Sony have announced there is now a €100 off Playstation VR which is welcome news, Given they already had an ecosystem in place which meant users looking to get into the VR world they did not have to have an expensive laptop to purchase before even getting the hardware like Oculus and HTC Vive for example.
VR has not come cheap for mainstream but the Sony VR headset was the cheaper option once you had the hardware and the problem with VR is the expense to set up and probably the best option was Gear VR which again meant users that already had devices compatible had a small amount to spend to get in on the action.
