New mechanical arm visualizer from AVer Europe. #AVer #Tech

Education technology innovator AVer Europe today announced a new addition to its award-winning line of document cameras, the AVerVision M11-8MV Mechanical Arm Visualizer.

Designed to capture in self-view or display various types of content from all angles, it is ideal for using as a USB camera for streaming or recording distance learning courses.

The AVerVision M11-8MV offers an upright design and a weighted base. These features make it easy to smoothly adjust the visualizer’s mechanical arm and rotatable camera between showing teaching materials and self-view for lecturing or demonstration without knocking it over. The visualizer’s A3-sized shooting area, 8 megapixels, full HD 1080p resolution, and 20X digital zoom also allow teachers to clearly present large documents and objects for remote learners to examine from every angle.

A built-in microphone enables the AVerVision M11-8MV to clearly deliver audio from up to three meters away to distance learners. This gives teachers the freedom to make bigger movements for better engagement. The pickup range also allows educators to incorporate science experiments and step-by-step demonstrations into eLearning lessons. Furthermore, an efficient playback function ensures that both teachers and students can instantly replay and review content.

“The M11-8MV is one of the most impressive visualisers we’ve launched in our document camera range and is a perfect solution for continued online or in-class education needs”, said Rene Buhay, AVer Europe Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “With a wide shooting area, high quality resolution and impressive zoom, this visualiser provides educators and professionals with the ultimate freedom to be creative, communicate effectively and share content easily.”

Charging the AVerVision M11-8MV is as easy as plugging it into a laptop or PC with a USB cable. That means it will never lose charge in the middle of a distance learning session. Classroom users also have the option of connecting it to displays via HDMI or VGA, and AVerTouch software facilitates interactive teaching with features like annotation, recording, and screen freezing, splitting, grabbing, and snipping. AVerTouch also lets teachers back up content created with the AVerVision M11-8MV to the cloud for use in other classes.

The AVerVision M11-8MV is a timely solution that meets the online and in-class education and training needs of a wide range of organisations.

AVer Europe upgrades new PTZ cameras with NDI Pro AV technology to simplify livestreaming process. #AVer #Livestreaming

The new PTZ310N and PTZ330N models feature NewTek’s NDI® video standard integration that enables the cameras to communicate, deliver and receive high quality content with low latency, which is also frame-accurate and suitable for switching in a live production environment.

The NDI® standard enables seamless interaction between various control systems and AVer Europe’s camera hardware for capturing and livestreaming. Users can create robust IP workflows throughout all components of their production setup via one cable rather than having to wire every video or audio source directly into an SDI router, saving significant time and money through increased efficiency.

This new functionality combined with the powerful zoom, smooth movement and high-quality imaging offered by AVer Europe’s PTZ cameras, enables higher education institutions to capture classroom lectures and broadcast events such as Ted Talks or graduation ceremonies. The cameras also facilitate coverage of major awards, press conferences and tradeshows in business.

“This upgrade for the PTZ310N and PTZ330N enables users to access a new range of event capturing and livestreaming capabilities within both education and business,” explains Rene Buhay, AVer Europe Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “By integrating NDI HX2 with our existing advanced features in our PTZ range, we are improving Pro AV processes for content producers all over the world.”

The PTZ310N and PTZ330N from AVer Europe feature a powerful autofocus that maintains vivid, 1080p/60fps imaging quality in virtually any lighting environment. In addition to a 12X/30X optical zoom, the cameras offer precise, steady pan/tilt movements as small as 0.1° per step.

With built-in smart functions, AVer Europe’s newly upgraded cameras use facial recognition to adjust the field of view and can automatically track presenters through pre-set frames, eliminating the need for a camera operator.

AVer Europe’s PTZ cameras are available with a year’s warranty at PTZ310N MSRP £1699 exc. VAT and PTZ330N MSRP £2399 exc. VAT. For more information, please visit www.avereurope.com.
