Tech Review – House of Marley One Drop wireless charger

Wireless charging still has not caught on that much here in Ireland but me being into this kind of tech has adopted it some years now and I have wireless charging pads all over the house so I can just drop my phone on the fly, most important place are my bedside locker and review table and this little guy from the house of marley dropped in and aptly name One Drop.

The charger has an aesthetically pleasing look and will look well no matter where it is placed in the home and if you have the matching earbuds like the redemption ANC 2 to go with it even better but fear not this will charge almost any other Qi-enabled device and for me that is lots,

This will provide up to 10 watts of power which is not massive by any stretch but it is how many wireless chargers are these days and the product itself looks really neat with the speckled REGRIND underside and bamboo finish that looks really nice and premium, the company is also well known for being sustainable and it also comes with a really nice quality braided cable to top it off.

Tech Review – House of Marley Redemption ANC 2 True Wireless Earbuds And New App

The House Of Marley Redemption ANC 2 true wireless have been tested out the last while and we have come to our conclusions and for the most it is good and expected from the brand and in true form they turned heads when worn out here locally and this brand does really well here it must be said.

The charging case and earbuds keep the traditional bamboo effect keeps its presence here which is nice and of course the case has wireless charging which is great, but not only that there is a brand new app which is very good and a must have for earbuds in my opinion to give the user more control and of course features which these do.

These have a small stem and fit really well in the ears and of course there is several tips to pick from and it is always important to get the right seal to get the best audio experience and with the new app to test it is vital in this case as it is a good audio experience.

Ok so lets get onto the new app which is great and detailed in the video review below and as you will see packed with options from controls to different audio settings, Here is where I found one issue which I think can be settle with a software update and it is the bass booster setting as it sounded a bit muffled maxed out on volume but the rest worked fine and delivered a great audio experience overall and I can’t fault anywhere else being honest. The controls on the earbuds work really well it must be said.

Seamlessly switch between Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Ambient mode to take control of your noisy environment at the tap of your finger. Enjoy six hours of playtime and three additional charges from the charging case for over 24 hours of listening

Calls are also fine yet sound deep but that is fine and clear both ends which is cool, you of course have access to your voice assistant and you have got ambient controls here too, battery life is decent and in real life usage for me using ANC you can expect 5.5 hrs of time and one thing to note is the notable difference between the sound profiles unlike others which there is hardly any difference between them.

Overall the audio experience is enjoyable and they work well for gaming and movies too an no lag latency noted either if you are a house of marley fan they should be on your list if you are on the lookout for new earbuds

Tech Review – House of Marley positive vibration XL ANC #tech

One of the best headphones so far this year..

Looking for some new cans that will not break the bank and deliver on sound well the new House of Marley is where to look and not expensive either. Built like a tank too with an excellent build quality these are one of the nicest headphones so far this year I have tried and the level of comfort provided here is also something worth noting..

The Positive Vibration XL ANC sports 40mm high-definition drivers and engineered to deliver House of Marley’s signature, powerful sound within a comfortable wireless experience. The headphones feature hybrid active noise cancellation through dual sets of integrated microphones to provide uninterrupted listening from external noise. The monitor mode feature is available to let the outside world in and pause listening with the tap of a button to engage with your surroundings.

From my usual test loop these performed really well, there is no app with these however none is required to be honest and for anyone buying new cans for the first time and pick these they will be super impressed with music, Netflix and more and even calls you can’t go wrong.

Controls are simple to use with raised rubberised buttons and easy to navigate blindly once you get use to them, we go through all this in the video review below and much more.

Build quality is excellent here to with metal cups and I also love how the wood is implemented here to give a nice fresh look and in general a great built quality throughout and as for comfort they also get top marks here with no head clamping felt even on long term use.
