’s why our customer service is exceptional. Need an instant response? Chat with us. Got a more in-depth query? Drop us an email. Either way, we’ve got you covered.™
Sony today introduced the Mobile ES[1] car speaker and subwoofer range, including the XS-162ES, XS-160ES, XS-690ES, XS-680ES and XS-W104ES, setting a new standard for superior in-car entertainment. Developed with various technical updates, the Mobile ES range helps customers experience true to life music from the comfort of their car. Users can listen to their favourite music, boost their mood and transform the car environment.
The new Mobile ES range features the XS-162ES 16cm 2-way Component Speakers, the XS-160ES 16cm 2-way Coaxial Speakers, the XS-690ES 16x24cm 2-way Coaxial Speakers, the XS-680ES 16x20cm 2-way Coaxial Speakers and the XS-W104ES 25cm Subwoofer.
XS-162ES, XS-160ES, XS-690ES and XS-680ES Speakers’ Key Features:
MRC Aramid Fibre Matrix Woofer: Mica Reinforced Cellular (MRC) is Sony’s original speaker diaphragm material, engineered for high rigidity and good internal loss (low resonant distortion), with a lightweight design. This third-generation compound has been further optimised with mechanical driver improvements to deliver an even wider frequency response and smoother, more natural sound characteristics. Embedding MRC in a unique matrix with aramid fibres suppresses diaphragm resonance and minimises distortion — not only in the lows, but also in the mid and higher frequencies. The result is sound that is powerful at all frequencies and uncommonly clean — even at high volume.
Separated Notch Edge Surround: The woofer surround features another proprietary Sony technology, with distinctive curved notches improving the vertical amplitude symmetry for dramatically reduced distortion and enhanced clarity.
Soft Dome Tweeter: Compatible with High-Resolution Audio, a soft dome tweeter diaphragm is directly attached on the voice coil, designed to cover the music’s ultra-high ends, with a frequency range extending up to 40kHz.
Five-beam Frame Structure & Dynamic Air Diffuser: The Five-beam Frame design disperses resonance while the integrated Dynamic Air Diffuser ensures efficient air circulation for smooth cone travel and cooling of the voice coil.
Progressive Height Rate Spider: The acoustically optimised spider allows for higher power handling and airflow, with a profile designed for more rapid and precise cushioning of the speaker cone.
Phase Plug (XS-162ES Only): The resonance damping phase plug on the XS-162ES woofer helps realise ideal frequency response, right up to the crossover point with the matched tweeters. A rigid aluminium bobbin and Dynamic Air Diffuser further support the speaker’s wide frequency response, for controlled and dynamic bass delivery.
Bi-amp Terminals and Gain Selector in Crossover Networks (XS-162ES Only): The audiophile-grade crossover features an optimal, metalised polypropylene film capacitor with lower dissipation for a smoother high-end. It features a bi-amp capable design to mitigate current distortion to the tweeter when running the woofer with high input levels. A dedicated gain selector balances the woofer and tweeter signal levels and enables tweeter level adjustment even when driving the components from a single amplifier.
XS-W104ES Subwoofer Key Features:
MRC Honeycomb Woofer: MRC (Mica Reinforced Cellular) Honeycomb is specially designed for subwoofers. The core of the diaphragm is a foam-like material with a honeycomb shaped fibre base, which gives flexural rigidity exceeding ten times higher than that of regular PP matrix. This realises astonishingly precise and powerful bass and low distortion simultaneously. Optimised for the newly developed mechanical approaches, this third-generation subwoofer diaphragm offers enhanced frequency response and smooth sound characteristics.
Separated Notch Edge Surround: With distinctive curved notches improving the vertical amplitude symmetry, this technology dramatically reduces distortion and enhances clarity.
To increase signal integrity and prevent sound interference, the lead wire from the voice coil is also sewn to the spider, reducing wire movement.
The XS-162ES will be priced at approximately £230 / €250 and available across Europe from June 2021

In Ireland, there’s no such thing as the right jacket. Whatever the weather presenter says, you know the weather is guaranteed to take a turn.
If you leave home with a windbreaker, it will rain. If you bring a raincoat, the sun will shine.
Now, there’s a jacket to fix our weather woes. It’s called GAMMA, and it’s a graphene jacket that can tackle any weather and keep you warm or cool in any climate.
Graphene is one of the most advanced materials on Earth. It’s a powerful insulator, and it’s waterproof, windproof, UV-proof, antimicrobial and a whole lot more. With Graphene’s help, GAMMA can do much more than a normal jacket. In fact, it may be the only jacket you need for the rest of your life.
Below, I’ll tell you a bit more about graphene and the properties it brings to the GAMMA jacket. You can also see GAMMA in action here. If you pre-order in the next couple of weeks, you’ll save over 40% on your GAMMA jacket.
Let’s dig into this next-gen jacket.
What is Graphene?
Before we jump into everything that GAMMA can do, we should take a minute to talk about graphene. Graphene is the material behind all of GAMMA’s superpowers.
If you haven’t heard of it, you’re not alone. Graphene was just discovered in 2004. It was such a huge breakthrough that it won its discoverers a Nobel Prize.
Graphene is a nano-particle made of latticed carbon, so it’s completely natural and safe. It’s made of the same stuff we are. It’s just a lot stronger.
In fact, graphene is the strongest, thinnest and most flexible material on Earth. It’s both an excellent conductor and insulator, and it’s got a long list of impressive properties, such as being impermeable to liquid and gas, antimicrobial, UV-proof, hypoallergenic and a lot more.
Scientists hope to use graphene in everything from spaceships to solar panels. Recently, they’ve started adding it to fabric to produce indestructible clothes that can keep you comfortable in any climate.
GAMMA is Graphene-Infused Clothing
When graphene is added to clothing, it brings all of its abilities to your wardrobe. It makes clothing so strong that it lasts for life but also reduces its weight. It makes everything you wear waterproof, odour-proof and temperature-regulated.
GAMMA is one of the first graphene jackets ever made, and it showcases just what graphene can do for clothing. GAMMA is an all-climate jacket that lasts for life. Here are some of its most interesting features:
Graphene insulation: Graphene insulates like a second skin. It absorbs your body heat and distributes it equally throughout the jacket, keeping your entire upper body warm. In hot weather, it expels excess heat and maintains a cool surface.
Waterproof: GAMMA is completely waterproof. It will keep you dry no matter how rainy the weather gets. It also comes with a hood, rain hem and drawstrings for especially dreary days.
Windproof: Graphene is so impermeable that not even gas can pass through it. It will protect you from the chill of the wind better than any windbreaker.
UV-Proof: If you’re Irish, you have sensitive skin! GAMMA will keep UV rays away, unlike other light jackets that don’t prevent skin irritation and burns.
Moisture-wicking: Graphene won’t let liquid in the jacket, but it will absorb moisture from within and release it on the exterior of the jacket. This prevents you from overheating or feeling sticky when you’re hiking or running.
Antimicrobial: GAMMA is like a shield against germs of all kinds. Graphene kills bacteria, mould, fungus, viruses and more on contact.
Odour-proof: Because GAMMA is antimicrobial, it will never develop odours. You can wear it on your morning jog and then wear it to work—your jacket will smell like new with or without a wash (though it is machine-washable).
Hypoallergenic: Keep allergens away with GAMMA. Graphene won’t allow allergens to get close to you or to attach themselves to your jacket for a free ride to your home.
Insect repellent: Graphene makes you invisible to bugs by blocking insects’ ability to sense your skin. GAMMA will keep annoying insects like mosquitoes away without the need for chemical sprays.
Indestructible: Graphene is stronger than diamond, which makes GAMMA practically indestructible. It’s so strong that it can stop a knife.
All of these features make GAMMA a jacket that you can wear for any type of activity, anywhere on Earth. But it’s especially beneficial in wet and windy countries like ours.
With GAMMA, you won’t need to scratch your head in the morning trying to decide whether to wear a light jacket, a raincoat, a windbreaker or a heavy coat. GAMMA is all of these jackets wrapped into one.
Carbon Fiber Heaters
Graphene isn’t the only thing GAMMA has going for it. It also has added carbon fibre heating elements to keep you warm in sub-freezing temperatures.
Graphene is an amazing insulator, but it relies on your body heat. That’s not enough to keep you warm when it gets really cold. When you turn GAMMA’s heaters on, graphene takes that heat and distributes it evenly across your body to keep you toasty in the coldest places.
There are three heat settings to choose from. GAMMA can heat up to 50˚C in less than 30 seconds, and it’s able to keep you warm in temperatures as low as -30˚C despite weighing just 500 g.
The heaters are safe and contain no electrical parts. To use them, you need to plug a power bank into one of the jacket pockets. Then, you turn them on by pushing a button on the jacket interior.
Activewear at Heart
GAMMA can do so much, but at heart, it’s a soft shell activewear jacket. The look is quite sleek and stylish, so I can imagine wearing it out or to work (if you work in a business-casual office).
But I think it would be most at home while hiking, skiing, boating, jogging or doing other sporty activities.
The moisture-wicking and temperature-regulating properties make it easy to train harder. You’ll also be able to train in very cold weather without having to wear lots of layers.
Ideal for Travellers
Frequent travellers and backpackers will get a lot of use from GAMMA. It’s the ideal jacket to bring on a trip, as it can keep you comfortable in any climate. It’s also lightweight and packs down to the size of a t-shirt.
You won’t need to stuff multiple jackets in your suitcase just to keep protected from the elements.
GAMMA also has loads of pockets—10 in total. Two of the pockets are hidden. For a traveller, this means more room to stash your documents, money, snacks and electronics while on the go. And, GAMMA will protect everything you put in its pockets from rain, sun and cold.
Try Graphene Clothing with GAMMA Now
Wouldn’t it be nice to put on just one jacket every day and know that you’re ready for any weather? That’s not something I ever thought was possible in Ireland!
With GAMMA, you’re guaranteed to be comfortable all day long no matter what the weather has in store. And you can wear it anywhere else in the world and expect the same level of comfort.
