She Co-Chairs the Diversity Project North America and was on the Board of Directors of Woman’s Bond Club and Concern USA.

Speaking ahead of Accelerate & Evaluate Your Career, Network Ireland Cork’s president, Barbara Nugent said: “Our guest speaker this month, Deirdre O’Connor, and our MC, Caroline O’Driscoll are complete inspirations. Both have achieved so much in their respective careers, forging a pathway for others to follow. I am a firm believer that no matter how far up the career ladder you’ve climbed, it’s important to reflect and put in place the supports, skills and network that will allow you to thrive and reach your career goals.

“Once again we will hold a hybrid event to allow those who cannot travel, or do not feel safe to travel, to join us virtually whilst allowing those who can attend, to enjoy a live event experience that is in-line with current guidelines. We look forward to what will be an incredibly insightful night in the beautiful surroundings of the Montenotte Hotel and encourage members and non-members to book their tickets to hear from Deirdre on how her career path led her to working with one of the world’s largest asset managers.”
