After noticing the powerful stories people were sharing, Uber’s research team invited deaf and hard-of-hearing partners to participate in feedback sessions to learn what we could build that would improve their experience. So much of what they shared was very encouraging—driving with Uber is already making a big difference for many partners. Uber is now present in over 40 countries around the world.
