Three has launched 3Store Connect, an online shopping experience where customers can browse and shop as though they are in store but from the safety and comfort of their own homes. The first of its kind from a mobile operator in the Republic of Ireland, customers can now go to and speak to a retail expert face to face via video link. Customers can discuss a host of plans, handsets and upgrades that best suit them, and better still, can finish the sale there and then online without the hassle of worrying about festive queues!

The all new 3Store Connect service brings the store experience home in a convenient, user-friendly and welcoming environment. 3Store Connect will also allow customers to shop with confidence in the lead up to Christmas, as they can speak to, and demo, a wide range of gifts available from Three this festive season. To celebrate the launch of 3Store Connect, online shoppers can avail of offers of 10% off Three’s accessories range shopping via 3Store Connect on the 8th December, traditionally Ireland’s busiest shopping day. Customers can avoid the hassles of festive queuing and avail of some great prices by using the 3Store Connect online personal shopping experience. With some uncertainty surrounding shopping conditions, Three also has a fully dedicated sales number of 1800 944 788 which is up and running to support customer sales.

Three’s retail stores have re-opened in line with a return to level 3 restrictions yet customers still have the option to book a dedicated time slot at their local store through our online booking system at Customers can choose a time that suits them best, without the hassle of queuing or leaving the house unnecessarily.
