Augmented listening – Stages Hero Headphones and Sidekick. #Indiegogo #Stages

Stages  have just launched two augmented listening products that allow you personalise and select what you hear and what you don’t. Stages has launched on Indiegogo, the crowdfunding platform and is aiming to raise $100,000. Im a huge headphone fan and these look just awesome.

Stages was founded in 2013 and is based in New Jersey US Benjamin Benattar, Stages’ co-founder and CEO has always been passionate music and headphone sound quality, however, was constantly having to take his headphones off to communicate with his wife/kids/co-workers. He was determined to combine HD audio with ambient sound and with the help of over a dozen seasoned audiophiles and technology experts, Hero and Sidekick was born..

Both the Hero and Sidekick contain Stages’ patented technology to narrowly identify and capture desired incoming voices and sounds based on user preferences, virtually eliminating undesired ones in the process. Both products make it possible to keep your headphones/earbuds on while listening and talking. No more lip reading and no more removing devices.

Stages HERO

Meant for mobile lifestyles, the Hero offers superior noise cancellation with wired or wireless capability. Audiophile-level sound quality with onboard low EMI Class H stereo amplifiers and integrated dual ultra-low power audio codecs. When combined with our audio array’s ambient+ and selective sound technology, it’s the last headphone you’ll need.
