In 2015 the markets continue to grow
Commenting on market developments, Jürgen Boyny, global director, Consumer Electronics, GfK Retail and Technology, said: “Worldwide, we expect the positive trend to continue in 2015 and anticipate 1.5 per cent growth in the consumer electronics sector. The market for large and small electrical appliances is set to expand even more and will grow by three to four per cent. This trend will continue in 2016. Innovation is driving the markets. That means good prospects for IFA 2015, because IFA stands for innovation.”
