Three Ireland who is Ireland’s second biggest network have announced they are to increase rates on Sim Only plans which begins on the 8th of June this year,this may not be good news for its current customers but its happening. Three says it’s increased prices to maintain running costs. Only recently other plans went up too which where BroadBand prices,which are as follows.
Note that NO changes to allowances have been changed they remain as is.
Bill Pay mobile Broadband
Broadband Active was €21.99 and is now €24.99 and Broadband Pro was €34.99 and now is set at €39.99 these changes have been in effect since May 5th..
Business Mobile Broadband
Broadband Active – Was €17.88 ex VAT has gone up to €20.32 ex VAT and Broadband Pro was €28.45 ex VAT now €32.51 ex VAT
If you are now on a Sim Only plan here is what you will be paying from June 8th 2015
Three also kindly note to its customers under its Customer Notifications Regulations section the following,which is often seen as a “get out of contract clause”
Under Regulation 14 of the European Communities (electronic communications networks and services)(Universal Service and Users’ rights) Regulations 2011 an operator shall, not less than one month prior to the date of implementation of any proposed modification, notify its subscribers to that service of the proposed modification in the conditions of the contract for that service, and their right to withdraw without penalty from such contract if they do not accept the modification.
If you are a subscriber to the services affected by these changes and if you do not accept these changes you may cease to use the service without penalty by giving us written notice in accordance with Three’s terms and conditions prior to the implementation date of the change.
