A few weeks ago we featured a new 7 inch tablet from Alba at Argos which has budget in mind and most think for that price €69.99 tablets are cheap and to be honest I also label them that myself and would find them generally useless, this though is better than expected and only after loading it with plenty of apps and games it will tend to slow down but buy a memory card is my advice.
With 1GB RAM its not super duper snappy but snappy enough and for a child its ideal, you could forgive the camera as taking photos on tablets are kind of a no no for me and many others, what is good is that it comes with full Google services and has the play store and the extra bumpers and screen protectors that come packed is great so you are protected from the word go and your child will be entertained yet having options to protect them too with security options to prevent them wandering off elsewhere on the net etc.I have used some cheap tablets before and they have been more or less useless once loaded up but this has done quite well to date, any questions fire away below.
