OSRAM ROADsight 1500 Dashcam Review

The OSRAM ROADsight 1500 Dash Camera 1080p is a user-friendly dashcam with no faffing around and a simple plug and play dashcam with a 2 inch colour main screen. With a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080p and a frame rate of 30FPS, you can collect clear and smooth video quality footage and with the 110° field of view captures a broad area, ensuring you don’t miss any important details. You can decide yourself from the footage we took both day and night.

Being small in size it does not take up much window space and is mounted in two minutes with the suction cup and then fix the dashcam to the fitting and set to your needs with the ball joint fixture to get the precise angle as this will differ per vehicle.

The UI is simple to use which we go through in the full video review below with video samples so you can get an idea of what you get with OSRAM ROADsight 1500 dashcam.

The one thing I found poor was the mic on the dashcam not getting great audio in quite and noisey situations as you will hear in the samples below. However the footage is good and is what we want most audio or not turned on as some prefer to leave off.

You also have collision protection so files will auto save and you can also save on the go too you can switch between video and photo mode should you need just to take photos which is not something I would use often as I just let the dashcam run and do its job we have reviewed over 50 at this stage.

Getting your files is simple given there is no app on board here which would have been nice however sometimes they are tedious with connecting but you can plug direct into your pc or mobile phone or remove the sd card like the old fashioned way and get your files again shown in the video below.

Overall it does the job and is simple to use which is what many poeple want these days and everyone should have a dashcam in their vehicles today both front and rear with the scammers out there.

How Handheld Laser Welding Boosts Precision and Efficiency

In today’s fast-moving manufacturing world, precision and speed are no longer optional—they’re essential. Whether you’re producing intricate automotive parts, delicate electronic components, or large-scale metal structures, every millimeter and every second counts. Traditional welding methods like MIG and TIG, while reliable, often struggle to deliver the precision and productivity that modern industries demand.

That’s where handheld laser welding steps in. This advanced technique is transforming how professionals approach metal joining—making it faster, cleaner, and more efficient than ever. In this article, you’ll learn how handheld laser welding works, what advantages it brings, and why it’s becoming a must-have tool in manufacturing and fabrication around the world.

Understanding Handheld Laser Welding

Handheld laser welding is a process that uses a focused laser beam to fuse materials together. Unlike traditional methods that rely on electrical arcs or filler rods, laser welding directs concentrated light energy precisely onto the joint area. The result is a smaller heat-affected zone, reduced distortion, and superior accuracy.

How It Works

The system typically includes:

  • A laser generator, often a fiber laser, that produces the beam.
  • A handheld welding gun, ergonomically designed for operator control.
  • A wire feeder (optional), for certain materials or thicknesses.
  • A shielding gas supply (like argon or nitrogen) to protect the weld from oxidation.

Operators guide the laser beam along the joint, either manually or with positioning fixtures. Because the laser’s heat is so focused, it melts only a tiny portion of the material, creating a deep, narrow weld with minimal spatter.

Compatible Materials

Handheld laser welding works with a wide variety of metals, including:

  • Stainless steel
  • Carbon steel
  • Aluminum and its alloys
  • Copper and brass

This versatility makes it useful across industries, from automotive fabrication to electronics and consumer goods manufacturing.

Challenges of Traditional Welding Methods

Before diving deeper into the advantages, it’s worth identifying the common pain points faced by welders and manufacturers using conventional welding systems:

  1. Low productivity: Manual setup, electrode replacement, and post-processing slow down output.
  2. Inconsistent quality: Variations in heat and operator skill lead to uneven welds and rework.
  3. High thermal distortion: Larger heat-affected zones can warp thin materials or damage nearby components.

Handheld laser welding addresses all these issues head-on with its speed, accuracy, and minimal thermal impact.

Advantages of Handheld Laser Welding

1. Enhanced Precision

One of the biggest strengths of handheld laser welding lies in its pinpoint accuracy. The laser beam is extremely concentrated, allowing you to weld even small or complex joints with minimal heat input.

Key benefits include:

  • Reduced heat-affected zone (HAZ): Less warping or damage to surrounding material.
  • Better edge control: Ideal for thin metals and intricate designs
  • Cleaner seams: Smooth, aesthetically pleasing welds with little to no grinding required.

This level of precision is especially valuable in industries where tolerances are tight and visual quality matters, such as aerospace, electronics, and medical device manufacturing.

2. Increased Efficiency

Compared with MIG, TIG, or stick welding, handheld laser systems can be up to four times faster, according to industry case studies. This is due to several factors:

  • Instant start-up: No electrode preparation or filler setup needed.
  • Higher travel speed: The concentrated beam melts metal faster.
  • Reduced post-processing: Minimal spatter and oxidation eliminate lengthy polishing or cleaning steps.

In addition, the equipment is portable—operators can easily move from one workstation to another without complex rigging. This mobility makes handheld laser welding an ideal solution for on-site repairs or field installations.

3. Superior Weld Quality

Laser welding creates cleaner, stronger joints than many conventional methods. Because the beam penetrates deeply without excessive heat, the resulting welds are both durable and visually smooth.

Benefits include:

  • High tensile strength: Comparable or superior to base material.
  • Minimal porosity and cracking: Controlled heat reduces internal defects.
  • Improved consistency: Automated beam control ensures uniform results.

For manufacturers, this means fewer defects, less rework, and better long-term reliability of welded components.

4. Cost and Labor Savings

Although initial investment in laser welding equipment can be higher, the long-term operational savings are significant:

  • Reduced consumables: No need for filler rods or extensive grinding materials.
  • Lower labor intensity: The process is faster and easier to learn, reducing fatigue and training time.
  • Less energy waste: Highly efficient lasers use less power per weld than traditional arc systems.

Over time, these efficiencies translate into lower production costs and faster project turnaround—an advantage for businesses seeking higher productivity without expanding their workforce.

Applications Across Industries

The flexibility of handheld laser welding makes it suitable for a broad range of applications.

Industry Application Example
Automotive Welding car body panels, exhaust systems, and battery enclosures
Aerospace Joining lightweight alloys for structural and fuel components
Construction Fabricating stainless-steel railings and architectural frames
Electronics Precision welding of connectors, sensors, and casings
Furniture & Appliances Creating seamless joints for decorative or functional parts

This versatility allows companies to adopt a single technology across multiple product lines, simplifying training and maintenance requirements.

Key Factors That Affect Performance

Even with advanced technology, results depend on several crucial factors:

  1. Laser Power and Beam Quality: Higher power allows deeper penetration, but beam stability determines weld smoothness.
  2. Material Properties: Reflective materials like aluminum may require adjusted settings or surface treatments.
  3. Shielding Gas: Proper selection (argon, helium, or nitrogen) ensures oxidation-free welds.
  4. Operator Skill: While easier to learn than TIG or MIG, precision control still matters for consistent results.

Safety Considerations

Laser welding is powerful, so safety cannot be overlooked. Operators must follow proper protocols to protect themselves and their workspace:

  • Eye protection: Use laser-rated goggles appropriate for the laser wavelength.
  • Skin protection: Cover exposed areas to prevent burns from reflected beams.
  • Ventilation: Extract fumes generated from vaporized metals.
  • Enclosure or shielding: Prevent accidental exposure to reflected beams.

Future Trends in Handheld Laser Welding

As laser technology advances, handheld welding systems continue to evolve. Several emerging trends are shaping the next generation of equipment:

  1. Automation and robotics integration: Combining handheld units with robotic arms for semi-automated precision welding.
  2. Smarter systems: Incorporating sensors and AI for real-time quality control and adaptive beam adjustment.
  3. Advances in fiber laser technology: Improved efficiency, longer lifespan, and reduced maintenance needs.
  4. Expanded adoption: As prices decrease, small and mid-sized manufacturers are beginning to adopt handheld laser welding for everyday use.

These innovations promise even greater control, productivity, and affordability—making the technology more accessible across industries.

How Online Conveyancing Platforms Are Transforming Property Transactions in Ireland and England

For decades, property transactions have been bogged down by paperwork, snail-paced communication, and legal jargon. But today, technology is reshaping how people buy and sell homes, both in England and increasingly in Ireland too.

Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or a solicitor guiding clients through the process, the rise of online conveyancing platforms is impossible to ignore. If you’re in England’s capital, consider using conveyancing solicitors London for expert legal guidance. This, alongside digital convenience, makes transactions smoother, faster, and more transparent.

Here’s how that shift is playing out — and what it means for buyers, sellers and the industry at large.

What Is Online Conveyancing?

Online conveyancing platforms allow buyers and sellers to complete much of the property transfer process digitally. This includes:

  • Instructing a solicitor
  • Completing ID checks
  • Uploading documents securely
  • Signing contracts electronically
  • Tracking case progress in real time

Rather than printing, scanning, and posting documents, clients and solicitors can manage everything via a secure dashboard. Some systems even allow live updates, messaging, and 24/7 access.

Why It’s Gaining Popularity

Online conveyancing isn’t a gimmick — it’s a response to real pain points:

  • Delays: Traditional conveyancing often suffers from poor communication and admin bottlenecks
  • Transparency: Clients want to know what’s happening, without chasing solicitors
  • Efficiency: Digital tools reduce time wasted on manual tasks
  • Accessibility: Clients can work with solicitors from anywhere — not just their postcode

LexisNexis highlights how tech is helping legal services evolve — and property law is leading the charge.

England vs Ireland: Similar Goals, Different Speeds

Both England and Ireland are embracing digital conveyancing — but they’re doing so at slightly different paces.

  • In England, many firms now offer fully digital onboarding, online ID checks and e-signatures.
  • In Ireland, progress is being made, especially post-COVID, but paper-heavy traditions still dominate.

However, both jurisdictions are pushing toward the same goal: faster, more transparent, client-friendly transactions.

The Irish Law Society has begun exploring reforms to align more closely with tech-forward practices.

The Client Benefits

From the client’s perspective, digital conveyancing platforms offer:

  • Speed: Transactions can be completed faster with fewer delays
  • Clarity: A clear timeline and progress updates reduce stress
  • Convenience: No need to take time off work or send documents by post

Clients can log in from their phone to check what stage they’re at — from initial enquiries to contract exchange.

For Solicitors: More Focus, Less Admin

For conveyancing solicitors, digital tools can improve workflow significantly:

  • Less time chasing paperwork means more time advising clients
  • Automated reminders and status updates keep everything moving
  • Secure document sharing reduces risk and improves compliance

It’s not about replacing human solicitors — it’s about freeing them up to focus on what clients really value: clear advice, problem-solving and peace of mind.

Challenges Still Remain

Despite the benefits, online conveyancing isn’t without hurdles:

  • Cybersecurity: Property transactions are a common target for fraud
  • Digital literacy: Not all clients are comfortable with online systems
  • Integration: Some firms still juggle digital platforms with paper-based processes

That’s why trusted legal oversight is still crucial. Online doesn’t mean impersonal — it means accessible and streamlined.

What the Future Holds

As more property buyers (especially younger ones) demand tech-savvy solutions, firms that adapt will have a clear edge. And as Ireland follows the lead of England’s digital progress, cross-border deals will get simpler too.

Buyers in London might one day seamlessly purchase holiday properties in Cork or Galway — all from their living room.

Government initiatives like the UK’s Digital Property Market Strategy are paving the way for national reforms that encourage broader adoption.

Making the Digital Leap

If you’re buying or selling property soon, consider a solicitor who offers online case management tools. It doesn’t mean sacrificing service — it often means improving it.

Look for firms that:

  • Combine digital tools with real legal support
  • Prioritise secure, encrypted communication
  • Offer transparent pricing and real-time updates

The shift to online conveyancing is here to stay. And when used well, it puts power — and peace of mind — back in your hands.

BUIDL, Not a Typo — BYDFi Shares the Story Behind Its Slogan at St. James’ Park

As Newcastle United’s Official Partner, BYDFi displayed its slogan “BUIDL YOUR DREAM FINANCE” on the pitchside LED boards during the club’s Premier League home match against Arsenal at St. James’ Park on September 28. Soon after, we received kind messages on social media suggesting that “BUIDL” might be a typo. We appreciate the care behind those notes and would like to share the story of BUIDL and why it matters to our brand.

BUIDL: From Meme to Mindset

In crypto culture, BUIDL is a deliberate play on “build,” echoing the earlier community meme HODL (“hold”). If HODL speaks to staying the course through volatility, BUIDL shifts the emphasis to doing the work: shipping products, improving infrastructure, and contributing to the ecosystem. BUIDL is a call to keep building—especially when it’s hard.

For BYDFi, BUIDL is intentional—not a typo. We use it to honor a builder ethos and a long-term view of value. As Newcastle United’s Official Partner, we treat club-adjacent communications seriously and value open dialogue with supporters. It’s a builder’s mindset we share.

Why It Resonates with BYDFi

At BYDFi, BUIDL isn’t a matchday slogan—it’s how we operate: clarity instead of hype, progress measured in shipped improvements, and accountability that shows up in transparent communication, user education, and responsive support. We pair accessibility with responsibility so participation feels simple without being careless, and we prefer steady, verifiable steps over grand promises.

Our role as Newcastle United’s Official Crypto Exchange Partner gives this philosophy a visible moment on matchdays, but the work is daily: listen to users, refine what’s confusing, strengthen safeguards, and keep iterating. That is what “BUIDL Your Dream Finance” means to us: taking ideas off the page and into practice, where consistent effort turns them into reality.

“BUIDL captures what we stand for—turning intent into lasting outcomes through deliberate action,” said Michael, Co-founder & CEO of BYDFi. “The attention paid to ‘BUIDL’ serves as a catalyst, forging a meaningful bridge between the BYDFi and Newcastle United communities.”

From Slogan to Practice

This philosophy translates into clear operating habits: keeping users front-and-center, acting with transparency, and building for the long term. It shapes our view of market structure and product craft. In practice, that means steady execution: launching MoonX, an onchain trading tool for Web3 discovery; extending Smart Copy Trading; and collaborating with Ledger on a limited hardware wallet. In parallel, we reinforce safeguards with publicly verifiable Proof of Reserves and an 800 BTC Guardian Fund, maintaining clear guardrails so participation remains responsible.

The aim is simple: progress you can see, trust you can keep.

About BYDFi

Founded in 2020, BYDFi now serves over 1 million users across 190+ countries and regions. BYDFi is Newcastle United’s Exclusive Official Crypto Exchange Partner. Recognized by Forbes as one of the Best Crypto Exchanges In Canada For 2025, BYDFi offers a full range of trading services—from Spot and Perpetual Contracts to Copy Trading, Automated Bots, and Onchain Tool (MoonX)—empowering both novice and experienced traders to navigate the digital asset market with confidence.

BYDFi is dedicated to delivering a world-class crypto trading experience for every user.

Summary

BYDFi clarifies “BUIDL” isn’t a typo and shares what “BUIDL Your Dream Finance” means: steady, responsible, builder-led progress.

Digital Wills vs. Traditional Wills: Which Is More Secure?

Understanding why you need a will is only part of the picture — for many people, the bigger question is how to make one. And in today’s digital world, that question brings new options to the table.

Traditional wills, written on paper and signed in ink, have long been the norm. But now, digital wills are gaining popularity, offering convenience, speed, and cloud-based peace of mind. So, which option is more secure? And how do you know which is right for your situation?

What Is a Traditional Will?

A traditional will is a legal document, usually drafted with the help of a solicitor, then printed, signed, and witnessed in person. It outlines how your assets should be distributed after your death and who should manage your estate.

Traditional wills must meet certain legal criteria:

  • Written clearly and voluntarily
  • Signed by the testator
  • Witnessed by two independent adults (not beneficiaries)

If any of these steps aren’t followed correctly, the will could be invalid.

What Is a Digital Will?

A digital will usually refers to a will created using an online service or software. It may be stored in the cloud, printed and signed later, or — in some jurisdictions — signed electronically.

Digital wills are designed to be more accessible, particularly for those who find legal jargon intimidating or who want to avoid in-person meetings. Some platforms offer guided templates or AI-based drafting tools.

However, in England and Wales, a digital will must still be printed, signed, and witnessed in the traditional way to be legally valid. As of now, completely electronic wills (signed and stored digitally without printing) are not legally recognised.

Are Digital Wills Safe?

It depends. A digital will created on a reputable platform can be a helpful first step, but it comes with risks:

  • You might miss important legal nuances
  • It may not reflect complex family arrangements
  • If improperly witnessed, it may be invalid
  • There’s a risk of forgery or dispute without proper safeguards

Security also involves access. Traditional wills can be lost or damaged. Digital versions can be accidentally deleted or stored on a forgotten hard drive. Ideally, your will should be stored securely and shared with your executors — whether digitally or physically.

For more information on making a will, visit this resource provided by GOV.UK.

Why Traditional Wills Still Dominate

Most solicitors still recommend a traditional will for several reasons:

  • Legal robustness
  • Proper witnessing procedures
  • Trusted storage with the solicitor or WillSafe

You also get professional advice to ensure your wishes are realistic, tax-efficient, and hard to contest. This is especially crucial for blended families, business owners, or anyone with international assets.

Can You Combine the Two?

Absolutely. Many law firms now use digital tools to draft and update wills, but still follow traditional processes for signing and storage. You can:

  • Start with an online questionnaire
  • Hold virtual meetings with your solicitor
  • Receive a printed will by post

This hybrid approach blends convenience with legal reliability.

Consider the Risks of Getting It Wrong

An invalid will can leave your loved ones facing delays, legal disputes, or unfair outcomes. If you die without a valid will, the rules of intestacy will decide who gets what — and it might not reflect your wishes.

A will isn’t just a formality. It’s peace of mind. And cutting corners with a free online template can cost your family far more later.

So, Which Is More Secure?

In legal terms, traditional wills — properly signed and stored — remain the most secure option in England and Wales. Digital platforms can support the process, but they can’t replace the legal steps needed to make your will binding.

That said, the law may evolve. Other countries, including parts of the US, are starting to recognise electronic wills. The UK may follow, but for now, paper still rules.

What Should You Do Next?

  • Decide who you want to benefit from your estate
  • Think about who should manage your affairs (executor)
  • Make a list of your assets and any specific wishes

Then speak to a solicitor who can guide you through it. It doesn’t have to be complicated. But it does need to be correct.

A good solicitor will:

  • Make sure your will is valid
  • Keep it safe and accessible
  • Help reduce inheritance tax liabilities
  • Prevent family disputes before they start

Final Thoughts: It’s Not Just About the Format

Whether you go digital, traditional, or a bit of both, what matters most is doing it properly. The goal is clarity, security, and protecting your loved ones when they need it most.

Don’t let uncertainty stop you. With the right support, you can make a will that gives you confidence — and gives your family one less thing to worry about.

BUYER’S GUIDE: Should I buy a Portable or Whole-House Dehumidifier?

Between damp winters and humid summer months, keeping indoor humidity at the right level isn’t just a matter of comfort, but one of protecting both your home and health. Too much moisture creates the perfect conditions for mould and mildew to flourish, which can trigger allergies, aggravate asthma and damage fabrics, woodwork, and paint over time. That’s definitely something you’ll want to avoid.

According to building surveyors, the ideal indoor humidity sits between 40% and 60%. Anything over that and you’ll start to see moisture buildup on windows, walls, and hidden voids, creating problems you might not spot until it’s too late. Some “healthy home” strategies like insulation, ventilation, and air purification can help, but you might consider other options as well…like a dehumidifier.

If you’re thinking about tackling humidity, most households have essentially two routes to choose from; a portable room dehumidifier or a whole-house system. To be clear, both are designed to keep moisture levels in check, but they do it very differently, and making the right choice for you and your home will depend on a few aspects – including your space, budget, and overall lifestyle.

Penned with the aid of experts, this article offers a guide of things to consider before deciding which solution to implement into your home.

Cost and Upfront Investment

Since nobody likes to talk about money, let’s get the ugly(ish) details out of the way. For most people, portable dehumidifiers offer an easy and affordable entry point, and they tend to be the most common starting point.

With prices for a quality option generally starting at around £200, portable units don’t need professional installation, meaning you can have one up and running straight out of the box within minutes. This makes them ideal for rented accommodation, or for anyone looking for a quick fix in a specific problem spot.

Whole-house systems, on the other hand, are a larger commitment. Units typically cost between £800 and £2,500, and you’ll need to budget extra for installation costs. That said, if you’ve got a large property, or you know you’re in it for the long haul, this initial investment can pay off in both comfort and peace of mind.

Flexibility, Placement, Coverage and Scale

The main perk of a portable unit is that – as the name suggests – it’s portable. This means you can take and place it wherever you might need it – from a damp basement to a steamy bathroom, or even in your bedroom. Naturally, whole-house systems are a different story, and are built into your HVAC system, regulating humidity evenly across the entire property. The plus point here is the consistency, but it does mean giving up the flexibility to move it around to specific problem points.

The real gap between the two solutions starts to show when talking about coverage. A portable dehumidifier will handle a single room with no problems, typically up to around 700 square feet. Whole-house systems – as the name suggests – are designed to manage thousands of square feet at once, making them the natural choice for larger homes or multi-storey properties. If you want every room to feel equally comfortable, it’s hard to beat full-home coverage – but it’s worth considering whether you really need that much.

Energy and Efficiency

We’re all trying to save on energy bills at the moment. Thankfully, running a single portable unit is fairly efficient, but once you get into the territory of having several units dotted around the house, the costs can creep up. Whole-house systems may seem like heavy hitters in both scale and upfront cost, but they’re often more economical per square foot. By keeping humidity in check, they can even lighten the load on your heating and cooling systems, which could mean savings in other areas down the line.

Maintenance and Upkeep

Despite their overall convenience, portable models do need a bit of hands-on attention, from emptying water tanks to cleaning filters and simply making sure they’re positioned correctly. Some do allow for continuous drainage, which helps, but whole-house systems are far simpler to maintain once they’re in: connected directly to drainage, they usually only need a filter change and a yearly check-up.

Noise and Everyday Comfort

Portable dehumidifiers aren’t completely silent (yet), so if you opt for one of these, you’ll need to be comfortable with a little added white noise in the chosen space. Most aren’t too invasive (at least, not as invasive as your neighbours drilling on a Sunday morning), but it’s a factor to consider if you’re sensitive to background noises. Whole-house systems are installed out of sight — usually in a loft, basement, or utility space – so you’ll barely even notice them. In some ways, that’s a plus…though you also might not notice if there are problems that you might have clocked if you’d been able to hear the unit struggling.

So, Which Should You Choose?

The simplest way to frame your decision goes like this; If you’re renting, on a budget, or only need to dehumidify one or two problem areas, go for a portable solution. If you own a larger property, want a “fit and forget” solution, or see it as part of a long-term investment in your home’s comfort and value, you’ll want a whole-house solution.

Whatever you opt for, managing indoor humidity is one of the smartest (and simplest) things you can do to protect your home and your health. Of course, make sure you shop around to find the best solutions and keep your budget in mind when purchasing.

Half a Million Vulnerabilities Leave Irish Businesses Exposed to Cybercriminals

Centripetal, the global leader in cybersecurity threat intelligence, has exposed critical security gaps leaving hundreds of thousands of Irish networks vulnerable to cyberattack.
Using its proprietary threat intelligence analytics platform, Centripetal has mapped cyberattack entry points across Ireland down to individual IP addresses* and networks, revealing which regions, industries, and organisations face the greatest risk.
The findings are stark:
  • 349,000 Irish networks (3.6% of the total) remain unprotected from active cyber threats.
  • 44% have exposed vulnerabilities.
  • Half a million vulnerabilities exist on exposed assets across Ireland as of September 2025.
  • Dublin faces the highest risk, recording the greatest concentration of vulnerabilities across all industries.
Centripetal’s Attack Surface Map identifies specific attack vectors – the methods cybercriminals use to exploit vulnerabilities and gain unauthorised access to systems, networks, and sensitive data. This granular visibility enables organisations to understand their exact exposure and take immediate action.
The threat is active and escalating:
  • 63% of compromised networks are leveraged to conduct active reconnaissance – attackers are probing systems and planning their strikes through Irish infrastructure
  • 11% are acting as command-and-control centers to coordinate attacks – cybercriminals have already infiltrated these systems and are working to further seize control of other target networks
  • 35% increase in active attacks launched or coordinated through Irish networks since 2024 – the scale of attacks has expanded dramatically as cybercriminals automate campaigns and target vastly more organisations simultaneously by leveraging sophisticated tools and technologies including AI.
This means thousands of Irish organisations are likely under attack right now, many without knowing it.
David Silke, Managing Director, Centripetal Ireland says, “Across Ireland, we can see that there are Critical National Infrastructure organisations that are currently exposed to attack vectors. We can see that the largest attack vector in Ireland at present are the ISPs (Internet service providers – the telecoms and hosting providers). Our technology can drill down to a granular level to show which customers of a particular provider are affected by these vulnerabilities at a street level.
“We’re calling for organisations in Ireland to review their cybersecurity provision and asking them to put more emphasis on the use of threat intelligence to protect themselves. We know that only 20% of organisations currently do this.  At Centripetal, our technology effectively cloaks these vulnerabilities, hiding them from attackers so they can’t be targeted,” says Silke.
CleanINTERNET technology, including its new Fusion product, blocks 99.99% of threats by providing complete network visibility. Unlike traditional solutions that only monitor traffic entering and leaving the network (north-south), Fusion also monitors internal traffic flows (east-west), creating comprehensive protection from every angle.
This dual capability means organizations can now:
  • Stop external threats before they breach the network
  • Detect insider threats by identifying suspicious behavior from internal users and systems
  • Receive real-time alerts when unusual activity occurs, whether from outside attackers or internal sources
