Mark Zukerberg has just announced a new VR headset today called the Oculus GO. On stage he said VR headsets are to clunky and this seems to be more streamlined given it looks quite similar to daydream from Google. This is a standalone device all in one headset and is set to ship early next year for $199 Read more from their blog post below, this looks pretty cool indeed and this VR headset will not require a phone or PC like typcial headsets (HMDs – Head mounted displays) we are use to seeing and Gear VR and Oculus Go apps are binary compatible.
