Revolut to Enable Frictionless Checkout Across All Agentic Commerce Platforms

Revolut, a global financial leader, has announced a new strategic pillar for Revolut Pay, with plans to make its seamless, one-tap checkout solution compatible across the emerging landscape of agentic commerce. This is underpinned by Revolut Pay becoming one of the first EU payment methods compatible with Google’s Agent Payments Protocol (AP2). This strategic focus will help position Revolut Pay as both the secure, universal, 1-tap payment solution for consumers and a powerful sales booster for Revolut Business merchants in conversational and automated shopping environments.

Through close collaboration with Google, Revolut has become one of the first EU payment methods compatible with AP2. AP2 is an open protocol developed with leading payments and technology companies to securely initiate and transact agent-led payments across platforms. In concert with industry rules and standards, it establishes a payment-agnostic framework for users, merchants, and payments providers to transact with confidence across all types of payment methods. In addition, Revolut has  contributed directly to Google’s AP2 open protocol by adapting the flows specifically for account-to-account payments.

“The future of shopping isn’t a website; it’s a conversation. We aim to move beyond the click-and-pay model to a world where your AI assistant streamlines the checkout for you,” said Alex Codina, General Manager of Acquiring at Revolut. “By enabling Revolut Pay for Agentic Commerce, we are aiming to make our customers’ favourite, most secure payment experience the standard for AI-driven transactions. This will ensure speed, trust, and absolute zero friction for the next generation of digital buying.”

“The future of digital commerce relies on trust, security and speed. By leveraging Google’s AP2 protocol, Revolut will remove friction from AI-assisted shopping. Together, Revolut and Google are transforming digital commerce for millions of users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK,” said Tara Brady, President, Google Cloud EMEA.

Revolut Pay ensures that customers’ transactions are handled with Revolut’s secure infrastructure, including instant notifications and integrated fraud monitoring. The process creates a cleaner, more secure experience for customers and boosts conversion rates for merchants. It also offers a trusted, familiar payment rail for this novel commerce channel.

For Revolut Business merchants, the strategic value of embracing Agentic Commerce lies in preparing for the future of payments. This foundational work and strategic commitment to full payment rail support ensures Revolut remains a trusted partner empowering merchants to thrive in the evolving agentic commerce ecosystem.

These ambitions are illustrative of Revolut’s commitment to staying at the forefront of digital innovation. By ensuring Revolut Pay compatibility with any agent, Revolut is directly addressing the shift in how consumers will interact with the digital economy, ensuring its core payment product is present wherever commerce occurs next.

Linogy AA/AAA rechargeable battery system review

The Linogy rechargeable battery system is marketed as an all-in-one solution that addresses the major drawbacks of traditional Nickel-Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) rechargeable batteries. The kit consists of high-capacity 1.5V lithium-ion (Li-ion) AA and AAA cells and an innovative “All-in-One” smart charging station that tests, charges, and organizes the batteries.

The primary feature distinguishing Linogy’s batteries from standard rechargeables is the chemistry. Traditional Ni-MH batteries output 1.2V and experience a continuous voltage drop as they discharge. Linogy uses a protected Li-ion cell to deliver a constant 1.5V output until the battery is completely depleted.

Key Performance Highlights:

  • Consistent Power: The constant 1.5V output ensures that devices requiring higher voltage (like certain flashlights, digital cameras, or high-speed toys) maintain peak performance and speed for the entire duration of the charge, unlike 1.2V Ni-MH cells where performance can drop off quickly.
  • High Capacity: The AA batteries are rated at 3600mWh (milliwatt-hours), which is competitive with or superior to the energy density of top-tier Ni-MH cells. The AAA batteries are rated at 1300mWh.
  • Safety and Longevity: Linogy rates its batteries for up to 1,200 charge cycles, which significantly exceeds the lifespan of many rechargeable alternatives. They also boast a low self-discharge rate, retaining a reported 88% of their charge even after 12 months in storage, making them reliable for emergency devices.

The Charger: Smart Charging and Organization

The “All-in-One” charging station is arguably the most innovative part of the kit, blending rapid charging with organization.

  • Rapid Charging: The charger can fully recharge the Linogy batteries in approximately three hours, which is roughly half the time required by many conventional Ni-MH chargers. It features eight independent charging bays for simultaneous charging.
  • Auto-Drop Storage System: Once a battery reaches full charge, the system automatically releases it into a storage drawer located at the base of the unit. I love this part you can see it in action in the video review below,  This compartment can hold up to 40 batteries, ensuring you always have a supply of fully charged cells ready to go. This mechanism also prevents overcharging, which helps maximize battery lifespan.
  • Smart Features: The unit includes an E-Ink display (chosen for its low power consumption) that provides real-time status updates, performs a quick power check, and tracks the user’s environmental impact by calculating CO₂ savings compared to using disposable batteries.
  • Universal Compatibility  While designed for Linogy’s own Li-ion cells, the charger is also advertised to support third-party Li-ion, Ni-MH, and Ni-Cd AA/AAA rechargeable batteries.

The Linogy AA/AAA rechargeable battery kit is a premium, innovative product that successfully elevates the rechargeable battery experience.

The core strength lies in the 1.5V lithium-ion batteries, which provide consistent power and long runtime, making them ideal for high-drain electronics like camera flashes, controllers, and toys. The smart charger is a game-changer for battery management, offering unmatched convenience through its fast charging and automatic storage system.

Who is this for? This system is an excellent choice for users with a large number of battery-powered devices who value convenience and peak performance, particularly in electronics that benefit from a constant 1.5V supply.

Overall, the Linogy kit is a solid investment for those prioritizing high, constant performance, rapid charging, and an organized, eco-conscious system and not having to worry about seking batteries or looking last minute for them especially around Christmas time

JOURNEY ALTI LIFT Wireless Charging Desk Mat Review

The JOURNEY ALTI LIFT Wireless Charging Desk Mat  is a premium kit to have at your home or office desk set up taking up less space making things more comfortable and requiring less cables and giving you fast wireless charging for two devices.

ALTI LIFT features a double-sided surface (felt and vegan performance leather), an interior hideaway pocket for loose documents, and black and beige colour varieties. This can be set up either side or for left and right handed people which is also excellent giving you a choice of surface to work on both are better than an oak desk like what I use.

Its Qi2-certified wireless charging panel, which attaches to either side of the mat, simultaneously delivers up to 15W to Qi2-certified iPhones (including iPhone 12 onwards) and 5W for AirPods. this will also work on other compatible phones and earbuds it must be noted and not specific to Apple and was tested with several products.

You can charge your phone on the flat portion if you like but it is cated towards earbuds however the phone stand is where it is at as this can be place basically any way you see fit and can also be used closed it also serves a second screen for the likes of watching your social media emails or perhaps watching videos whilst keeping less tabs open on your laptop or PC.

Overall this is really nice kit to have in your set-up and it is high quality compared to some similar offerings I have seen, check the video below for more.

Using Telegram for Work and File Sharing: What You Need to Know

Work chat has quietly become the place where real work happens. Research from Microsoft WorkLab points to rising chat activity outside standard hours, which matches what many teams already feel in practice. Telegram with its abundant features and paid channels can help, but only if you build a few sensible habits around it, especially when it becomes a place where files are stored and passed around like a shared drive.

When a proxy layer helps your work chat stay steady

In day-to-day work, the biggest frustration with any messaging tool is not features but reliability. A message that sends late, a file upload that stalls, or a call that drops can break momentum and leave people guessing. It is in this context where a proxy layer can matter, especially when staff move between office Wi-Fi, home broadband, mobile data, and guest networks.

In Telegram settings, this idea is packaged as Telegram Proxy support. You can set the app to use a special type of proxy, like a SOCKS5 or MTProto, after which, all the app’s traffic will go through it. For work, this means simple wins: fewer messages that fail to send, fewer files that stop uploading halfway, and less time doing the same task over again.

The phrase “proxy solutions” covers a wide range, from a shared company-managed server to a trusted provider. The best setups are boring in the right way: stable uptime, predictable speed, and clear access controls.

So, when people talk about using proxies for Telegram, it is easy to focus on the technical steps and forget the work impact. The goal is not complexity but the smoother messaging and steadier file sharing, especially when the chat thread is acting like the hand-off point for documents and deliverables.

Why Telegram often becomes a lightweight file hub

Once a team starts relying on Telegram for work, file sharing tends to grow naturally. A link and a short message often beat a long email, and the context stays attached to the document. Telegram also supports sending many file types and keeping them accessible across devices, which makes it tempting to treat chats as a “good enough” shared space for day-to-day assets.

A key practical limit to know is file size. Telegram’s FAQ states that you can send and receive files “up to 2 GB in size each.” For many teams, that covers slide decks, design exports, short videos, and large PDFs without needing a separate transfer tool. But the bigger challenge is organisation. If you do not build a simple naming and storage habit, files become hard to find later, especially when projects run for weeks.

The table below captures a few numbers that explain why chat and file sharing are blending together in modern work.

The table is created by us, specifically, for this article.

Guardrails that make Telegram safer and easier to manage at work

If Telegram is part of your work stack, the question is not whether it can handle daily collaboration. It is whether your team can keep it clean, searchable, and low-risk as usage grows. That starts with understanding how conversations behave across devices. Telegram supports cloud-based chats that sync widely, while Secret Chats are designed differently. Telegram’s own Support Force documentation explains that:

  • Cloud Chats can be accessed across devices
  • Secret Chats are device-specific and use end-to-end encryption, which is why they do not sync in the same way

Focus on people and process, not just settings. Many security issues come down to rushed sharing, wrong recipients, or weak account habits. Verizon’s 2025 DBIR executive summary puts it plainly: “the involvement of the human element in breaches remained roughly the same as last year, hovering around 60%.” The same summary notes that the share of breaches involving a third party doubled from 15% to 30%, which is a reminder that partners and external collaborators can add risk if access is loose.

In day-to-day terms, guardrails look like simple choices, such as:

  • turning on strong account protection
  • keeping work groups permissioned
  • limiting who can add members
  • using consistent conventions so files are easier to locate later

When Telegram becomes a file lane, it helps to treat key threads as shared workspaces, with clear ownership and a habit of pinning or summarising the latest version of important documents.

TOZO NC20 Pro earbuds review

The TOZO NC20 Pro is a huge leap forward for TOZO, moving from a “budget alternative” to a serious contender in the mid-range earbud market. The standout feature is the Smart Touchscreen Case, which mirrors the functionality of high-end flagship buds like the JBL Live beam 3 but at a fraction of the cost and has been seen before on again higher end priced manufacturers offerings.

The Smart Touchscreen Case I like it.

The case features a full-color LED display that allows you to control the earbuds without touching your phone. This is not a new feature but it is a feature not seen on earbuds this price and it is huge. You can also change the wallpaper for those who want more customization.

With the case you can toggle ANC modes, adjust volume, change EQ presets, check individual battery percentages, and even “find my earbuds” directly from the screen and much more, See the full hands on video below for more or check the unboxing here

While it might seem like a “gimmick” at first for newcomers to cases with a touchscreen , it is genuinely useful for office workers or students who want to keep their phones tucked away while still having full control over their audio on their case I have tested similar in the past and love the idea.

The sound

Equipped with 12mm drivers and LDAC support and the DLC diaphragm give these a great soundstage is surprisingly wide for an in-ear bud. The Bass: Thanks to the SDLC technology, the low-end is punchy and deep without “bleeding” into the vocals.

The Mids/Highs: The Hi-Res certification shows here; strings and vocals are crisp. It supports a frequency range up to 40 kHz, which is rare at this price point.

Customization: The TOZO app offers 32+ preset EQs, allowing you to tune the sound from “Bass Boost” to “Classical” easily and you can really hear the difference bewtween the EQs something again TOZO have been solid on.

Overall excellent sound as expected from TOZO and at the price you cant complain really with all genres tested audio music videos and more they pass the test with flying colours.

Call quality it also excellent indoors and outdoors.

Adaptive Noise Cancellation (ANC)

TOZO claims up to 52dB of noise reduction. In real-world testing, it excels at removing low-frequency hums (engines, fans). Indoors of course is the best experience but outdoors also good for the price after several weeks of testing.

The “Adaptive” part means the buds automatically increase the ANC strength when you step into a louder environment, which works seamlessly about 90% of the time and in general pretty good in my book.

Battery Life & Durability

The battery life is one of the best in its class. Depenidng on your settings as the all differ to peoples taste as always, you get roughly 12-13 hours with ANC on and 15+ with it off. The case holds an massive amount of extra charge, bringing the total to 80 hours. These also come with an IPX8 rating so they are safe to use outdoors or going to the gym.

If you want the absolute best tech for your hard earned cash, the TOZO NC20 Pro is hard to beat. They are ideal for commuters and travelers who need long battery life and strong ANC, or tech enthusiasts who want the cool factor of the touchscreen case without paying the price of higher end brands and TOZO has consitently put it up to the bigger names with their products and I look forward to seeing what is next from them.
