Dreame Technology H14 Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum review

The Dreame H14 Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum is a one stop shop for keeping your floors clean in the home or office and is now on offer with their Christmas sale now on.

Over the last few weeks I have been testing this out at home and this is not only for use at home but in the office if you have flooring and it does a superb job and brings them up like new.

With a companion app you have more control too allowing you to to select different modes and speeds as you will see in the video review below. There is also a digital display on top of the unit giving you information and works parallel with the app. You can remotely self clean and dry and change speeds with the app.

The unit itself is well built and simple to use and set up it is mainly plastic keeping the overall weight down. The handle has several controls making life easy and the tanks are easy to remove and put back on which is great the same for the roller too, there is a cool light on the roller which can be turned off but it is best to have it on as it picks up the dirt you cant see whilst hoovering the floor.

A great feature about this is the lie flat option which means you can get underneath furniture like presses and tables and chairs and saves you having to move them around which is annoying.

There is 5 cleaning modes here so you are not short of choice and there is a suction mode this also gets right to the edge of your baseboards and walls which many conventional offerings can’t do.

Running time may vary however this will depend on how you use it and overall battery life for me being around 35- 40 minutes is enough to get all my floors done.

Dreame Technology Launches in the UK with X40 Ultra Complete

Dreame Technology, a pioneer of innovative household appliances, has announced the UK launch of its flagship robot vacuum and mop, the X40 Ultra Complete.

Equipped with Dreame’s latest core technologies, the X40 Ultra Complete offers users exceptional cleaning efficiency in even the toughest spaces around the home.

Improved Edge Cleaning and 12,000Pa Vormax Suction

The Dreame X40 Ultra Complete features an extendable side brush, which moves in sync with the mop and main brush, efficiently separating wet and dry cleaning. The extended side brush can also reach into tight spaces like corners and around furniture legs, effortlessly sweeping debris for a cleaner and fresher feeling home.

The X40 Ultra can also remove dirt from under low furniture and in hard-to-reach corners, as deep as 4cm, with Dreame’s MopExtend™ RoboSwing Technology.

Additionally, the robot vacuum has 12,000Pa Vormax™ Suction, swiftly lifting debris like pet hair and dirt with fewer passes on hard floors and carpets. Available with an anti-tangle TriCut brush, the X40 Ultra Complete prevents clogs, making the user’s cleaning routine easier and more efficient.

Intuitive Design with Precise Navigation and Object Detection

The versatility of the X40 Ultra Complete shines through with its ability to auto-lift mops to 10.5mm and protect carpets from moisture. Users can also eliminate wet-dry mess crossover while mopping, with the help of Dreame’s lift-capable side brush and main brush.

The X40 Ultra Complete detects dirt and adjusts its cleaning method accordingly, from intensive dust mopping to removing tough stains. Its colour sensor accurately measures the dirtiness of the water, ensuring mop rewashing for effective stain removal and enhanced freshness. Users can also tailor their mopping preferences with 32 moisture levels in the Dreamehome App for a personalised experience.

With interactive 360-degree space perception, the X40 Ultra Complete quickly creates detailed 4-level maps, easily covering expansive areas and planning efficient cleaning routes. Using smart recognition and 3D structured light, it can intelligently identify and avoid over 120 types of objects, including shoes or cables. Additionally, its built-in LED enables smooth movements in dim spaces and dark rooms, making it easy to navigate around obstacles in its path.

Hands-Free Cleaning

The Dreame X40 Ultra Complete has an automated cleaning station, which includes an auto washboard cleaning system to reduce stains and remove any odours on the mop pads. The mops are washed in 70°C water, before being dried with hot air.

Users will benefit from quieter auto-emptying with a spacious 300ml dust box and a 3.2L dust bag which lasts for up to 75 days. The X40 Ultra Complete also keeps mops constantly wet with automatic water and solution refilling, reducing the need for frequent solution changes and ensuring uninterrupted vacuum maintenance.
